Irritating mouse behavior - consistently happens with all mouse use anywher

Is there some way to stop this behavior? Often I will go to click on something, but the OS apparently thinks it's an accident use of the button or something, so it doesn't do what I want to do, and that is click on the item I clicked. I find this particularly the case when I attempt to close a dialog box or application window.
Is the system thinking I'm accidentally pressing the mouse button, since sometimes I am moving fast around the screen. And if so, is there any way I can turn this off?
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I see an option under System Preferences > Keyboard & Mouse > Trackpad which says "Ignore accidental trackpad input". Maybe the same option is enabled for your mouse. Check it out...

You might try restarting the Apple TV by removing ALL the cables for a 30 seconds. If that doesn't help try using another HDMI cable.

The only companies that can make a Scrabble game are the companies that own the rights to the game; Hasbro owns the rights in the US & Canada, Mattel owns the rights outside of the US & Canada.

I have to ctrl+f5 to force refresh the site in order to get the updated page, and that happens with all the sites (news, sport....etc), Why?

This person can use iMessage with pther people, but when they send me a message, it always goes as a text. Why can we both communicate with other people using iMessage, but not with one another?

1) If you have OD set up and "editor" has UID 1111, then when they log in to any machine that's bound to OD as editor, they will get UID 1111. Therefore, there won't be any of these permission errors. This is typically the recommended approach.
2) I assume you mean "You'd prefer to not using open directory?" Whatever the case, OD isn't mandatory with Xsan -- it's just that with multiple user accounts, managing them centrally tends to be easier. For 3 or 4 accounts and 3 or 4 machines maybe it's no big deal. If you go larger, it could get a lot more complicated. That said, if you set it up such that each machine has the exact same set of users (as you said, Mary = UID 502, Fred = UID 503, William = UID 504), then you can do what you want. Mary can log in from multiple machines at the same time, and in general you won't have permissions problems. Of course, if you try and read and write the same file from multiple workstations at the same time, you will get file locking issues, which will prohibit somebody from successfully writing the file.
File locking issues are different from general permissions errors. The former basically says "hey, someone else is editing this file. Therefore I won't let you edit it right now... you can read it if you want though." Permissions means somebody saves it, and Xsan thinks you saved it and own the file, when you really don't.

I have been experiencing connection issues with loading web pages. It's as if the web pages do not want to load all the way and some times not at all. This has happen with all three of my computers with the same browsers.

There are times when web pages do not want to load fully and other times not at all. They just continue to open up with a blank screen. My routers light flash during this process and then they stop as if no connection is being made. I do know for sure it is not my ISP or internet explorer browser.

I continue to have this problem and have tried all recommendations so far...I notice also when I click on a web site on the taps side of browser once it starts loading however it does not connect, web site comes up just blank while it continues to search. The same thing happens while in an email program with clicking in the email link and page pops up and continues to search for the web site. You have to reload over and over again until it finally locates it and then opens. Should I uninstall the Firefox browser and install again.....?

Hi, my iphone 4 has diaplay priblems. that is once in a while the display gets distorted, fuzzy or in other words blurry. it happens with all the applications. even after eastrting the phone it works fine for few minutes and again the problem reappears.

We have gone on our comp after a while and tried to open Firefox . When we do we get a message "Firefox is running close app or restart comp . " Now the thing is I was on it earlier and closed it with the close button . Then say checked mail , or looked at pictures on my comp . Then I would want to use the browser again and when I tried to access it I get that message . Rest assured it had been closed . This issue did not happen until I downloaded Firefox4 . We did not have this problem with the earlier versions of Firefox .

Your posts do not warrant any response. You probably work for Verizon....
