Is IOS 7 available for Ipod 4?

I have a Ipod 4gen and i'm wondering if i will have IOS 7, if so will i have Siri?

No, as Apple said in June, iOS 7 is not compatible with the 4G iPod touch.
All the iOS devices compatible (iPhone 4 and later, iPad 2 and later, and 5G iPod touch) with iOS 7 have at least 512 MB of memory (RAM). The 4G iPod only has 256 MB

    Take a look at the bottom of the IOS 6 announcement from Apple where it shows compatible products.  The iPod touch 4th generation is included.

    Folks on this forum are only users and not employees of Apple. No one here would know if a version of iPhoto for iOS was in the works for presently unsupported devices. I suspect that there will be no iPhoto for those older devices but I have no way to know really.

    No, sorry. It's Only for the 5 gen. But you can always trade in your old iPod Touch into apple and use that money towards the new iPod Touch
