Is Firefox compatible with Panda Free Antivirus 2015?

I would like to get a better FREE antivirus program. After researching reviews, I am interested in Panda Free Antivirus 2015, however, they list the requirement of using Internet Explorer as the browser, & I do NOT want to lose my beloved Firefox. Is Firefox actually compatible with Panda or am I stuck with another antivirus program? Thanks for your anticipated help.

Hello,
Panda Antivirus should be compatible; on its download page it asks me which browser I am using and doesn't inform me of any limitations.
I would be skeptical of a download page for an antivirus program if it said that it requires you to use only Internet Explorer to function. Be sure you are accessing the correct web page and not downloading from a third party website (where you might be downloading something other than a security suite, without your knowledge). It is not installed on PS3 but comes with it's firmware.
The only way to get Firefox on PS3 was to install a compatible Linux distro and then use Firefox that way. However Sony removed this option in the [http://blog.us.playstation.com/2010/03/28/ps3-firmware-v3-21-update/ PS3 Firmware (v3.21) Update] when they disabled the “Install Other OS” feature which annoyed a lot of people whether they even used this feature or not.

  • Is Firefox compatible with LinuxMint?

Currently running Windows Vista and using Firefox 21.0 as my default browser. Have heard and read a lot of good things about LinuxMint as an alternative to Windows (which I have never rated).
Are Firefox and LinuxMint compatible with each other does anyone know? I would be most grateful for any advice, but please keep it really simple as I am not a computer buff at all (in fact, they are a complete mystery to me!)
    Many thanks

  • Is firefox compatible with wince6

    Hi,
I have installed a Roadnav S100 Radio System in my car. It has Wince 6.0 operating system. It has touch screen and has Opera 5.1 for internet browsing. I am not happy with Opera 5.1 at all and dont want to use IE.
Is there a Firefox version that is compatible with Wince 6.0?
    Thanks in advance,

Although Mozilla did start out experimenting with a mobile browser (Minimo) for WinCE they have not done so for several years now.

  • Is there a Firefox compatible with the Kindle HDX?

I have a Kindle HDX 7" and have encountered problems using the browser installed by the manufacturer, also need a flash player because Adobe doesn't make one compatible with the Kindle HD or HDX.

Hello, you will need to change some settings on your Kindle to install Firefox:
    1. Go to the Settings screen on the Kindle Fire
    2. Select the “Device” option.
    3. Select “On” for the “Allow Installation of Applications” option.
You can then download the .apk install file for Firefox directly from https://wiki.mozilla.org/Mobile/Platforms/Android
For devices without access to the Play Store, generally the Firefox Aurora version is recommended because it auto-updates...
I'm not sure about the availability of the Flash player, since Adobe has announced years ago that it was going to stop further development of Flash on mobile platforms: http://blogs.adobe.com/conversations/2011/11/flash-focus.html
