This device features an internal protection that I I'll disconnect the surge protectiv  Component at the end of its useful life but will maintain power to the load - now it's unprotected. Replace the d vic  if this situation is undesirable for the application.

If anyone would like to help I would appreciate it. This is a third party charger but it came with the ipod touch on the front of the package(picture) and I assumed that this ipod would work. Though since I got it, my iPod seems to charge way too fast, and dies within halfway through the day with heavy use. Barley gets to 8 hours. I don't know what I should do and whats affecting it
