Is Calling Apple Support Free?

is calling apple support free or do they charge money? because i accidently installed MobileMe and I want to call and ask how to uninstall it. And also, if it's safe to uninstall "Bonjor" and "Apple Mobile Device if I use iPhone.

Depending on your country there might be a fee for the phone call and the support, if you're not under warranty anymore or have an Apple Care Protections Plan for your device.

    Is the address on your iTunes account exactly the same (format and spacing etc) as on your credit card bill : http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1646 ? If it is then you could try what it says at the bottom of that page :
    If the issue persists, contact your credit card company and verify that they and any company they use to process credit card authorisations have the correct information on file.
    And/or try contacting iTunes support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page

    I have purchased Black Jack Pro - G 3 Studios.  It will not work.  It come up but immediately flips off.  I called apple Support and they said delete it and re-down load.  I have tried that many times.  When I go to App store and try to re-download - it comes up "Downloaded" - as in you alreadly have purchased it.  Always before on other Apps, I just delete and repurchase and when it comes up OK.  But this one comes up "Downloaded", so it will not let me repurchase it.

    Wow, I've logged into adobe and never seen your response until now.
    I need to make the forums more of a daily stop I guess.
    Thank you for your response, When I go to the Archives, it states I have none. In addition, previously when I'd tried to move items to the archive, they just disappeared  
    Currently my desktop is not connecting at all, Everytime I connect, it's states "We have now logged you out" and requests I login again.
    I have of course rebooted,
    Gone into taskmanager, killed all the relevant threads,  tried again to login through the desktop, no luck, I'll have to uninstall it, make sure the threads are killed, then reboot it and then reinstall it, but I've not had the time to do that.
    On another note, and just as a point of reference, myself, personally, I hate these "cloud" file repositories (not to be confused with adobe cloud services which I love) but the file repositories themselves imho, are a blackhole of resource usage when one doesn't/isn't using them,
    Is there a way we can use it more of a "ftp" sort of thing, when I want to I can  put files there?  There is no way to "Download" the repository, no way to download the folders.. only individual files and then it takes I think three different steps before the download starts.. I find this very inhibiting.  Just an fyi. for what it's worth.

    On my new iPhone 4S I cannot purchase songs in the iTunes Store app without answering my security questions.. Me being forgetful forget the answer which I made in 2010 and need to know the answers or reset them, but I do not wish to call apple support, what is the other option? Any way of resetting them? Otherwise I'm out of luck! Thanks!

    Important to note that when I try to change it on the Password and Security page on My Apple ID, it keeps asking me to answer my security questions, which I can't remember the exact answer to.
    I've also tried changing my Apple ID password, but then it still asks me to answer the questions before I change them.
    Please help, I don't want to waste money by calling Apple Support on the other side of the world

    You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include clicking here and picking a method for your country, phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, and filling out and submitting this form.
    They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

    - Try cleaning out/blowing out the headphone jack. Try inserting/removing the plug a dozen times or so.
    Try the following to rule out a software problem

    You will have to put it in recovery mode on a computer with itunes.
    There is no other way at all.

    I see lots of questions about rescue emails etc. I am having problems with security questions as well I don't remember ever making those security questions either. So I am wondering of there is a way of making a rescue email address without calling the apple support team in which I do not wish to go through a whole bunch of people taking hrs to actually get it done , my dad has had experience with this before and isn't happy with calling them either because he has to recall so many times and go through the process over and over again so.     This only leads me to calling apple support to change things ,in which I wish to not do so, I have money on my account in which I can't use because of these security questions in which I did not put up and when I made this account on iCloud it did not give me the chance to make a rescue email.     However, because I modified the feed http://feeds.feedburner.com/imananddinasbroadcast and nothing changed, I redirected it to another feed and then I deleted this feed.
    Is there any way to change the feed in itunes? The only feed I have now is  http://feeds.feedburner.com/CasaEgyptStation
    I tried to restore the feed http://feeds.feedburner.com/imananddinasbroadcast but feedburner refused.
    I know that I missed things up but I still have hope in working things out.

    Well Maybe you should of thought about that at an earlier time and or maybe you should of bought the Applecare extended warranty when you bought the system or maybe you should of bought a system that wasn't as expensive, as a Mac, and then you could of afforded a better, Longer, Warranty with the system at time of puchase.
    It's a little late now to worry about When it will fail. If it's still working you are worrying about nothing. Use it and hope for the best.

    Trying many ways to contact Apple, but looks like they are not contactable...

    It's not very clear exactly what your problem is, but if it's to do with any sort of purchase other than in iTunes or renewal your best bet is to ring the Online Store at the number given at bottom left of this page.
    If it's an iTunes purchase go to https://expresslane.apple.com ; select 'All Products and Services' in the first column, 'iTunes' in the second column and then 'iTunes Store' in the third column.

    I concur with mvimp; I've never gotten a physical letter after calling Apple technical support. As mvimp said, only if they will be sending you a shipping box to send in a product for repair will you be likely to get anything in the mail.
