Is iphone 4 Having issues with Blue Tooth connectivity ? Last saturday i have bought up iphone 4, when i checked that device blue tooth was not detecting the other iphones. I went to apple store in Ottawa. They checked with their Mac computers. They said Yes this iphone is having problem. Please exchange it on the store you bought up. I have exchanged that iphone with brand new, again same issues...
iPhone is not detecting other devices with Blue Tooth. I have checked with other two. they having same problem.
Please tell me, What apple gonna do with my iphone now ? Should i keep it ? or cancel my contract with cell phone company. As i am sure they not going to replace it again or gonna make excuses.

I have upgraded my iphone 3 to a 4. I just recently discovered that while the iphone 3 automatically discovers bluetooth but the iphone 4 does not (couldn't discover any bluetooth). My bluetooth is Jabra SP200. It turned out, there are other steps to take with the bluetooth device to pair with the iphone 4. As stated, iphone 3 detected it automatically. But w the iphone 4, I had to press and hold the answer button of the Jabra for it to pair with iphone 4. Call the bluetooth manufacturer directly and check with their alternative pairing procedures.

To be completely honest, FCPX is a RAM hog. It just is. But, RAM is relatively cheap, and the pay-off is good.
4GB is right on the edge, IMHO. 16G is ideal.

Issue with Blue tooth driver for Windows 10

The blue tooth device does not work on Win 10. 1. The laptop can pair with my Android phone... but I cannot upload photos from the Android phone 2. The message on my phone says connection failed. 3. Tested that Laptop (Prod #: E0M31UA#ABL) can send file to the phone though. 4. See below screen shot for driver details to the laptop.

I have looked into the issue you are having with Bluetooth and came across some documents that may help you resolve the Bluetooth issue. The first document I found is called Using Bluetooth Devices. This document may be helpful because it walks you through connecting devices. The second document I found is called Understanding and troubleshooting Bluetooth wireless technology. This document has other helpful information about drivers, making sure everything is bluetooth enabled, fixing bluetooth problems, etc. Have you tried to update the driver that is currently installed? Have you tried doing the updates in Safe Mode?Have you tried in the Device Manager to uninstall the driver that is currently installed? You could try to uninstall the driver you currently have, restart the Notebook and then reinstall the newer driver either from the HP ENVY 15-j084ca Notebook PC Driver's Page (although there is not a driver specified in the Windows 10 column, there is a Windows 8.1 Version of the Driver put out on July 31st, that should work) or you could use the HP Support Assistant. Here is a link to the HP Support Assistant if you need it. Just download and run the application and it will help with the software and drivers on your system that need updating for Windows 10. I have an issue with my Bravia after hooking up apple TV (the new one from a few months ago 7/2012)

I have the Bravia and all was well. I have a sony tuner and the blue ray and cable/tivo and mac mini were all plugged into the tuner and the tuner into an HDMI port.
then i got apple tv. I plugged it in to a separate HDMI port and i got a strange screen. I believe I activated the apple TV from the Mac mini somehow, even though the apple tv was not plugged into the tuner or the mac mini. I really cannot remember how but I think it was the PC port, maybe there are two PC ports? Anyway instead of the advertising screen, with all the tv shows to choose from, i got a gray and black screen with a half a wheel that scrolled up and down and it had three repeating choices, I forget what they were, "network" maybe? "setup", I can't remember. And the three repeated. I did click on each of these words to the next screen and there were drop down menus to choose from. I went back to Apple and asked and they showed me what the screen should look like, with all the shows listed in boxes. They showed me how to access the apple tv once it was plugged in. I went home and was able to get to the "proper" screen, but then that was all I did was access the main menu. I did not watch any TV on it. Now my mac mini cannot be seen by the Bravia TV and I bought a brand new mac mini and it cannot be seen. I have plugged them into the tuner, the way it was before, I have plugged them into HDMI ports, but there is no sound and no picture and no PC showing up. I went to apple and they thought maybe the mac mini wasn't seeing the "proper" screen, and they told me to press command and option and P and R all at the same time right at boot up of the mac mini. This would force the computer to look for new screens (and I waited for 3 sounds like they said) but still nothing on the screen. Now I took the new mac mini upstiars where I have another mac mini plugged into a TV and it works just fine. I am stumped. I have plugged this mac mini into every HDMI port, I have changed inputs to each port, I plugged it into the tuner and changed all the ports, it just cannot be seen. Someone suggested that Apple TV and Bravia do not mix. We spent a lot of time setting the Bravia to access the blue ray, the mac mini and the cable/tivo through the tuner. do i reset the Bravia to factory settings? I do not want to do this if this is not the answer, or if this is probably not the answer, but it's all I can come up with. Any hep is appreciated

