Iran and syria not in shipping options
Just trying to set up shipping option and Iran and syria do not appear? Yet you can select them on the checkout page.
Anyone kno what the reason is?

I can see them on my test site. What's your site URL? It is possible that all new sites will not have those countries in them since those countries are under trade embargo and we're a US company and have to comply with the US law.

If you're trying to FaceTime, you must be connected to a wifi source and the other individual must also have wifi and FaceTime. Like Jonathan said, it can't make calls.

You do not have iOS 5 or later installed. You need to connect to your computer and update using iTunes.

What if im trying to change my Security questions, because i dont remember them. And im not having the option of sending the reset security verification. It just asks me the questions, and tells me that my answers are wrong. What can i do?

"You can give your downloads a weight of 0.01 and the shipped items at 1, then on your shipping options give a weight limitation of 1 to 800. BC is working on fixing this bug I think!This doesn't seem to address the fact that downloadable items should have no shipping cost. If you use total shopping cart value to determine shipping cost, this is what happens:
* You have a shipping fee of $5 for all orders between $0-50 and a shipping fee of $10 for all orders between $50.01-100
* You add $45 worth of socks and a $10 ePaper download to your cart
* BC charges you $10 for shipping, even though you're not shipping the ePaper
This is a very common scenario for our clients. We really need a "Shipping Never Applies" setting for products, just like we have a "Tax Never Applies" setting. -

I called a Verizon CSR this morning because I ordered my Iphone 4 at 3:10 AM EST, and I did not receive any tracking or shipping information yet, and I was starting to see several people that ordered after me receiving their phones. So I decided to call a CSR and see what was going on, she told me that there was a problem with my CC, not going through and I should have gotten an email, which I didn't. She reprocessed my CC and of course it did go through that time, but she wasn't sure if that re-set my prompt or not. I checked my bank account and today my account was finally charged. She did say that since they took my payment my phone should be shipped, but she did tell me that there are phones that were ordered that were on back order. If your account has not been charged or you received a shipping information and you ordered your phone at like 3:00 am on 02/03, contact customer service. There maybe a problem and they are not sending out emails letting you know. I hope I still get my phone, otherwise I got up at 3:00 am for nothing. Also, the reason my bank card did not go through is because my bank decided to do a system update and my payroll did not do into my account like it normally does, they had to manually post all direct deposits that day. So it's not like I didn't have available funds! I hope this helps some of you, had I not contacted a CSR, I would have never know, when I dial 611 it said my phone was going to ship on 02/10, and there was no problems.
I had the same problem and my card was never charged but I had an order confirmation # that I had copied and pasted and e-mailed to myself the night the order was placed. For a few days when I used the confirmation # in the "order status" on the Verizon website I received a message saying it was being "processed." Then over the weekend I began receiving a message saying "technical difficulties" when I entered the confirmation # so I called today to see what was going on. The CSR told me they had no record of my confirmation # (VERY weird since a few days before it worked on their website) and there was NOTHING they could do except tell me to re-order at 3am on the 9th. WHAT?!? Anybody else have this problem?

I am trying to turn a photoshop document in to a pdf. Print is in grey and under Save As PDF is not an option. Any other PS document I open allows me both options. What is wrong with this document?!
What I have tried and was unsuccessful:
I changed it to illustrator and saved as PDF but the colors were very dark.
I have renamed it and opened again.
I duplicated the layers to another doc.
Closed PS and opened it again.

I recently installed VLC player and it has overtaken my system.
When I click on .bin (ext) files in a Firefox browser window, the default action is now listed as "VLC.bin (default)" and nothing I do can change it. I want the default action to be to download the file and I would like to remove any option related to VLC, since no .bin file should ever be associated with that program.
There is no listing for a .bin extension for VLC (or any other program, for that matter*) in the Options/Applications tab, nor is VLC player the default action for anything listed except .wav files.
I have tried the following:
1. searched the options/applications tab but found nothing.
2. searched "about:config" for any entries with "bin", ".bin", or "vlc" (one at a time) and found nothing.
3. searched the registry for bin extension entries. I found one:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\FileExts\.bin\OpenWithProgids]
"bin_auto_file"=hex(0):
"VLC.bin"=hex(0):
I deleted the key and rebooted. No change.
4. Double checked [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\.. Gabest and Mozilla keys for anything that could be causing this behavior.
Found nothing.

*As far as I can tell. However, the applications tab cuts off many of the extension names and the column cannot be extended, so I can't be certain. VLC added 34 extensions to the list (!), most of which default to using the Quicktime plugin 7.6.8.Thanks jscher2000, I tried your suggestion, but no joy (as expected). None of the extensions were .bin, and in fact, I can't find a single listing for handling the .bin extension in the entire (unfiltered) list.
That's why I'm so confused. Where is Firefox getting the name "VLC.bin (default)" from in the first place?

I don't have an entry for "browser.download.pluginOverrideTypes" and the entry "plugin.disable_full_page_plugin_for_types" was empty (default setting).
My bad, but I forgot to mention in my first post that I had also tried renaming the mimetypes.rdf file in my "Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\xxx.default\" to .old to no avail.
Firefox created a new, almost empty file, but it didn't change the behavior for .bin files. I removed the new file and put the old file back in place after determining that clearing the file did not help, since I am otherwise happy with my current file-type options.
However, since the option to "Always perform this action" is grayed-out, I am looking into the possibility that the website is sending a misconfigured MIME type or is assigning "Content-Disposition: attachment" to the download. What's odd, though, is that I've never had problems getting binary files from the site in the past, and the problem started when the VLC player was installed.
I'll post back after I check into the server header data. -
VPN and iManager - not displaying VPN options?

We just installed BorderManager v3.9 SP1 (upgrade from BM 3.7) and are running iManager 3.6
In iManager v3.6 we can see and configure Access Rules, Proxy, etc but the VPN option does not list up.
Could someone post how to get VPN listed in iManager successfully. Under Installed Novell Plug-in Modules it shows as an installed module but never shows in our Roles and Tasks despite logging in as admin and it being the owner.

That didn't work on that server but now using iManager successfully off another Netware server with BM Plug-ins.
We have configured the BorderManager server for Client to Site with all setting as per your book, opened the ports required on the firewall device (NAT happening here to), have public IP natting to private ip of server on firewall and have setup VPN Client on external workstation.
When we try to VPN Login it seems to find the server as the VPN status server says Authenticating user but after about 1 min we get "Failed receiving server DH public value". We have double-checked the we have Allow NMAS Authentication and "Logged".
Any ideas what could be wrong here and what we can check?

Because something is broken, and a reinstall (of the plugin) might be the easiest way to fix it?
Have a look at the logger screen when trying a reinstall of the plugin. You might also want to uninstall
it first.

Suport recommended Backing up the IPad and then erasing it. Support article said that the Restore would update the IPad to the latest software which in this case is IOS 7. That did not happen. After an hour, the Ipad ended up with IOS 5.1.1 again. How can I update the software to 6.0 minumum?

When clicking the icon in upper left screen, the only options I have are move, maximize, minimize and close.
That is the windows icon on the title bar that opens the system menu.
You see the orange (on Linux gray) Firefox button if the Menu Bar is hidden (View > Toolbars > Customize or right-click a toolbar).
You can hide or make the Menu bar visible via View > Toolbars or via Firefox > Options.
If you need to access the hidden Menu bar then press F10 or tap the Alt key to make the Menu Bar appear temporarily.
