Is Adobe Dreamweaver and Muse the same as Web Suite? Are they compatible?

I currently have Adobe Creative Cloud. My friend is building me a website using Adode Web Suite. Is Adobe Dreamweaver and Muse the same as Web Suite? Are they compatible?

Muse is consumer level software for hobbyists and non-coders with little web experience. Dreamweaver is pro-level software for experienced web developers. Coding skills are essential. More than likely, your web designer is using Dreamweaver.
Muse is only available by subscription to the Creative Cloud. Dreamweaver can be obtained on a single license, in a product suite or by subscription to the Creative Cloud. See Product Comparison Guide below for details:

Those are the collective names for suites for several different software titles. Creative Cloud has about 29 different software titles.
File format incompatibility affects different software in different ways. Photoshop, Indesign may have issues but Dreamweaver will probably not.

When I check my boot SSD drive using Disk Utility under Mavericks, I often get "Incorrect number of extended attributes" errors. But if I boot off an external drive and check the same SSD, no errors are reported. Is this a bug in Mavericks?

This happens not just with the SSD in my Mac Mini, but with another SSD in my MacBook (both now running Mavericks). So far as I know, all of the kit I am using is in good order (despite the file corruption reports). So I am beginning to wonder if it could be due to a bug in Mavericks? Both SSD drives have been formatted to MacOS Extended (journaled) format. Should I have used a different format, I wonder?
Has anyone else encountered this issue?
Does anyone have a solution?
Or an explanation that might help my investigation of the issue?

I understand that the Corsair Force 3 is not one of the SSD drives that are supported on Apple Macs.
I did try downloading and using Trim Enabler, but the error message came up both when it was off and when it was on.
I understand that not everyone thinks Trim Enabler is a good program, though there is a new version out now, so I may give it another try.

How to collect form responses in adobe formscentral and at the same time receive form responses through email

My client wants to have the form that I created in FormsCentral to be able to collect email responses. So to do this, I downloaded the form as PDF then imported it into Acrobat. I created a button in Acrobat (this will be for the email response part). I used this script for that function:

I'm still kinda not sure how it works but I'm getting the idea. Now what I'm having trouble with is, how do I make it so that the user will be required to click on the scripted button and at the same time, also click on the FormsCentral's generated submit button? Because as I see it, the user can click on the scripted button but they can just close out the form without submitting it to FormsCentral.
Is there any way to make my idea work?

I do not know or have time right now to look up NDP format.
To write to NTFS from Mac, you need a driver.
And to write to HFS from Windows also.
I strongly recommend Paragon drivers for both.
That way you can access anything from any platform.

Hello so I have designed my whole site using Dreamweaver and Business Catalyst and now I want to change it into a mobile site and so some finishing touches on the site. Is there a way to bring in the site from BC's back end to download into Adobe muse?
What is the best way to start designing your mobile site? I have started it in Dreamweaver and I am having a hard time getting the size correct. That's why I thought it may be easier to edit the mobile design in Muse a lot better.

Is the Adobe ID and password the same as the Adobe Photoshop CC?

I have tried to use my Adobe ID user name and password to update my CC software but it rejects it every time. I have changed my password several times hoping this would take care of the problem but it doesn't. Please help. I have LastPass so I know that my saved passwords are correct.

I now have two copies of Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver and Muse. One set is CC and the other is 2014 - Why?. Can I remove the CC version?

I have just updated a 2014 version of Muse. It is now Muse2014.1 Release. beneath that is: 2014.1.0.375. CL785695.
My query is it this: Is this the 13th August update that I have just installed? What harm would occur if I ununstalled the Muse CC version. I also have CC versions of Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver and Muse. I assume it is necessary to have both (?) otherwise wouldn't Adobe have removed the obsolete versions when the updates were uploaded?

DON'T! I removed the older versions and all hell broke loose. Edit Original type commands stopped working and I had to go in and manually tell windows which program should open an already existing photoshop file, for example...bridge still doesn't seem to recognize PS2014 and I have to open photoshop files from photoshop...Kinda ridiculous if you ask me.

Since Re-activation as suggested by the link above is not working for you, Can you please confirm the following:
The OperatorURL is reachable. ( you can find the operatorURL from the acsm file by opening it in notepad,etc)
And Book is still available on the book-store for purchase.
(If any of first two are not available, you might have to talk to distributor for next action item to get the book. Since you will have record of purchasing the book, (in my opinion) they should provide you the new token for downloading the book)
And please confirm this that you used the same userID for downloading that you used when you first fulfilled/downloaded the book.
(If it is the case, then you have to use the correct userID)

Why is 15pt and 15px the same in Photoshop but not in Dreamweaver?

I'm building web comps in Photoshop and then developing a matching style guide for developers. As I gather my font size information I've noticed (for example) 15px and 15pt type in Photoshop is visually the same size but is not visually the same size in Dreamweaver (note: Photoshop px to Dreamweaver px is the same but Photoshop pt to Dreamweaver pt is not). Do you know why this is the case? Any suggestions on translating font size in Photoshop to a font size developers can use (ie. CSS or HTML)?

Most web site files can be edited using a simple text editor. It is not clear to me what you are looking for when you ask if you can download up to date Adobe Dreamweaver and still access and make changes. You certainly can, but you need to purchase the software to do so if you mean you want the latest versions.
The most current version is available thru a subscription basis.
