Is Apple working on official themes for Iphone?

I don't want to jailbreak my iphone, just not interested and was wondering if anyone had heard anything about Apple releasing an official theme package for those interested?
I apologize if this question has been a million times...make that a million and one.

There are some great themes out there that allow users to make it their phone not steve jobs phone. Instead of bettering the experience of users apple seems to be taking a different route. Oh well their path will encourage jailbreaking to allow users to get more out of their phones
I believe you should say "bettering the experience *for me* ..." Please don't try to speak for all users. I couldn't care less about themes. They are nothing to me but a distraction between icons and the "wallpaper". The iPhones have done very well without themes, and I am not about to jailbreak because I don't have themes.

Is apple working of a fix for this update error? 8.0.1 needs 610mb of space. Every time I try to install the latest update, I get this error: "Updating to iOS 8.0.2 requires at least 610 MB of free space on your iPhone. Please change your media sync options to make more storage available." There is way more space than that on my phone, (about 12gB) and no matter what i do, I keep getting this error. And what the heck are media sync options?
Also, my phone will not backup, giving me another error. iTunes could not backup this phone, because it could not back up to this computer, or something to that effect. Even trying to manually backup to iCloud, i get the same message about this computer. Seems like it started with the last update to iTunes.

Since "upgrading" to iOS8.x my IPad2 is so slow and buggy. If the old hardware can't handle the new iOS, Apple should say so.

Actually I believe it's a portable Brick wall.
So users can have one on hand to bang their heads against when they realise all they have purchased is an Expensive status symbol with an App Store attached

Is Apple working on a fix for ios6 that will stop it from using huge data in the iphone 4s?

When I upgraded my iPhone 4s to ios6, it started using huge amounts of data. My provider refuses to reimburse me. Today they told me that Apple has acknowledged the problem and has fixed it in ois6.3. However, ois6.3 is unavailable for the 4s, and my provider tells me that Apple has not acknowledged that the problem exists in the 4s. They referred me to Apple. However, because the phone is off warranty, I will have to pay $35 + tax to talk to an Apple rep--and surely Apple knows the problem extends to the 4s, because it is widely discussed on-line. I have not seen any reference to whether Apple is working on a fix for the 4s. Does anyone know? I can't afford this much longer and am going to have pay a lot of money to switch phones. And when I switch phones, it won't be an Apple, which will also make me sad--but it is ridiculous for them to produce a problem that is costing so much money and then not to acknowledge it exists. I am hoping that having addressed it in the 5, they will now turn to the 4s. Does anyone know?

Yeah, the 6.0.2 update was rolled out to deal with that issue amongs others. But getting it out for the older models was either not high priority or more complex than they anticipated. So the wait continues till it shows up on the update channel.
Pestering Apple Support might not get it done quicker, but at least will offer some sort of vicarious revenge and relief.

Has Apple come out with patch for iPhone-Bluetooth connection problem?

I have a Mini Cooper with Bluetooth compatibility and it was compatible with my iPhone for a couple of months, but I have found out that it only syncs up with iPhone software versions of 2.0 or 2.0.1. It seems that when I downloaded tunes on my iPhone from iTunes, it automatically "upgraded" my software on my iPhone to 2.0.2, which now makes it imcompatible with my Mini's bluetooth. Has Apple come out with the patch for this problem yet? I can't believe I'm the only one with this problem. If Apple doesn't advertise the patch for this pretty soon, I'll be blogging for help on this throughout the Internet. I have called Apple....they have put me on eternal hold and still have not given me a positive answer on this dilemma. Apparently the "senior" software guys haven't gotten the word on this coming problem for them. Needless to say my frustration is to the point of chucking this attractive nuisance into the river and going back to a less sophisticated form of communication. Anyone have any information on this? You can send feedback to Apple regarding your issue with the Mini - http://apple.com/feedback . You could also contact Mini and see if they are working on a patch for their bluetooth.
I haven't had the fuzzy picture issue except when my hand shakes while taking a picture. There will never be a perfect update where no one has a problem. If you wait for the perfect update, you'll never update any electronic device.

Apple stores UK opening times for iPhone 4

I'm working on the release day of the iPhone and the Apple store is an hour away from where I live so I will just miss the normal closing time. Historically do Apple stores stay open later on iPhone launch days in the UK?
Any input great fully received!

Last year I finished work, travelled back from Bristol to Gloucester, walked into the O2 shop and didn't have to queue for a minute to get my 3GS.

I was wondering if there was anyway to get to new themes for the iphone 4, I have been reading about jailbreaking and I dont want to do that. I just thought maybe the Apple site had a place to get new themes?

HELP!! iPhone won't work! Software required for iPhone is not installed.

Hey, I have a pretty big problem. I just got the iphone yesterday, and tried all night hooking it up, but no luck. I installed the latest iTunes, but everytime I plug in my iphone, i says it doesn't have the software required to install iPhone. Please uninstall iTunes using setup, then re-install.
Well I do that, 4 times in fact, but same error every time. iTunes works, everything installs, but iPhone just won't activate. Windows sees iPhone and pulls up the auto-play dialog, but iTunes says to keep re-installing.
I called tech support, but was on hold for 2 hours, then just hung up.
If someone could help me out, that would help a LOT
I'm running Vista, 64bit.
ps: Windows says installing driver in the bottom right, and says the driver installs successfully every time. I uninstall the driver manually too, but no luck

The same thing happened to me when i first plug in my iphone. it said that in order to use the iphone u needed the WINDOWS XP SERVICE PACK 2 or later installments. you can down load that from windows.com if you already have windows for you computer. then i tried it again and said that i had to uninstall itunes and reinstall it back on to my computer. i did that also. im not sure how u did it but did u completly take it off your computer? because thats how i did it, i took it completly off, and went back to apple.com and downloaded it again. i dont know if this was any help to u.

Customizing template/Theme for iPhone

I have to customize an existing APEX App and make it iPhone compliant.
Please let me know how to customize the template/theme to make this happen.
Would appreciate any help

1. Find a site that looks good on iPhone with similar functionality
2. Start with a single templateless page with a single HTML region with no template
3. For testing purposes, copy a static iPhone page into the HTML region
4. Make copies of each existing APEX template you are using (prefix them with iPhone or something)
5. For each of the copied templates, starting with the page template, start removing portions of markup from the html region and placing them into the templates
6. Once it's all working, make sure it bares absolutely no resemblance to the original site source html ;)
7. Publish your template for me to use
...not a quick job. Find someone who doesn't own an iPhone and bribe them to do it for you in exchange for an iPhone.

It is not country locked, it is carrier locked with T-Mobile in the UK.
Apple doesn't release an unlock for a carrier locked iPhone. Only the carrier an iPhone was sold as carrier locked with can officially unlock the iPhone. That would be T-Mobile in the UK.
