IPod worked for all of 3 days. Now it's stuck in a loop.
Like many people, I received an iPod as a gift for Christmas. It worked fine for 3 days except one instance where it froze while playing a song and I had to reset it.
Today, when I turned it on to use it I got the sad iPod screen and it powered off. I thought it might be the battery so I connected it to my USB. I get a "slow" loop when doing this. I get the bootup Apple icon to the sad iPod screen to the Warning Very Low Battery screen.
I tried docking it to my iHome iH7R and I get a "fast" loop consisting of the boot up screen, the sad iPod, and a different low battery warning screen.
I have been able to enter disk mode once, and diagnostics mode once. Many many attempts to re-enter these modes have failed.
Any ideas or suggestions before I send it off for service?
Your best bet is to send it into service because the sad face usually means a hardware problem.

I have been using the 'Move Current Track Automation Data to Region' and while it works fine for some types of automation data like channel volume, pan and some plugin parameters, it doesn't work for all of them.
I haven't done exhaustive research into which parameters work and which don't, but most of the parameters for individual voices within Ultrabeat don't - which is annoying as that is what I was trying to use it for.
Any ideas about this, or workarounds?OK, well an update on this in case anyone's interested.
With some further experimentation I have discovered that this problem did not exist in Logic 7 - ie you can move current track automation data for individual Ultrabeat voices to the region.
It's also possible to move automation data for individual Ultrabeat voices using 'Move All Track Automation Data to Region,' so I suppose this is a kind of workaround, though it can be annoying if you don't want to move all track automation data.
I'm now assuming this is a bug in Logic 8; is there any way to convert a Logic 8 project to work in Logic 7, as this along with the touch tracks bug is making working in Logic 8 very frustrating? -

If you restored to factory settings/new iPod via iTunes (Not via Settings>General>Reset>Erase all Content and Setting) and still have the problem that indicates a hardware problem.
Make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store. This time be more persistent.

it turns out that my iphone seems to default to an incorrect User ID (it defaults to an @me account, which is not something that i have ever used).
even when i change the User ID in my settings for the iTunes store, it still appears when i attempt to get updates for my existing apps. however, it does seem to use the correct ID when i attempt to purchase new apps.
If someone actually had an answer to correct this, i would love to update my existing apps.

My Ipad 1, for no apparent reason, no longer connects to the Internet. Our home wireless connection is working for all other devices.Any clues?
You can also try to reset your network settings on the iPad. Go to Setings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings.

I am applying blacklists and a custom url regex to apply "safe=vss", this works for all browsers and all search engines except firefox using google search engine.
Search engines tested (bing, yahoo, norton, ask, amazon, avg, ebay) - all work.
Links from the search results are blocked by content filter, but search results still appear and google images are still shown. This does not happen in Chrome(23.0.1271.97), IE9(9.0.8), Opera(12.14) or Safari(5.1.7) with the same settings.
No log entry appears in Dansguardian access.log implying proxy settings are being ignored for just this combination.I can't think of a reason that one particular webpage would behave differently from all the others, i.e., if you are starting at google.com and running a search using the form in the page, I'm not aware of any reason for Firefox to handle that specially just because it's Google.
Does it make a difference if you disable JavaScript when using Google? If that yields the results you expect, perhaps Google's XMLHttpRequest AJAX traffic is bypassing your filters?
The search bar has its own code, so someone would need to look at that to see whether/why it bypasses your proxy if the above hypothesis does not apply. -

After execution I came to know that it will not work for if Item category (STPO-POSTP) = 'D' (Document).
Can Anyone tell me Is there any way to create Material BOm which will work for all kinds of component(Item)Category.

In my production system I found new thing that in my query level I done some calculation (as per my requirement I done amount devide by 100 to get correct values)

If yes, create RKF1 on amount field excluding the currencies for which you are not getting currect values then in CKF or formula as RKF1 / 100. Similarrly create another RKF2 on amount only including the currencies which are excluded in RKF1, create a CKF or formula as RKF2/10000. Then created another formula wich adding CKF1 and CKF2. -
After updating my phone yesterday it worked for about 30 minutes. Now however, it will not let me "Slide To Unlock" the screen is totally unusable and i have alarms that go off every 8 minutes because i am not able to get into my phone to them off. has anyone else had this problem with it being "stuck"?
Basics from the user guide have always been, and still remain, restart, reset, restore from backup, restore as new.

My Bluetooth has disappeared and I have tried just about everything on the internet. When I click on Bluetooth file exchange it says hardware not found. I tried resetting everything as well nothing is working for me please help because now my facetime doesn’t work neither does photo booth and now I cannot text people off my laptop unless they have iMessage.
If you followed the instructions in the support article exactly (leaving the machine off for two minutes), then it has a hardware fault. Take it to an Apple Store or other authorized service provider for repair.

Issue..
1) Defined the attachment type in IMG.
2) Added the attachment type "SFREEATTM" by selecting other attributes---> Attachment Types.
3) Attached the excel file in the design.

The Issue is when testing through tcode nwbc in the inbox the attachment tab is not visible after selecting the particular form.

thanks, ill have to check.....i for sure have iMap....we will see about push, although that appears to be a battery hog...so maybe fetch every 15 minutes is best
