Is Adobe experiencing problems with downloads and updates of iCloud applications?

I have not been able to apply updates to CS6 versions of Muse, Photoshop and Dreamweaver. I thought the problem might be with a corrupted installer, so I dumped my copies of Muse, Dreamweaver and Photoshop so as to start over. Bit mistake. Now I can't even download the full version, much less the upgrade. Is anyone else experiencing problems?

Found a solution, but it is odd:
On the 2008 Mac Pro, I UNCHECK the boxes beside Pages and Numbers in System Preferences > iCloud > iCloud Drive > Options. Now Pages and Numbers will properly save edited documents to the appropriate folders on iCloud Drive.
Go figure ...

    Do Not post stuff about how Airplay doesnt work, because i dont have Apple TV and dont need to hear about it.

    If you have an external drive equal to or larger than your internal HD, clone your internal to it with either Carbon Copy Cloner or Super Duper. Test the clone to make sure it's bootable. Then upgrade either one. Try it out first.

    try holding the app till it shakes. then delete the app. then try to redownload the app.

    Just to clarify, are you able to download and install the Facebook application directly from the phone's browser or from the Nokia Store? What do you mean you 'cannot reach to login portal in this application but other carriers reach'? Is the updating of phone's software successful? Did you encounter any issue when you update it? 
    If you are referring to the Nokia Store, you may try to restore the phone's setting to their original values. This will not affect your documents or files saved on the phone. This can be done by going to Settings > Restore factory sett. > Settings only > Enter the security code. The default code is 12345 unless changed. Another option is to reinstall the phone's software. This can be done by going to Settings > Device > Device updates. 
    Let us know the outcome. 

  • Problems with uninstalling and updating Adobe Reader 9.x

    I have an issue with updating Adobe Reader 9.4.5. I get regularly automatic update routines and success reports after I ran them. However, when I open Adobe Reader it still shows up as version 9.4.5. So I tried to uninstall Adobe Reader completely. First of all, in the software panel two Adobe Reader versions show up: 9.4.5 & 9.3.5. Of those two, I could only uninstall the Adobe Reader 9.4.5. The 9.3.5 version doesn't sucessfully enter into an uninstall routine. As my computer expertise is limited, I don't know if there are other ways to remove that program successfully. Another odd thing is that when I open Adobe Reader, the version displayed is 9.4.5 although that was the one which seems to have uninstalled correctly. As you see, it's all a bit of a mess and I would appreciate your help with addressing this issues. Many thanks in advance.

    You may want to try the following.
    Remove  all traces of Reader (not only the program) from your system using  the  Windows Installer Cleanup Utility. This is no longer supported by  Microsoft because it can produce problems with Win 7, but you can still download it from from places like

    and perform a clean install.

    When I start download or install new apps after few second whole operation slow down or stop. I have same problem when I start update old version of aplications. Can you please help.

    Make sure IOS is updated to latest version

    Reboot device by pressing both the home button and sleep/wake (power) buttons at the same time for 10-15 seconds until the apple logo appears on the screen, then let go.
    If that doesn't work then reset the device by going to settings/general/reset/reset all settings  (or for network connection issues 'reset network settings').
    (no media or data will be deleted from the device, this will only take a minute).

    I have tried to download and install the server in my system. I am able to deploy a sample application using autodeploy utility.
    But when i tried to package a new sample application and deploy i am getting 404 error. For application server i have used 7070 port and not the default 8080 port will this a problem to package & deploy sample application provided with this software.
    The error is as below:

    Btw, verify that the url you are trying to access is correct. For instance, assuming you deploy app. without --contextroot option. By default,  the url is http://<host>:<port>/<web module name>/<value of url-pattern in web.xml> if your app contains servlet. If your app has jsp then it's http://<host>:<port>/<web module name>/<value of url-pattern in web.xml>/<name of jsp>                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               

  • I have problem in downloading and updating softwares

    The syndrome is: The first 99.96% of the softwares can be downloaded well and sound, but after that, they stopped. While, strangely enough, some of the softwares can fully download.
    I guess sth. happens to those can't at the moment of 99.96%.

