Ipod touch email error logged onto another device

Question

Ive had my Ipod for awhile now, and this happened one time, on one of my email accounts in my ipod, it said I believe not able to
get email, because it is logged into another device, I wasnt on any im program, or even logged into the email itself
I hit refresh and my email was back up again on my ipod, any idea why this happened, but only once

Well, wait: did you just delete the "iTunes Library" file, or the whole iTunes folder?
If you only deleted the "iTunes Library" file, then your stuff should still be on your hard drive. If not, then you probably don't. This is the biggest reason to keep frequent backups of your computer.
Now, if you deleted all of your media, you may be able to nicely write that Apple Support guys, and they may be able to give you "re-download grant". They did for me... I lost all of my purchases and I wrote them, and the let me download my stuff. (She did say they can't normally do this... That was my one shot to do that.) Be ready though, if they let you do this: it'll start downloading all of your purchases at once, once you start.
Now, remember, even if you're frustrated, *be nice!* If you're rude at all they probably won't let you.
