IS ADE 2.0 for Mac still available?

I can't find an ADE download to work with my OS 10.6.8. All thread links default to 4.0 or 3.0, but either turns up an error message that says they won't work with anything less than OS 10.7. And I can't seem to find a download for ADE v2.0 anywhere. Help!

Hi,
We have put back the older version(2.0.1) on our site.
You can download ADE 2.0.1 from here:

Thanks!

  • Photoshop Elements 4.0 for Mac now available

I use and love iPhoto but require greater editing capability. I downloaded and installed the Photoshop Elements 3.0 30-day trial (my trial just ran out). I was waiting for Elements 4.0 to come out for Mac, and noticed it is now out and available from Amazon.com for $10 off ($79.99) and free shipping.

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction Barbara. This fixed the problem I was having with getting the 'How To's' to work.

  • Media Browser Server for Mac now available!

    Finally!
Media Browser Server for Mac is now available for download from the media browser website.
    Enjoy everyone.

I know some people have got FMS running on FreeBSD, so
there's a good chance it'll run on MacOs X. You'd be without any
    support from Adobe though.
I myself set up FMS on debian, and allthough very possible,
    it wasn't exactly straight-forward

  • Imovie 10 for MAC manual available OFFLINE?

Is there an offline manual for Imovie 10 (for Mac) ....I was working on a movie last night, and my slightly flaky internet connection caused me a lot of greif as it dropped and I could not get help.

Interesting, I had not realized that the help accessed from within iMovie 10 is no longer local as it was in iMovie 9.
I could not find a downloadable version.   The only option would seem to be to make a local copy of the help website using something like SiteSucker (http://sitesucker.us/mac/mac.html).  I've no experience of using it though.

  • Transfer Wizard for CWM still available in 11gR2?

    Hi,
I need to import CWM metadata into OWB 11gR2. I came across the OWB User's Guide 11gR2 [1] which mentions the Transfer Wizard. I wonder if this feature is still available in OWB 11gR2. It says, from the Design menu, select Import > Bridges. In 11gR2, however, there is no Design menu, but there is the File menu where I can select Import, with no option Bridges, though.
I would be glad to hear if, and how, import of CWM metadata into OWB 11gR2 is still possible. Thank you very much.
    Yours,
    Christoph

  • I'm loading up an old Mac Powerbook G4 and want to put Firefox on it. Can't find an archived version for this OS (using Tiger 10.4.1) - is a version of firefox for this Mac still available?

I just need a link to a download of Firefox to fit on this Mac Powerbook G4. I couldn't find any archived and the new Firefox 4 won't work on this Mac.

Yup, your question and Diane's answer helped me also. Tho' I had had problems before getting into the iTunes store I always managed to find a way. Today they had me blocked cold with the "Update to 10" advert no matter what I did. Other questioners are being told, incorrectly as it turns out, that they have to update their OS to accomodate iTunes 10 and upgrade to iTunes 10. I did the download which did not take up much more room on my crowded old hard drive and now I'm back in business.

  • ADE 2.0 for Mac

Hello, I need Adobe Digital Editions to buy and read an e-book from Elsevier Publisher. I have downloaded "DigitalEditions2.0.pkg", but my Mac says it can not run it, because it comes from unidentified author
Funny, because Mac says that "Safari has downloaded the file from www.adobe.com". It suggests going to Mac App Store - where the program is not available.
I had a chat with rather unprofessional expert from Adobe, who suggested changing browser to download the installer again and then creating new admin account on my Mac. I think it is a waste of my time.
    Anybody could help? Thanks.

Aha, is this why I haven't been able to run the four .acsm files that I downloaded to this new iMac?  Though ADE 2.0 installed just fine, but I still can't do anything with it.
My issue is that Google thinks that my device limit has been reached, but actually I haven't even been able to generate e-pub files from .acsm from any of these files I've downloaded yet.  I've been reading this forum and authorizing/deauthorizing and uninstalling/reinstalling ADE, downloaded in Firefox, downloaded in Safari, nothing works.  I've emailed Google to get them to reset the files, but I never hear anything from them.
So anyway - sorry if I'm missing something obvious, but am I waiting for the Mac OS to upgrade to 10.7.5 or something, or is this something that will hopefully be fixed in the next ADE upgrade?   Or have I got some completely different problem that means that I have to wait for Google?
Thanks, and sorry for piling onto your thread, but I figure it beats starting yet another one.

  • Mail for Mac still failing!

Despite this post, on another thread, Mail is still failing in OS X
We wanted to update you on the email password pop ups issue some of you have been experiencing. Last month Yahoo completed a piece of work which involved migrating the affected mail server farms. Since this migration work was done we have completed extensive testing and no further issues with POP or IMAP have been found. As a precautionary measure the remaining mail server farms have also now been upgraded.
There may still be cases where individual customers continue to have problems, and this could be connected with the mail clients used, if you do continue to experience any issues please get in touch so we can help you. We do not believe the problems now reported are linked to any wider issues as our testing has not replicated this.
We have decided to lock this thread as the original issue has been resolved and there may be confusion with new individual issues linking to this when the issue is something different.
Big thanks to all who posted on this thread or emailed in with info to help us investigate this and progress the server migration work.
If anyone is still experiencing issues with Yahoo mail please feel free to start an individual thread with your problem and you can get help from the community, or contact the mods via link in their profile so we can investigate and resolve any outstanding individual cases.
    Cheers

  • Print Studio Pro plugin is not compatible with Photoshop Elements 12 Editor for Mac

It appears that the latest version of Print Studio Pro PlugIn is not compatible with the Editor version of Photoshop Elements 12 for Mac as available on the App store.  The install gives an error saying that it did not find a supported version of Photoshop Elements. This error has been reported before for Elements version 12 but was reportedly fixed in the latest version of Print Studio Pro. Now it appears that this version may support Elements 12 for Mac but not the Editor only version from the app store. Any suggestions for work-around on this?

"Any suggestions for work-around on this?"
    No!
Not untill Mac and Adobe and Canon get their collective acts together.  Mac (Apple) has the bad habit of upgrading their stuff and not being forthcoming with the particulars given to 3rd party companies like Canon and Adobe.
Besides the cost difference of Mac's the compatibility issues are it's worst features.