    I was using software update that fails all the time.
    I have struggling with the downloading for days.
    I got my first clue when downloading messenger603.dmg. It always fails on 99.96% So I tried SPEED Download 4, still 99.96%, then I tried on Windows system, the same failure. I also tried to download other language or lower version. but all fails with the same problem. Finally, I searched out a messenger603.dmg.zip on a korean website, and succeeded.
    Same thing happened to Googleearthmac.dmg. unfortunately I can not find zipped file of it.
    I am wondering should I make changes on download settings? Where?

  • I'm having issues with downloading and updating my softwares in creative cloud...

    I've been notified by creative cloud telling me that 6 of my softwares (Premier, After Effecs, Bridge, Photoshop etc) need updating. I clicked update on all of them at the same time and only one of them (speedgrade) successfully updated. All the rest of them are saying there was an error and that that they are unable to update.The same happens whenever I retry the update.
    Any solutions?

  • Problems with downloading and burning

    I just created an account to iTunes yesterday,I'm using Music card to pay for my music. I left my computer downloading Missy higgins album last night and in the morning there was an error on the screen saying something about download error, last song of the album didn't come in, well, I tried to burn rest 12 songs on to a CD but whole iTunes froze once i pressed burning button on righthand corner. Well, I tried to check for purchased music and it started to download the last song again, but gave an error again once it finished downloading. There propably was an error number but I forgot to check it.
    Then I went back to that burning problem again. I went to prefrences and there in to burning options and iTunes froze again, just from being in options. What the .... is wrong with this thing?

    Ok, error message is following when downloading error occurres:
    "There was an error downloading your purchased music.
    an unknown error occurred (-208)"
    Apple support gives me this answer:
    "In some cases, you may get the following error message when you try to play purchased music or video or access the iTunes Music Store using iTunes 6:
    "We could not complete your Music Store request. An unknown error occurred (-208)."
    To resolve this issue, update to iTunes 6.0.1 or later. "
    But my iTunes is allready a version 6.0.1.3

  • I have been having issues with downloading and updating apps on my iPod 4th gen. How do I fix this? It's getting really old really fast.

         So yeah, this has been going on the past week. When I tap to upload my apps, some update right away, but others won't. Sometimes they will dowload half way, sometimes they won't at all, what causes them to stop is this little message that pops up saying, "This app cannot be downloaded at this time." and it gives you options 'Done' or 'Retry." Instinctively I hit retry. Through the course of the day I did this, I kept hitting retry, and eventually all the apps that were updating, updated, but not very effieciently. All apps updated, except for one, Facebook. No matter how anytimes I hit retry, it wouldn't update. I got real sick and tired of it, so I deleted it. I decided to go through everything and delete old apps, pictures, music, thinking that I didn't have enough space. I go to download an app I've already had to test this theory out: Still doesn't work. The stupid thing won't even TRY to download. So, is there any way I can fix this without taking a sledgehammer to my iPod? Because, honestly, I am severly ticked off at how stubborn this is. Please help. Before my patience runs out and I break this thing.

    It should be Noted that anything Downloaded with a Particular Apple ID is tied to that Apple ID and Cannot be Merged or Transferred to a Different Apple ID.

  • I've started having problems with downloading and opening PDF files.  Any hints?

    This started late yesterday and I've been unable to download or open or view any PDF files.  I've restarted my computer a few times, made sure Preview was open then when those things didn't work downloaded Adobe PDF reader and that didn't work either.  Any other ideas????

    Back up all data.
    Quit Safari. In the Finder, select Go ▹ Go to Folder from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-G. Copy the line of text below into the box that opens, and press return:
    /Library/Internet Plug-ins
    From the folder that opens, remove any items that have the letters “PDF” in the name. You may be prompted for your login password. Then launch Safari and test.
    If you still have the issue, repeat with this line:
    ~/Library/Internet Plug-ins
    If you don’t like the results of this procedure, restore the items from the backup you made before you started. Relaunch Safari again.
