Is Bridge CC, Edge Code CC, Scout CC comes free with Adobe CC and Illustrator CC??

I have just bought Adobe Photoshop CC and Adobe Illustrator annual subscription both single user. Now after I downloaded the installer CreativeCloudSet-Up.EXE
I noticed that Photoshop and Illustrator has a "INSTALL" buttons.. other application like AFTER EFFECTS has a "TRY" button..
My internet connection failed a couple of times during the creditcard payment.,, now my worry is, I saw the following application below with a "INSTALL" button..

Since you have purchased single app for Adobe Photoshop CC and Adobe Illustrator CC so you shall be able to download, install & activate these two products only.

Apparently there was a change in Elements 9.

Bridge is no longer included with PSE. If you buy PSE anywhere except the Mac App Store you get Organizer instead. The app store version doesn't have organizer.

Browser on 8310 SmartPhone Edge comes up with Critical Error and cannot be used, help please?

Hi, my name is Sater and I'm the lone I.T. guy for a small medical device company (about 40 ppl) based in Fremont, CA. So...
All of a sudden my vp of marketing comes in and says that he can't use the Browser function on his BB (8310 SmartPhone Edge) anymore. Naturally I'm intrigued, but this is a very strange error that pops up. It doesn't matter how many settings I go in and change, there's no budging it. Here is what it's telling me...
"Unable to connect to the selected Mobile Data Service, please try again later. If the problem persists please contact your administrator."
So I decide after about an hour of messing with settings and getting nowhere to call AT&T support. They said when that error comes up with "please contact your administrator", it's because it can't connect to the BES server anymore and that we would have to consult that with whomever runs that server. To give you a little background, we went through an outsourced Exchange provider called TheMessageCenter.com. They were alright, but my VP of R&D was pretty bent by some of the lack of customer service skills they presented to him when he was in an email crisis. Needless to say one of the very first missions I ever had at this place was to find a new email solution and integrate the migration.
So basically AT&T said they couldn't do anything and that I would have to contact our outsourced providor (TheMessageCenter.com, since we ran both Exchange and BES through them before we switched) back to get the settings cleared off the BES server hosting his phone Pin and info. I called them up, (mind you we had been away from TheMessageCenter.com for a good couple weeks now) and they claimed they had no other active processes running for our company anywhere on their BES servers or frankly, ANYWHERE lol. So naturally he's looking at me to fix this, and I am seriously stumped! Should I do some kind of Factory reset? If so, how can I load all his contacts/settings back the way he had it? Any help on this matter, (especially if treated as urgent... I know you hate to hear that, but I said it for all you I.T. guys haha) would be GREATLY appreciated!! Thanks

The browser icon uses the BES service, unless you have signed up for the BIS ONLY servcie, wherein you get access to the internet through RIM's servers.
Since your servcie is a BES servcie the access to the internet is through the BES.
The MDS is a service running on the BES to authenticate you. (and thus the error)
So, No BES = No Internet access using the Browser icon!
So, I need a little clarificatuioin.
Did you move from one BES to another? Or did the user simply switch carriers?
It sounds as if you moved from one third company BES to another third company BES... Is that right?
If so then contact your New BES and ensure that they allow ppl to use the MDS servcie for internet access (Most companies charge extra for that feature! - Because they can!).
If your hosting the BES (Now), and it was Themessagingcentre.com before, then you need to Reactivate the Handset for the new BES. I have a feeling that he is now getting the emails through the BIS service and the handset wasnt wiped and so it is stil trying to access the old BES....
So can you please give details such as:
BES - where was it hosted:
BES - where is it now hosted:
NEW BES: Is the MDS service enabled and can people currently use it to browse?
Have you tested with other BB handsets to ensure you/user are clicking the same icons on both handsets (most ppl do different things to access in their own way, so simply asking them if it works doesnt help!)
The alternative is to use the expensive WAP browser. It will work but will rack up huge charges.

My Content/text/code is being deleted when selected in Dreamweaver, Photoshop and Illustrator

FOr the past week when I select text in photoshop and illustrator, or code in dreamweaver, it is deleted. I've updated all apps and uninstalled and reinstalled dreamweaver but nothing seems to work. Is this an app issue or a mac issue? Its only happening with adobe products.

Is Adobe Scout for iOS made with Adobe Air?

I'm curious what kind of technology drives Adobe Scout. Specifically, how is the app able to see what computers are broadcasting to see which one to connect to?

The Scout companion app for iOS is a native app. It uses the Bonjour service to detect the computer running Scout.

