I'vejust started college, and i have to use Reader.. But what i see on my screen is Export. Ive never used ADOBE so i'm unsure what is what...

ExportPDF - subscription ($) web site to convert PDF files to other formats
However, Adobe Reader has a button where it can talk to ExportPDF.

There's also Adobe Acrobat, or Acrobat Pro/Acrobat Standard. That's the paid software.

I am trying to work on OLE invoke the Acrobat Reader File through
ole container, just as to invode and create object for word we are using create_obj('word.application') .
So the 'word.application' is stored in progid of registroy file.
So , i am looking for any file which will be used to invoke pdf file , through ole.
For example :
for word progid is 'word.application'

We are getting the following error "there is a problem with adobe acrobat/reader. if it is running please exit and try again. (523.523)" and a gray screen appears (Image not viewable) with multiple users. We are using Adobe Reader XI (11.0.05) and (11.0.06). The current workaround is to log off the website and log back in. Once the user logs back in, the pdf will appear. However it occurs anywhere from 2-8 times in a day. Anyone else having this issue or know of another workaround? Any suggestion with how to fix? Please help!!

Also, try this:-
Launch Adobe Reader/Acrobat.
From the menu, choose Edit -> preferences -> General
Uncheck the option for "Enable Protected Mode at startup"
Restart the Adobe Reader and web browser.

Can't Open PDF Package In Adobe Acrobat Reader 9.3

Yesterday, I created a PDF Package of about 30 documents. When I attempt to open the package using Adobe Acrobat Reader 9.3, I get the Data Execution Prevention pop-up message saying that the file cannot be opened. Does anyone have any thoughts on why this is happening?

Have not tried that yet. It was next on my schedule. I have another project that I'm working concurrently, but will have some time later today and will try that. Will post the results. Thanks for the suggestion.

Since I have upgraded to a newer version of Firefox, I can no longer read or print most pdf files found on the internet with Adobe Acrobat reader. This is very frustrating. It has been happening for the past 3 weeks.

I got the following pop-up when I tried to open an online PDF file:

I tried many time, and it really doesn't work.
The plug-in I have is Adobe Acrobat 8.3.0.280

After I upgraded to Firefox 5, I had the same problem and I did a work around temporarily. I went the tools menu, then Add-ons, then clicked the "Plugins" on the left side (4th one down). I "disabled" both Adobe Acrobat 8.3.0.280 and Adobe Acrobat 10.1.0.536 using the disable buttons on the right side. PDF files now open again. However they are outside the actual browser.
My guess is that Adobe didn't catch up yet with a new update to work with Firefox or vice versa.

Problems after upgrading the Adobe Acrobat Reader

I have created a Web Dynpro Abap which displays an Adobe Interactive Form.
Initially, my version of Adobe Acrobat Reader was 6.0, and runs perfectly.
Today, I have upgraded my version to the 8.1, and the form is displayed but with all the fields blank. I have debugged and the information is sent to the Form.
One of my partners has still the version 6.0 and runs perfectly, and another partner has the version 8.1, and has the same problem like me.
Somebody knows what is the cause of this?

On the fist part of your post, I can´t see any data, but I can see the label of the fields.
On the second part:
1. The form is DDIC based.
2. I think is WAS 7.0 SP 12.
3. Yes, is from the backend. I send the data by means of the node context automatically generated on the Web Dynpro ABAP when I indicate the form to the UI element Interactive Form.
4. Is a print form.

I would like to inform you that not all the browsers and online PDF readers support copying text from a PDF. If you have opened the PDF online, please download PDF file to your computer and then open the file in Adobe Reader.
Please share a screenshot if the issue still persists.

This problem started to happen since yesterday when I installed adobe acrobat reader XI pro to try it before I buy it, and before that when I was using the free adobe pdf reader I was totally able to copy any text from any pdf and past it anywhere with nothing wrong.
What can I do?
