Is it legal to subscribe podcast from itunes US if i am not  american?

i kind of saw a term that said :"The iTunes Service is available to you only in the United States, its territories, and possessions. You agree not to use or attempt to use the iTunes Service from outside these locations. Apple may use technologies to verify your compliance." in REQUIREMENTS FOR USE OF THE ITUNES SERVICE of B. ITUNES STORE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
so does it means it's not legal to access american store if i am not a american? i know it may be legal to purchase music or apps there.But is it exclude subscribe podcast？coz we dont even need an account if we wanna subscribe podcast from itunes store US.
PS:i found FAQ about podcast http://www.apple.com/itunes/podcasts/fanfaq.html in apple's official website. although it's still a US webpage.

The iTunes Store does not host podcasts themselves, only links to them, so you can probably find a direct link to any given podcast by searching the web. Then you can see what terms the providers of the podcast has, if any, for who can access it.

    I have 61 podcasts on my iPod and in my iTunes library.
    I didn't want them anymore, so I unsubscribed and deleted the podcasts from iTunes.
    I synced to my iPod, assuming that the files would be automatically removed.
    But they weren't.
    I've tried checking and unchecking "Sync only checked songs and videos" on the iPod device page.
    I've tried checking "Sync all episodes of:.." and then not checking any podcasts.
    It's not worked so far. My iTunes is up to date and everything..my iPod charged..
    Im wondering HOW do you delete podcasts - or any other music, videos...etc - from your iPod and iTunes?
    Please help! Reply soon, I'm in desperate need.

    You can redownload most iTunes purchases by:
    Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store        
    It appears that the mess resulted in the iPod seeing the computer/iTunes library as a new computer/iTunes library. If you sync to a new computer your iPod gets erased and the media in the iTunes library ends up on the iPod.

    Plug your iPhone into the computer USB and click on the phone icon on the left side of the screen.  Then, on top of the screen, you will see a "podcasts" tab.  Click it and you will see the opportunity to automatically sync all unplayed episodes, etc.  You might need to select the directory to which you download the podcasts, but this should do it.

    I'm attempting to do something I've never done before which is transfer Podcasts from iTunes 11 to my iPod Classic (160GB).  I tried for a couple of hours last night but I could find out how to download the Podcasts and then tranfer them to the iPod.  The Podcasts I'm downloading come in at about 112 podcasts - They're are many but they are each rather small.  I can't figure out how to make this work.  I'd like to just download and transfer selected podcasts as for some reason when I try to find the podcasts I need others show up in the list too.

    I have the IPOD video 30gb, 5th generation, and have itunes 7.02..
    I am able to download the podcast from itunes into my library, but am unable to download it onto my ipod. an error msg pops up:

    OMG-i just figured it out!!
    *first of all, i came across this in the itunes store help area-->
    "Why won't some video podcasts play on my iPod?
    Some video podcasts, while playable in iTunes, are encoded in formats that are not compatible with iPods. To convert those videos so that they are iPod-compatible, highlight the video in iTunes, right-click on the selection, and choose "Convert Selection for iPod". iTunes will automatically re-encode the video for playback on iPod. Go to the Movies section of your Library to find and play the converted episodes.
    *i had converted the podcast previously, but i had just continued to try and transfer it from the podcast section rather than going to the movie's section, and dragging it from there. once i did that, it worked!
    hope this helps anyone else out there, as i did come across a few other queries...

    It's iTunes>apps, not iTunes>iPhone>apps.  I didn't realize there were different windows.
    Not double-click, but control-click.  Close enough.

    You can hide them via your computer's iTunes : iTunes Store: Hiding and unhiding purchases - Apple Support
    The 'x' might not show on their top left corner (it might be invisible), but clicking where it should be should hide the app.

    Your entire second paragraph is so confusing I am going to ignore it.
    But I may be able to answer your first and third paragraphs, which seem to address the same question.
    I wonder where your iPhone states it was backed up yesterday.  I am going to assume that you see this under Settings > iCloud > Storage & Backup.
    If that is true, then the backup from yesterday is in iCloud.  The one and only way to restore an iCloud backup is to do this on your iPhone:
    Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings
    That will cause your iPhone to begin a setup process.  As part of that process, assuming you enter the same Apple ID you used when you created the iCloud backup, you will be offered the opportunity to restore from it.
