Hi...I have downloaded a trial version of Adobe Premiere Pro CC and considering getting the full package of all apps. I don't have previous versions of Premiere Pro My main concern is regarding Adobe Encore. If I purchase the full Adobe CC package including Premiere will I get Encore and does Premiere Pro CC dynamic link to Encore?

I can get itunes to start if I disable Bonjour or if I "repair" it first. Sometimes I can repair Bonjour though add/remove programs, sometimes it will only "repair" using WinRar. Sometimes I have to "repair" Bonjour 2 or 3 times to get iTunes to start.

Team, iTunes 10.2.2.12 has just been released. I installed it and checked, and BonJour's been updated to version 2.0.5.0, and there's a new 2.0.5.0 version of dnssd.dll on my system. So I reckon it's worth a try updating to that to see if it's of any help with your trouble.

Adobe Premeire Pro Installation Failed - Application Manager Corrupted. Please help!

Hello all,
I just recently purchased a subscription license for Adobe Premeire Pro CS6, and tried to download it following the instructions in the confirmation e-mail.   After installing the application manager and downloading, extracting, and installing the program, I received the error message seen in the image below, "Installation Failed - Adobe Application Manager is corrupted and must be reinstalled".
So of course I googled it, and found that this was a pretty common problem, and found one site that recommended re-installing the AAM with the following link:

So I did that too. In addition to restarting my computer, and also tried to download the program directly bypassing the AAM following the instructions on this page:

All of which was unsuccesful.   I've got a video for my Mom's 60th birthday that I HAVE to complete this weekend, and Adobe's support is closed on the weekends. I didn't think installing something from a company like Adobe would be this difficult. Makes me wish I had a Mac.    Can anyone PLEASE help me get Premeire (and Encore) downloaded and installed?

I am experiencing the same exact problem and am unable to resolve it. I've called Tier 1 support (Indian Call Center), and went through all the steps that I have already done myself (as outlined above) with no luck. I'm still getting the corruption error.
I am using Parallels Workstation Extreme and it is being installed on a Virtual Machine. The "Extreme" part of Parallels Workstation allows me to assign a discrete graphics card to the VM. This is uing Intel's vt-d technology for Directed IO. You mentioned above that you had fired up an instance of Windows 7 64-bit and it worked just fine. But for some reason, I am unable to duplicate the same success. The case is now being escalated to "higher" support. Here is my setup:
- Parallels Workstation Extreme VM - Windows 7 64-bit
- Subscription to Creative Cloud
- Clean Install does not work
- Not a part of any domain, just workgroup
- Home PC, so it connects directly to a router and then to Cox (ISP)
- Has direct assignment of a Network card, meaning the network card is not a bridged connection (the VM gets it's own NIC)
- User account is already Administrator, but tried to "Run as administratot" with no luck.
- After install on the clean Windows didn't work, tried using the Adobe Cleanup Tool - doesn't work either
- Disabled all start up programs from msconfig - doesn't work
- Verified that the (.exe) does work, but coping the same (.exe) to another computer and it works.
I would really appreciate any advice that you may have!

Is Encore part of Premiere Pro CS6 in the FULL Creative Cloud plan? I asked this in "Live Chat" with an Adobe rep and at first he said no. Then he said yes if I bought the single app plan but not in the full plan. HUH? In the full plan he said it was a 30 day trail. HUH again? Finally he said yes it is but not sure if he just said that to get rid of me.

I think it's ridiculous that we have to install PP CS6 just to get Encore. I have been saying that since everything went the way of the cloud. I recently wiped my drive clean and reinstalled Win 7 Pro. I installed of the CC 2014 apps that I use such as PP, but to get Encore we have to install PP CS6. Even if you want to uninstall PP CS6 you still have Media Encoder CS6, Bridge CS6 left behind...just stupid.
Adobe, please make life easy and just make Encore CS6 a stand alone install.

Flash audio out of sync even as image sequence in Premeire Pro

I'm using Flash CS4 to animate hi-def music videos. It seems that I can't keep the audio to stay in sync for anything over 2 or 3 minutes.
- I'm working a stage at 1280x720 and 30 fps
- audio is streamed on a separate layer
- mp3 publish settings are: stereo 128kbs
Inside the FLA file everything syncs perfect, but when it's published, everything drifts in the SWF and in everything else I've tried.
I've tried exporting image sequences and popping the sequences into premiere pro to match up with the original wave, and i've also put the swf file in a premiere pro project as well. Whether a SWF or an image sequence, it always lapses after 2 or 3 minutes.
I've asked the adobe portal folks and they sent me a link to a "dreamweaver" article...so my regard for their capicity is not high.
Anyone have any ideas? or am I doomed to never animate anything longer than 2 minutes in Flash?
The topper of it all is, I've used a friend's REAL OLD Flash MX and have not had any problems.

no actually all the animation is smooth and plays fine. but in files longer than 2 or 3 minutes the action starts to happen later and later and later until i'm seeing the animation full seconds after the matching sound. this happens when source wavs are matched to published files inside premeire pro too. it doesn't matter the format...swf / mp4 / flv / mov...any encoding of the video matched to the source wav is the same result as the published swf.
it's as if there are more frames in the publish than in the FLA. i guess i could compare and contrast by doing some math and creating some traditional x-sheets and completely disregard the reference streaming audio in the FLA...but that would be a ton of work and disregard the convenience the technology is intended to provide. i guess i'll just continue editing together a bunch 1-2 minute publishes until i give adobe even more money in october...boo hiss.

Just downloaded Premeire Pro, it will not open

I just downloaded premeire pro to use the trial for 30 days. Every time I click on it to open, it starts to load and then says "Adobe Premeire Pro CC has stopped working" "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is availible"
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling.
I am not a computer person, so none of the previous forums have been helpful, as I don't know any of the language associated with determining the software capabilities. I do know I have close to 140GB of free RAM on my computer.
Can someone help?!?!

How much Ram do you have ?
Do you use any external Hard Drive ?
If you are using Intel HD Graphics 4000 or Any ATI Radeon Graphics
Please update the drivers

Can I streamline export (photos and videos) from Lightroom directly to Premeire Pro?

No, you have to export to the hard drive and then bring it into Premiere Pro.

If I purchase or subscribe to creative cloud, will this include adobe premiere pro, after effects, photoshop, illustrator and audition?

Why can't I import MP4 files into Premeire Pro?

I am on my MacBook pro using Premeire Pro CS6. It won't let me import MP4 files. Please help!
