IPod wont download videos purchased from i tunes please help.

itunes shows that the tv shows are there but they wont transfer when i update

Smae problem here ??? I have a 60gb ipod video and cannot synch the "for the birds" video purchased from itunes. I have updted all my ipod and itunes software to no avail.
I even went through their tutorial and downloaded the sample .m4v video from their site (their test procedure) and everything with that sample file synched fine.
I suspect that there is some form of protection that is not allowing the "for the birds" video which was purchased to synch to my own ipod.
No error messages are reported.
Any help????

Your phone is carrier locked to a carrier other than the one you are trying to use.
It was apparently hacked to unlock it prior to your attempt to update. Updating has re-locked it to the original carrier.
Contact them and find out what their policy is.

  • How do i delete video purchased from i tune store if i dont want it

I purchased season passes for game of thrones, burn notice, and breaking bad. I dont want the extra behind the scenes stuff but each time i open i tunes it begins to download, how can i delete them

I am trying to do the same thing.  The Trash can is grayed out.  These videos were imported from my iPhone to the iPad mini, if that makes a difference.  I really need to delete these as they are taking up too much space.  I've read instructions, viewed tutorials, and they all assume the Trash/Delete button is available, but it isn't for these.  Anybody?

  • Can't download videos purchased from ITunes store onto hard drive

My video Ipod already contains a number of videos. However three recently purchased videos will not download onto the computer. Each time download is attempted the following error message appears " There was a problem downloading. The disk you are attempting to use is full. Removing files and emptying the Recycle bin will free up additional space". We have repeatedly checked and deleted any old stuff on the hard drive - there is plenty of free space yet we can't get the videos onto the computer!!!!!

    there is no longer a 20 GB ipod...only a 30 GB ($300) or 60 GB ($400)

  • My 4th Gen iPod wont restore because of error 3194. PLEASE HELP?

It went into recovery mode, and so i plugged it into iTunes. However when I plug it up it says it needs to be restored, and it wont restore because of error 3194. Nothing I have read yet is helping.

Okay! I may have a solution for some of you! I have a 4th gen click wheel, and it was doing the whole restart thing over and over, but never getting past the apple logo.
You need to get to the diagnostic mode. To do this I had to hold down the select and rewind buttons at the same time. (for some models it's the sel/ff buttons or the ff/rw at the same time. The Apple logo will briefly appear backwards, and then you should hear a chime. My screen came up as:
    IRAMPASS
    PLAY TO CONTINUE
    (and some other junk)
    press play.
Another menu will come up, scroll through the menu (my Ipod I had to click ff to scroll through. There were 3 pages to scroll through. I got to disk mode on that menu and with the ipod connected to my computer, I started disk mode. Once disk mode started my computer recognized the ipod (finally) and I was able to restore from the computer.
I did lose all the music stored on it, but I'm happy to have made this progress, considering when I got this ipod from a friend two days ago, who was about to throw it in the garbage, it would not even turn on!
    Hope this post helps someone!

  • How do i download free songs from itunes ? please help

how to i download sogs from itunes ?

Just like you do with music that cost money.  You purchase the music via iTunes but you do not get charged.  You do still need a valid payment method even for free music.

  • I'm having issues with syncing songs I just purchased from iTunes. Please help me?

I just purchased a few new songs from the iTunes store on my macbook pro, but I can't sync them to my iPod touch because whenever I try to, a box comes up that says I need to authorize my computer, which I've done more than once and it doesn't seem to help. This is really starting to aggravate me. Does anybody know what I should do?

CS3 is too old to run on a new Macintosh laptop, sorry. You'll have to purchase CS6 or a Creative Cloud subscription.

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.
For more information, take a look at:
Downloading past purchases from the iTunes Store, App Store, and iBooks Store
    http://support.apple.com/kb/ht2519
    Using iTunes 11 or later
Open iTunes. (You can download the latest version of iTunes.)
If you're not already signed in, choose Store > Sign In and type your Apple ID and password.
If you're in the iTunes Store, click the Library button, in the upper-right corner, to go to your library.
Make sure that you have "Show iTunes in the Cloud Purchases" enabled in your iTunes preferences by going to iTunes > Preferences in the Store tab and clicking OK.
In your iTunes library, click the content type you wish to download using the content selector in the upper-left. Choose Music to download music, Movies to download movies, and so on.
Locate the item or title you wish to download.
Click the download icon to download that item.

  • Unfortunately I have deleted my entire itunes library and back up from my computer, is there any way I can copy my ipod nano back onto my computer into the itunes library? and re-download all the tunes I have purchased  from I tunes.

Unfortunately I have deleted my entire itunes library and back up from my computer, is there any way I can copy my ipod nano back onto my computer into the itunes library? and re-download all the tunes I have purchased  from I tunes.

    Hello bigali,
Your options are kinda limited. I would use this first:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and ...
Then check here for the non-purchased items:
    https://discussions.apple.com/thread/2452022
You want to rebuild the library first, then sync the ipod.
Here is a good idea for when your done:
How to back up your media in iTunes
    Hope this helps.

can I delete the TV videos I purchased from I tunes from my iPad as they are save to the cloud so it frees up some space on my I pad air.  If this is the case then how can I access these videos?

    Hey KKnoeck,
Should you decide to rewatch the episodes you've deleted, you may be able to re-download them as detailed in the article linked below.
    Download past purchases
    https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201272
Alternatively, should you have access to a computer, you can also transfer purchases from your device to your computer, then delete them from your iPad.

  • Half the songs on the album I purchased from I Tunes do not play from iTunes or on my ipod. How can I correct them?

I purchased an album yesterday- less than half the songs play from iTunes or on my ipod- I can't re-download to try to fix- only repurchase and risk a repeat of the problem. Any way to "activate" the "blank" songs that iTunes seems to just skip? They show up with full info as if they were there

    Welcome to the Apple community.
Try deleting the problematic tune (electing to remove original file if/when prompted) and then re-downloading the file from the iTunes store.
You can re-download content purchased from the iTunes store (availability varies depending on location) using the purchased option from the Quick Links section in the top right corner of the iTunes homepage in your iTunes application on your computer.
You can re-download content purchased from the iTunes store (availability varies depending on location) using the purchased option at the bottom of the screen of the iTunes app on your iOS device.
If the problem re-occurs, select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History using your computer.