Every time I play the music on my Droid Turbo via Bluetooth in my car, I end up having to do a factory reset in order to use the phone via bluetooth. I can tell the phone to dial a number or I can answer a call but the person on the other end can't hear me even though I can hear them loud and clear.

That's definitely odd, we certainly need to get to the bottom of this so you can use it safely while driving. Have you been able to use it in the past without completing the factory reset? The factory reset deleted everything from your phone, is that the type of reset you're doing? If so, you need to pair your phone every time, which explains the problem. Is your car compatible with the phone? Some cars are not compatible, in this case some features work but not all. Use http://vz.to/11fpca7 to review compatibility.

Having Issues with iTunes 10.5.3 and uninstalled. Cannot reinstall without upgrading to newest Snow Leopard? Using MacBook Pro running 10.5.8.

Running OS X Leopard 10.5.8 and was having issues with my version of iTunes 10.5.3 (freezing and getting rainbow spinny wheel, not allowing me to do anything, while importing music from a different folder into the iTunes). Anyway, so I uninstalled iTunes and went to download the newest version (10.7 i believe) and after downloading and attempting to install, i was alerted that I cannot install and run this application without having the newest version of OS X 10.6 i believe. So, what I'm ultimately trying to figure out is if I need to spend $130(that i do not have) on Amazon to get the Snow Leopard 10.6.3 then pay another $20 in the App Store to upgrade to Mountain Lion as well? I need to have iTunes on this laptop due to having an iPhone 4 that needs to be able to be synced on this computer. Bottom Line is, I don't have really have $150 to upgrade all this at the current moment just to get iTunes back on my system. Any suggestions or am I basically having to drop the $150 just to get iTunes back so I can sync my iPhone 4 again? Ugh, this *****, really wish i hadn't uninstalled that version of iTunes..HELP!!! thanks in advance..

Don't know if you could consider this an Apple issue. I know you are probably frustrated, and I am not defending Apple here, just saying that the iPhone does not update to support individual automobiles, the automobile manufactures update to support the Bluetooth profiles.The iPhone has the latest Bluetooth stack and supports a number of things. Problems generally revolve around the manufacturer not supporting the lastest Bluetooth version and have to update their systems. Check with Honda, they are probably aware of this, and if you search the forum, you will find a number of posts regarding the CR-V.

Having issues with my iphone 5 on wi-fi- does not automatically pick up wifi and doesnt remember passwords

I just picked up my iphone 5 yesterday and I am having issues with wifi.
When I tried wifi for the first time I selected my home network and entered in the password for the network and found out the following issues:
1) if you turn off wifi or turn on airplane mode or off, and then turn on wifi again - the phone does not remember the network's password and I have to re-enter it evey time plus manually select it
2) when wifi is on, not automatically detected nor does it select my network on its own have to manually go in and select a network
Help! Do I need to call Apple? Anyone else getting this?

I just managed to figure out the problem here. What you have to do is manually add the network by selecting "Other..." and filling in the information instead of selecting the item from the list of networks.

If you're using IOS 4.2.1, you can not download facebook. I have had the same problems and now just use safari to go on facebook. Hope this helps
