Ireminder

I have got Problems with my reminder.
My Ipad, my iphon4 and my icloud show me 8 active remindings. If I go to the actually day I can lokk what I have to do. At my macbook pro the reminder also shows with the red number that I have 8 things to do. But if I look the reminders show me only 4 active things to do. I think it may be a sync conflict. But I doesn't find anything about this problem at the apple support or at google. Only how I can repair such conflicts at the iphone ipad or icloud. But they work corectly.
At the macbook pro works os x 10.8.2 montain lion and iphon and ipad works with iOS6.0.1.
I have one apple ID and contacts, ical, and other apps work without any problems.
I will hope you understand me, because my last english lessons have been more than 30 years less.

Hi rino,
I'm guessing you are referring to a Mac app, since you have your question under Mac OS, and you show a Mountain Lion OSX. Because you indicated IOS in your actual message, I wanted to make sure you are not actually referring to an IOS device (iPhone, iPad, iPod)?
Either way, there are a lot of apps available as Alarm Clocks, and I even found a couple that were specifically for getting alerts for taking pills (search for pill timer).
Just go into the App store and do a search for "alarm clock" or for "pill timer" to see what is available. You can click on each one that looks promising to see a description of what it can do. Many have reviews that will give you an idea of how well or poorly they may work for users. Some are free, some are not.
So, take a look around in the App Store to see if you can find something that will do what you need.
