I have used Firefox for years but recently I've had instances where Firefox will not work with some web sites. The most recent is Walgreens photo. I spent about an hour being frustrated then called Walgreens. They told me that I had to use Internet Explorer. Sure enough it worked fine. Can Firefox be made compatible with Walgreen's web site?

Is Firefox 4.0 now compatible with ZoneAlarm Browser 1.5.260.0 and Windows Vista Home Premium, 64Bit System, Service Pack 2? Earlier when checking for updates there were compatibility issues. Were these issues resolved to allow me secure operation with Firefox 4.0?

I simply enabled Shockwave Flash 10.0.32.18
From the Firefox Homepage it is located under:
Tools\Add Ons then select the PlugIns Tab
Select Shockwave Flash then enable it.

Just upgraded to FF 12 from FF 3.6 and most of my favicons are now dotted line squares. Any way to get the favicons associated with each web site to load? I've seen some suggested code to add but I'm not web code savvy. Thanx!
The CheckPlaces extension can restore favicons. It is also great for checking bookmarks to ensure that they are still valid.

That application last worked in Firefox 3.5, but HP was always very lax in updating it for a new version of Firefox. Latest version of firefox program is not compatible with windows 7
After I updated the latest version of mozilla firefox in my laptop which is a windows 7 program,it doesn't work anymore. Every time I open the firefox, the screen goes black and I can't see anything on the screen but black. And when I troubleshoot and fix the problem, it says that "COLOR SCHEMES IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH WINDOWS 7". Program compatibility is the 1.5 version or 1.0. How to fix this one? I am enrolled in Intermediate Algebra with Pearson My Math Lab and they use TestGen to take quizzes and test. Firefox 3 was compatible with this program. Over the weekend I download Firefox 4 and lost access to my tests and quizzes. Their Tech Support just said that Firefox 4 is not compatible and to download Firefox 3 once again. I did this, but I can not bring it back up; Firefox 4 only comes up.
To revert to the previous secure version, please do the following.
