Ipod touch is frozen, even when trying to put in reset/recovery
I have the latest Ipod, and it's frozen. It all started when I accidently downloaded too many songs from Itunes. I didn't realise this wombat album had 64 songs on it. So I thought I could stop the downloads if I put it through my computer, to which I did. So as soon as I did, my computer was already freezing, it did pick up my ipod, to which then both computer and Ipod ressumed their downloading. So when I tried to stop it, my computer froze, and then a minute later a message appeared about not being able to sinc my ipod, and then that's where it all started. So now, after many times of trying to reset or put in recovery mode, it's still frozen, with a apple logo on constantly, and my Itunes doesn't recognise it, nor my computer. Please get in touch as soon as possible, thank you!
okay um u can try holding the home button and the power button at the same time for a least 10 seconds and itll restart it, maybe cus it usually works for me, good luck

Hey, i sorta broke my brothers ipod that he adores so much for some reason. it is basically frozen and the screen looks like a monster truck ran over it. it also locked up. i already broke the news to him. he said by him a new one or get apple to fix it. Now I don't know for sure but my friends say repairs cost more than the ipod it's self and i cant find a 64 gb ipod any wear on the internet for a good price. so can any on help me fix it or should I just pay $290 for a 3rd gen ipod?

My sons ipod touch has frozen on a black screen with a waiting symbol rotating on it. We cant get it to turn on or off. When I tried to attach it to his itunes page we got the message "Cannot connect ipod error code OXE8000065". When I try to dio a search for the problem I keep getting told to resynch it but I cant!! I recently bought an iPod Touch from the US, when I was living there. I am now in India, and my iPod seems to be frozen -- the slider won't slide. So far, I've updated my iTunes and reset and restored the Touch. The problem with the simple solution: there's no Genius bar in India.

My 4th generation ipod touch is frozen in the start up mode. I've tried to do a hare reset on it and the apple comes up then it goes to the next screen with the loading circle and freezes up.

hi if you have a backup on your computer you could hold the lock button and homebutton for about....10 seconds the screen will flash and it will want to be connected to iTunes connect and restore it

Have you tried a hard reset yet? To do this, press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons together long enough for the Apple logo to appear.
