Is a Premiere CS5.5 download available? I seem to always get redirected to the newest version, which is not supported by my OS. This is for first-time use, not replacement download of an already-purchased product.

OS is Windows Vista Home Premium. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

CS5 is not for sale any longer if you are looking to purchase it, at least not thru Adobe.
CS6 is still being sold. I run CS6 on a Vista system without any issues. You might try downloading the trial version and see if it works for you.
You can download the trial version of the software thru the page linked below and then use your current serial number to activate it.
Be sure to follow the steps outlined in the Note: Very Important Instructions section on the download pages at this site and have cookies enabled in your browser or else the download will not work properly.

If what you indicated is correct, you are using Mac OS X 10.7.5, so the most recent Safari version for Lion is Safari 6.

I uploaded beta version of Firefox. jigzone puzzles download is loading multiple puzzles in the same wiindow maybe 20 or more puzzles at the same time. How doI get rid of the beta version and go back to the previsious versions or correct the problem.

I purchased an Ipod touch and the instuctions told me to go to Itunes download and everything seemed to be going fine until the message came up that a program that itunes needs to run is being used. I have never had I tunes on this computer.

but i think your license is dual platform. download the mac version and see if your serial number will activate. if not, at least, you'll have the 30 day trial to use while waiting for your platform swap.

I did all that HT1925 recommended and it was no help. My computer still won't recognize my iPhone. Often trying to start Apple Mobile Device Service fails with an error message that it starts and then stops immediately.

When I try to reopen Firefox, it says its already running and to restart my computer or close it down. But, it isn't open. This just started when I downloaded the newest version

It should now be in the upper-left of the window when you're viewing the iTunes Store, next to your account ID. If you don't see anything there, the iTunes Store doesn't think you have a balance remaining. Confirm that you're logged into the correct account, and if you are check your Purchase History to make sure you should still have a balance left. iTunes doesn't always refresh the display correctly, so you may have actually used up the balance but it wasn't being updated.
If you confirm that you should have balance left but the iTunes Store isn't showing it, go here:

and follow the instructions to report the issue to the iTunes Store.

Normally an Elements license is valid for both Windows and Mac systems. So you might only need to download the Mac versions of the applications and use your serial number to activate them.

Lyleb64687719 have you utilized the steps listed in CC desktop lists applications as "Up to Date" when not installed - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/aam-lists-removed-apps-date.html to verify the Creative Suite 6 version was not available? What type of a Creative Cloud membership do you have?
You can also download the Creative Suite 6 installation files from Download CS6 products. Installing any of the applications or suites which include Bridge CS6 should allow Bridge CS6 to install.
