Is anyone else having interface issues with words with friends or draw something?
I try to use these apps and the interface acts frozen
I just called today and we figured out what the issue was. For some reason back when I had purchased my MacBook my Apple ID didn't have to be an email address. When I set up my new pad, it had to be an email address for the user. For some strange reason that is hat caused the issue. Even though the two were not synced yet. I hope that possibly helps out another.

Is anyone else having an issue with Muse 2014.2 Freezing/Crashing at launch? It worked perfectly up until tonight and nothing has changed on my computer. I'm running windows 8.1. I've tried logging in and out of CC, I've uninstalled and reinstalled Muse twice with no change. Please advise. Thanks!

Is anyone else having an issue with performance in Mavericks?
My computer is brand new. Just bought it a week ago. Since I installed Mavericks, I have been having very big issues with performance. It now takes forever to start up, it loads programs extremely slowly, and it randomly freezes for a few minutes at a time. Is anyone else having these issues? I have already re-installed the OS. What else can I do?
Mavericks has certainly made up for all the problem-free updates I've had in the past! I have significant system drag (endless spinning beachballs....), Safari is incredibly slow, Mail - gmail & icloud - almost unusable. I'm desperately hoping the first OS update fixes things.

I am walking through Apples tutorial getting started with iOS development. I am at the storyboard area and can't seem to drag the cancel button to the green exit. I am not sure why the exit button doesn't except it. Is anyone else having this issue? Is there a work around? I have done this app twice and still cant get the exit to except the Cancel or Done bar buttons
Yes I checked it. As far as I can see I did everything Apple said to do. I took some screen shot so you can see how the screens are connected and what and where the code is, and what it does when I drag the cancel and done bar buttons to the exit

i am having problems since downloading ios8. app freezing, display orientation locking up, calls coming into multiple phones associated with same apple id. Anyone else having these issues? i did not download the update

Is anyone else having connection issues with O magazine?
The iPad connects to everything else fine. It can surf the Internet using Safari, it can download apps from the app store, it can also download other magazines but when trying to download the "O magazine", it gives us an error that states "cannot connect to the server please try again". I have tried everything, even called tech support and no one can figure it out. Already deleted all settings and that didn't help either. Is anyone else having this issue?
Try rebooting your router by unplugging it for 15 seconds or so, if it is WiFi connections taht aren't working.

Hi, I also get the message "itunes could not restore the iphone because the password was incorrect" though I am never prompted to enter a password anywhere! Nor was the backup password encrypted to begin with! Really strange, any pointers will be greatly appriciated!

I'm using Big date theme but the numbers on the date is cut off on top. I'm on iphoto 11 and OS 10.8.2. anyone else having this issue??
OK try the following: make a temporary, backup copy (if you don't already have a backup copy) of the library and try the following:
1 - delete the iPhoto preference file, com.apple.iPhoto.plist, that resides in your
User/Home/Library/ Preferences folder.
2 - delete iPhoto's cache file, Cache.db, that is located in your
User/Home/Library/Caches/com.apple.iPhoto folder (Snow Leopard and Earlier).
or with Mt. Lion from the User/Library/Containers/com.apple.iPhoto/
Data/Library/Caches/com.apple.iPhoto folder
3 - launch iPhoto and try again.
NOTE: If you're moved your library from its default location in your Home/Pictures folder you will have to point iPhoto to its new location when you next open iPhoto by holding down the Option key when launching iPhoto. You'll also have to reset the iPhoto's various preferences.
NOTE 2: In Lion and Mountain Lion the Library folder is now invisible. To make it permanently visible enter the following in the Terminal application window: chflags nohidden ~/Library and hit the Enter button - 10.7: Un-hide the User Library folder. -
Send Invitation Inactive/Not Working in Member Center. Anyone else having this issue?
When I try to invite a developer to our organization's Apple Dev Portal, the 'Send Invitation' link is inactive. I also tried the bulk invite where the button appears to be active but does not respond when clicked. Is anyone else having this issue? I submitted a bug report last week and haven't heard anything.

Still no update from PA Networks - it is like they are in total denial that Mountain Lion exists!
The Cisco app works but only just and is very slow, i think that may be more to do with us than the use of the app. Bear in mind we used to use the Cisco service and so it is not something I had to set up from scratch but it is not something our network team are happy about as this service was buried and was not supposed to be supported any more.
I am also using a Cisco SSL webvpn for accessing our intranet etc. it is a quicker fix for a few things. Like you I am now using 2 laptops...one is an old Dell...it is horrible! -

My sounds occasionally stops working after upgrading to iOS 6. Is anyone else having sound issues with iOS 6 or greater?
I am having this same issue on my iPhone 4. The most recent update to iOS 6.1 didn't fix it either. Has anyone found a fix for this problem? It doesn't happen often, maybe every third day or so but requires power off, power on to bring the sound back.

I have a document that I wrote today on my phone, went to open it again and the app kept crashing or it would only open half the file. Is anyone else having this issue? On the preview it shoes the whole file, but when I open it only shows a few paragraphs. When I email the file it only shows a few paragraphs, but when I go to open it both on my ipad and iphone it crashes the app.
Everything is up to date.I also have Jolly's problem. I found the iMovie 9.0.9 folder and tried to launch the older version of iMove. It would not launch. I removed all of the iMovie preferences from the Preferences folder, removed iMove 10 from the applications folder, and restarted my Mac. iMove 9.0.9 still won't launch and I can't access my videos created with the older version of iMovie. Is there a way to uninstall iMovie 10 and reinstall iMovie 9.0.9?
