Is DAQmx and LV 8.0 compatible with vista
I think I know the unfortunate answer but I made some minor (mostly cosmetic changes) to an application previously developed with LV 8.0 daq mx 8.4? (HS-DIO calls) and windows XP. I recompiled under 8.0 and Vista (New daq drivers as well 8.5?) and sent it to run on the same PC with XP. Program loaded fine executed but no DAQ communications. I am trying to see if I changes code by mistake or is there an incomaptibility with daqmx and labview 8.0 compiled with vista but run on XP.

LV 8.0 is not officially Vista compatible. The first version rated Vista compatible is LV 8.2.1. Using different drivers doesn't help your cause, but sometimes doesn't cause problems.
The easiest way to determine for sure if you've run into a Vista incompatibility is to take the original code that worked and rebuild it in Vista and see if it runs on the XP PC.

For CS4, we are very explicit. CS4 is not at all supported for Vista Home Basic (there are a number of networking and service support components that Microsoft leaves out of their Home Basic versions).

Photoshop Elements 10 and Premiere Elements 10 are compatible with Windows 8 or 8.1 64 bit. I have them installed on those operating systems and no problems. My video card is Intel HD Graphics.
But, a major question is what video card will be used? There is a major issue with Premiere Elements 10 users whose computers use a NVIDIA GeForce video card. It is fixed by rolling back the driver to about May 2013. This is a user to user fix. Neither NVIDIA nor Adobe has offered one. The new firefox 33.1 and 34 are not compatible with my school Blackboard account
I have used Firefox since it was first introduced. I prefer it to MS Explorer. However the new Firefox, 33.1 and 34 are not compatible with my school Blackboard account, so I had to delete Firefox and use Explorer. I would prefer to use Firefox. It's been a few years since we have had many questions about Blackboard compatibility with Firefox, but overall the problems in that past had to do with either Blackboard not updating in a timely manner ''[which I don't think is the case any longer]'' OR the school wasn't running the latest version of Blackboard software ''[which considering the current state of many government budgets, may be the case now.]''.

My advice is to install Firefox Portable ESR to your hard drive for use at that Blackboard website and continue to use Firefox 34 for other purposes. The "portable" version will instal and use a Profile that is totally separate from your regular Firefox installation - so you can have two separate Firefox versions installed without any problems.

I don't think it's possible if you are stuck in recovery mode but I may be wrong...
Since your device qualifies for iOS 8(.1), that is the version that will be downloaded/restored to the iPad.
I do know that you can restore your iPad (from backup & as new) and keep the same iOS version if you restore using the iPad itself under Settings/Reset/Erase All Content and Settings but since you can't access this because your stuck in recovery mode, the point is moot.
Have you tried downloading the update in the middle of the night (2 am or so) where dropouts are much less likely to occur?
It's always possible to take your device in to an Apple Store (make a Genius Bar reservation first) and do the iOS update there in the Apple Store.. I'm sure they will gladly help you out with it and not charge you a thing. The trouble with that would be if you don't have an Apple Store nearby.

A PPC G5 cannot run any version of OS X beyond Leopard 10.5.8.
You should be able to find a Leopard retail (black) install disk on eBay. A grey update disk is machine specific and won't work. -

Today I called a few stores and Apple Authorized Service Provider in my country, Croatia.All they told me, whether from ignorance or do not know why ... Do I have to buy onlyoriginal HDD to Apple because we second HDD my MacBook Pro will not recognize. I do not know what to do. HDD 2.5", 750GB, 5400 RPM or 7200 RPM, 8 or 16 MB of Cash in the IT shop costs around 60 USD, while the Apple service costs 150 USD. Now what to do, buy a SATA III drive 2.5" in the IT shop or twice as expensive as the Apple service.Please help me !!

You do have the ability to create good user interfaces with LabVIEW.
The main problem is what do you, or your customer consider a good user
interface.
The first thing I would suggest is to start using the "Dialog Control"
controls for your front panel. This set of controls pick up their style
from the operating system, so they will match the rest of the system
applicaitons.
Another thing is limit the use of color on the front panel. One persons
idea of a nice shade of blue can be another person eyesore. Instead,
use the decorations for grouping of controls.
I would stay away from ActiveX. It's interface is quirky at best and there is a lot of overhead involved.
Just to show it's possible, the attached images are screen shots of
user interfaces I've designed with LabVIEW. The first two use the
Dialog Controls, and the third uses standard controls and color at the
customers request.
