Ipod was locked and the computer asked for a reset which I accepted. All programs were erased and I cant see any programs in itunes. Are the programs lost forever or is there a chance to restore?

I just downloaded more then 2000 photo's from my NIKON camera into iPhoto. Shortly after that my battery life was depleted and so I plugged the computer back into power and after I opened iPhoto later, I could not find those photos anymore!! Help where are they? How can I retrieve them or are they lost???

Check, if you really imported into your iPhoto library - is the preference setting "Advanced > Importing: Copy items to the iPhoto Library" active? If not, connect your Nikon again - do you now see more photos?
If you imported into the iPhoto Library, check inside the package:
Select your iPhoto library in the Finder, ctrl-click it, use the command "Show Package Contents".
There will be a folder named "Masters" inside, with subfolders named by year - month - day. Look for the date you did the import and check, if the photos are inside.
If yes, copy this folder to a folder on your desktop to save the photos.
If not, search for a folder "Importing" inside the library. Is it there? Then copy these photos to a folder on the Desktop.
If you found your photos, backup and rebuild your library.

BurrWalnut mentioned, first please run a virus scan to eliminate virus infection (if AV program is not opened in adobe)
The files association could be corrupted in your situation, apart from the solution posted in the first reply, I also suggest you check Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Default Programs\Set your Default Programs or Associate a file type or protocol
with a progra,, manually check the association and check if it can do some help.
Add: another way to open restore point is launching it in recovery console, please refer to this guide

The computer that my ipod is hooked up to is in another country with a sibling and i want to get the music off my ipod and put it onto the computer i have but i dont know how or if it is even possible
You can only sync to one computer.
You would have to transfer purchases, but the apple ID would need to be the same.
Or find a 3rd party app to transfer content. -

Apps are not tied to the machine, but to the owner and his/her account. Once you set up the iPad with your iTunes account, all the apps downloaded by the previous owner will be gone and you will have to get them again. The only ones that should stay are the built-in apps that can't be deleted - YouTube, Safari, Contacts, etc.

i have and iphone 3gs that has a code on it. my brother owns it but his ex girlfriend refuses to give him the code. ive disasembled the whole the thing straight down to where theres nothing but plastic theres no reset button unless you unlock the phone. my question is can i disasemble it to where i dont have to buy a brand new motherboard, and if so how do i do it without sending it off to an apple store?

I bought an ipod 4g at a pawn shop, it was locked and disabled but the guy said I could restore it by connecting it to my computer and pressing the home and sleep buttons at the same time, it didn't work and he won't take back the ipod what do i do?
When I try connecting it to my computer itunes opens and says I cannot connect to the ipod because it is disabled, enter passcode on ipod. The ipod is locked and disabled and will not allow me to try and put in a passcode, which I wouldn't be able to do because I have no idea what it might have been.
I downloaded the newest version of Itunes, restarted computer, connected ipod, nothing, held every button down for what seems like forever, nothing. I think I have been screwed by the pawnshop. A month ago my iPhone was stolen, I turned on Activation Lock but it never came out BUT an hour ago somehow my apple ID was changed and someone removed from the account both my iPhone and iPad and the iPad was also remotely wiped.
