Is it bad to charge iPhone every night even if it still has charge?

New to iPhone. I've had an iPod touch but I've always waited to charge it when the low battery showed. I don't run the iPhone battery down every day, but I've been charging it through the night. Will this hurt it?

Actually it can, an iPhone fully charges between 2-4 hours and over charging the battery can cause it to wear itself out and then your battery won't hold as much charge as you did when you bought it; this happened to my aunt's iPhone

You can leave it on and I think Apple intend people do, because otherwise alarms will not go off, I use the alarms to wake me up The best option is to leave it on and plugged in.

Turn off iCloud completely

IPhone (not my iCloud account but still has my info and settings on it), able to transfer stuff to correct iCloud on my newer MBA?

This is how it is: Ive been using an iPhone (and cuz I didnt have a usable CC at the time) I used my gf's account and name, pw for this iCloud. CUrrently there is so much info on it I can;t lose - contacts, pix, apps etc.
Now I bought a MBA that I did set up with my own info, the iCloud with my name and pw. However it syncs to nothing. Is there a way to transfer the phone info so its universally shared on the cloud AND switching my phone account so it matches with the one I created so everythings tidy?

No, unfortunately you cannot just transfer everything of your data to a new account. It should work with contacts and some other data, but not with everything. You could try to delete your girlfriend's account from your phone (Settings > iCloud > Delete Account) and choose the option to keep the data for e.g. contacts on your phone. After you sign in using your new account, you will be asked, if you want to merge the data on your phone with your new account. Photos, the one that are stored locally, will be still on your phone.

My iPhone shuts down when the battery still has about 30%

When I then try to restart, it won't, but just show the red low battery icon with the charger cable telling me to recharge first. When I then plug in the charger, it shows maybe still 27% and starts to charge. Before this problem occured my iPhone went down to 1% or so and only THEN shut down automatically.
Have reset my iPhone and "recalibrated" the battery (total discharge followed by a full charge to 100% with original iPhone charger). Problem persists.

Iphone 5 switches off when battery still has 15%

After updated to iOS 7, my iphone 5 always switched off when battery still have 15%. Anybody have the same issues?

Sounds as if the battery may need to be recalibrated. Let the battery drain until it turns off. Then connect the phone to the charger and let it charge to 100%. Disconnect and then use it. It should get it back to a better read. The batteries are designed to shut down when the battery has a certain amount of power left. The battery percentage is not always that accurate.

I changed my Apple ID last night but the iPad still has the old one and won't take the new password either.

No, it does not change automatically. For starters, go to Settings> iTunes & App Store>Apple ID. Sign out of the old ID and sign in with the changed ID. That will allow you to start downloading content and updating apps again.

Get the account information from the person you bought it from. If they can't or won't give it to you, then return it for a refund. It's probably stolen. There is no way past activation lock.

Email deletes every night

Just bought the iPhone 6 plus, but this has been happening since the OS update in Sept. All of the emails in my inbox delete every night. I have the setting so that my deleted emails will permanently delete after 30 days in the Trash, but this is every email every night even though I don't delete them from the Inbox. They do seem to go into Trash but then I have to search all of Trash to find the ones I did not want deleted. I could flag them before they delete so that I could find them easier in Trash, but I'd rather switch to an Android if that's what I have to do. My email is now an imap. It is not a Microsoft Exchange server nor an Outlook ap; I own my own URL so it is direct through them. I don't have any email issues when using other devices like desktop PC. Thanks for any help.

Every night I have to reset my email password on my iPhone. It says my account is disabled for security reasons.waited 3 days to set up2 step verification. So far I have gotten no where, same old reset?????

I reset it every night, it will be fine until the next night, then I reset it again! I know someone is changing the settings and my profile. They changed my name to Joe Bonamassa { my favorite musician} in my phone contact profile. They also completely removed my daughters phone contact profile! It seems like I am being hacked constantly! I think I know who it is! I did block this person on my phone and the computer, and yet he still leaves phone messages on the voice mail. I am having problems with my home phone also,which I use as a business phone. It is Bright House network, and the voicemail does not always work! Bad for my business! This person has several phones, including his parents cell phone. So far I do not know how to block all his calls on my house phone. He does not call me very much, but he is upset I do not talk to him anymore. It may not be him, but I suspect he is the one, he works on his home computer all night,trading on E-Bay. What do you do about constant hacking? I give up, I will not keep resetting the password. Please help if you can. Thanks!

So I plugged my phone in to charge but totally forgot to check how much it was charged to after a couple hours I look and it's 100%

You can and should charge as often and as long as possible... deep discharges are hard on lithium batteries. Normal mobile use will usually result in the one charge cycle/month that Apple recommends although it's OK to fully discharge and then recharge to 100% every once in a while to recalibrate the battery meter.
Also, you cannot overcharge the device, thus you can leave it plugged in as long as you like.

Is it safe for the screen to be on all night every night running an alarm clock app? Yes it is plugged in and charging.

I use the builtin alarm clock app all the time without any problems.
I don't plug the iPhone in because it appears to use very little battery while it is sleeping.