Adobe Muse, using an adobe edge web font but having a problem with Google Chrome

I have created a website with Adobe Muse and I am using an adobe edge web font that looks great on all browsers except for google Chrome... On chrome the font looks fuzzy and broken-up. Is there a way to fix this??? Thanks.

Hi Sameer,
There's no version of Windows Vista that is supported, regardless of service packs. You can always upgrade to Windows 7, though.
Your other option is to use Brackets, the open source editor that Edge Code is based on. It still supports Vista for now. The downside is that Brackets lacks some features of Edge Code: Kuler integration, Edge Inspect integration, and Edge Web Fonts code hints -- although all of those except Kuler are offered as optional Brackets extensions too (you just have to install them).

Error while trying to open edge-code-quick-edit.png

Hi,
I just installed Edge Code, looks great! A couple of issues I noticed when I started using it:
1. When tried opening one of the files (edge-code-quick-edit.png) displayed in the file explorer on the left side. I get an error while trying to do so.
2. The error dialog's text doesn't seem to be selectable, will be great if error messages can be selected and copied.

Brackets doesn't support opening binary files yet. This includes images. See https://github.com/adobe/brackets/issues/148

Launching Edge code thru terminal for Ruby on Rails

hello
i am studying ruby on rails programming. i just started and I am new to alot things about it.
The tutorials im watching say to use sublime text or some other one. if it makes sense i would like to use edge code because i come from a design background and i trust adobe have the best features by the end of the game.
so in the tutorials they used this command to conect the terminal work we've been studying to sublime text
ln -s /Aplplications/Sublime\ Text\ 2.app/Contents/SharedSupport/bin/subl usr/local/bin/subl
and allowed him the edit his .bash_profile in sublime text simply by typing
subl .bash_profile
Im curious to see if there is an equivalent to this for edge code. or am i trying to use the wrong app for ruby on rails?

There is not a way to open a file via the command line with Edge Code (or
Brackets) yet, but you can at least right click on a file and do Open With.
In terms of 'does it make sense to write Ruby code with Edge Code', I can't
answer that. I use Brackets for all my front end code, and Node.js stuff on
the back, but not for any ColdFusion work I do. Best I can suggest is just
to try it out and let us know how it works.

I keep getting an internal server error when I try to load pages in live preview in edge code...

I keep getting this message every time I try to laod a page using live preview in Edge Code with Google chrome...
"The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log."
I'm using google chrome Version 33.0.1750.152. I'm running mac osx 10.9.2. I've installed Apache.

I had this working flawlessly with an earlier version of a website I was working on. I haven't changed any settings, the only thing that has changed is that I'm working with a new sub folder in the root directory. Every time I try to load the page, I get that error message. Bridge has never launched - Error code 6 on installation - So frustrated with "support" - HELP!

So, I'm going to rant just like everyone else here. It makes me feel better. I spent 11 HOURS on the phone with Adobe's foreign support team yesterday and still, nothing is resolved! At this point, I will not relent until my problem is solved.
Here's the deal:
I got CS5 Creative Suite Design Standard in October 2010 and installed it on my Mac. I have only learned to use Photoshop and really wanted to use Bridge, but Bridge would never launch. I always got an error that the program quit unexpectedly. I was reluctant to call Adobe knowing I would be on the phone forever. Little did I imagine 11 hours!
Yesterday, I finally called. They said that my initial installation must not have been successful due to permission issues. After 5 people I couldn't understand well and 5 disc uninstall/re-installs, I am still getting the infamous "exit code 6" error upon installation. Photoshop still works, but not Bridge. They said that exit code 6 is a known issue but that it is a generic code and could be caused by many things. The latest thing they asked me to do (at 11PM last night) was send them the error logs from the installation. I did and it could take 24 - 48 hours for them to analyze & respond. I personally don't think they will ever call me back, so I will have to hound them again today.
I don't understand why installing software has to be so freaking hard! The won't give me a new disk to see if I have a bad one, but they say that reading these error logs and acting on them always resolves the issue. Why they didn't say that in hour 4, I don't know.
Has anyone else had this issue? Please tell me what you did to solve it!

Here is a link to Error 6 on a Windows machine. Although a different OS there may be similarities with your problem. Might be worth a read.
It is a long thread but look at post #136 for sure. The fellow solved his problem, in his case a conflict with the anti-virus.

How to uninstall Adobe Edge Code Preview 3 after installing Adobe Edge Code CC

After installing Adobe Edge Code CC via Creative Cloud I have noticed I still have Adobe Edge Code Preview 3 on my machine.
There is no specific uninstaller in Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers
So how do I uninstall it?

Hey Jarrid, you can just drag it to the trash to get rid of it. The preferences are stored in ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Edge Code/ so you can delete that folder as well to completely remove it.
