Is anyone else having a problem sending a mail message with PDF attached? I receive the following message:
Sending the message content to the server failed.
Select a different outgoing mail server from the list below or click Try Later to leave the message in your Outbox until it can be sent.
Is there a fix for this?
Anyone? I was hoping my problem would just 'fix itself'... but I still have some clients telling me they're not receiving any email from me. I've since deleted that account on my computers and re-added it. But still having the same issue.

YES, there are actually several posts about this problem today. It seems that most of use are able to receive mail, and I was able to send mail until about 3 this afternoon. AT&T reset my network settings, but that did not help. I called AOL, but since I use their email for free and am not a paying customer, I couldn not get any help. But I thnk it might be an AOL issue. I am able to log into my AOL email on my desktop,so it's definitly a correct user name and password.

Recently installed Amazon Uploader and Downloader, and downloaded MP3s from Amazon. My personal computer is connected via Internet to a corporate network; (corporate) SOPHOS and Malwarebytes Pro for virus protection. Recent scans show no infections. I cleared history, cookies, etc. Running Windows 7 and current version of Firefox. Not having problem on IE 8, or with any other apps. Have not installed any other applications, but did install a JAVA update yesterday. Did not help the problem.
Ya actually i did ask here :P And no one offered to help :(
Well i shouldnt say that, all anyone said was to read the java api's.... When all i needed was to learn how to make the link to process input to a database by a servlet.
Anyway thats why i posted this here, in case anyone needs help on the same issue as i did.
And i dont make jsp's by hand.

Is anyone else having a problem sending email via iCloud?

Over the course of the last couple of days, I've had potential clients... whom I had already emailed... email me back asking if I had received their inquiry... as if they never received my emails to them. I'm sending from a number of iMac's that I have all via the native mail app via my iCloud account (specifically, a grandfathered .mac email address). I check the 'Sent' box and the emails I sent are there, but my clients are telling me they never received them.
This is incredibly frustrating as this problem could be costing me a TON of money. I've emailed over a dozen potential clients in the past week or so and now I don't even know if they received my reply. They could have moved onto another service professional and forgotten about me.
Any information on this matter would be appreciated. I'd like to know when it's resolved or if I have to abandon iCloud all together.

Spam has greatly increased in my inbox. It was not a problem before. How can this be improved? Is anyone else having this problem?
What mail program are you using??? Who's your provider???
You can usually log in to your account and make changes to spam filtering, server side.
Client side you can add spam filtering software like SpamSieve. Very effective. -
Firefox is crashing every time I have my MSN email account up. (Since I use it for business, that's many times per day.) It seems to coincide with hotmail's latest update where the email is checked and downloaded to the inbox automatically. Then when it asks me if I want to send the crash report to Firefox, I select yes and it tells me it had trouble sending the report. Is anyone else having this problem? Is there a setting I can change? I can't seem to keep my email account up for more than 10 minutes.
p.s if you're reading this Microsoft, it's still not bad enough to make me to go back to Internet Explorer!Hi,

When I try to do the updates my computer says it has ready it goes through like it is downloading them then at the end it says some of the files could not be saved to "/" files.
After your restart your Mac, click the Apple menu (top left in your screen) then click: Software Update ...

Whenever I ask Siri to send a message to a contact, it will attempt to send it as an iMessage. This is a problem because it will attempt to send iMessages to contacts of mine which aren't even iPhone numbers. Is anyone else having this problem?
So, this is a problem because when Siri attempts to send iMessages to those without iPhones it, of course, fails.
For example, if I say to Siri, "Tell my mother 'Hello.'" It will try to send an iMessage. My mother has an Android phone, so the iMessage just gets lost in cyberspace.
I use Siri quite often, this problem only occured about two hours ago.
Can anyone help me with this?

The tech who set the phone up at the Apple store did so with little training.
if you have a mobile me account. First go and move all your data to the cloud by going on your computer and logging in at me.com/move. The cloud has replaced mobile me, so there is no need for those two accounts
Also make sure that for any of your email accounts you set them up to fetch, not push. My tech person set them all to have the email servers push data to the phone. The new iphone4s antenna is extremely strong so it will continually try to access stuff that is pushed–***** a lot of battery life doing this. It makes it worse if you have exchange 2010 accounts. Something about changes made to exchange really suck battery life from devices that access such accounts.

Anyone else haveing a problem with appointments not syncing, duplicate appointments when syncing with Outlook? Noticed the problem a couple of days ago.
Also, noticed that my primary SMTP disappeared, and I had to re-establish to send e-mail.
Apple tech support was worthless on both issues.Hi I am also in the UK, but not with Tiscali and am having the exact same problems. I can also send with wifi, but not 3G. I have tried amending all sorts of settings, including those above and amending the smtp server to the settings for my provider, but all to no avail.
It is thoroughly frustrating, as I cannot send emails unless I have wifi access.
Any further suggestions would be very welcome. -
Since I downloaded ios7 my Photos freezes up and I cannot send or edit photos. The only way to unfreeze Photos is to completely close it out and re-open it. Even doing that it freezes up every time. Anyone else having this problem?

3G isnt working and I cannot receive or send picture messages...Anyone else having this problem?
When I try to connect to the web on my Droid 2 it says its not connected and there is no 3G symbol at the top of my phone. I also cannot receive or send picture messages from my phone...Is anyone else having this problem or knows how to fix this?
I do apologize about the issues you are experiencing with your device and I will be more than happy to assist you with resolving those issues. First step will will take in resolve the issues will be by updating your device.
On your phone, dial *228
Select option 2 when prompted
Listen to be advised that the update was successful
The device will power off and on (if this is not completed automatically, complete is manually)
Once the device is power back, go ahead and check to see if you are able to send and receive picture messages and that your 3G is working properly. If not, here is a link to additional troubleshooting information:

My iphone 4s voice dictiation for text messages is not consistently working. I've had the phone since Thanksgiving and it always worked perfectly, but the last few weeks it's been hit or miss. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Anyone else having this problem? I tried the hard reset but that hasn't fixed it.
I have the same problem since updating to IOS 8.3. Any app to which I want to send a new link via IMessage does not allow me to select a contact to send the IMessage to. Using a pre-existing thread does not have same problem.

Is anyone else having this problem? I usually attach photos from my existing camera roll when sending ecards, suddenly starting yesterday, all my photos are being rotated and coming up sideways! I use Blue Mountain.com for my ecards. I called their tech support line, they accessed my account and say they can do it no problem. It is my iPads problem!?? Any help out there. yes it isn't working with iOS7, you need to go into settings>celluar>reset network settings and then it works, down side is all wifi networks you have saved you'll need to add the passwords again for the secure networks, extremely frustrating.. not to mention it forces you to send via text messaging which then gets added to your cell plan with your provider.. sure hope they fix it soon, this is very Windows like upgrades with Apple
