Simple question. Is it necessary being 18 to buy iTunes gift card? I knew being +13 is enough to get one on store. Thanks for the answers.

You don't say what country you're in, but iTunes cards are sold in grocery stores and other mass retailers in many countries and there is no age restriction, nor is there any age restriction to purchase in any Apple Store. To buy on line you need a credit card, of course.

    You might be able to buy the gift cards from Best Buy. They sell iTunes cards and will accept international credit cards. See:

    They say that you can't order iTunes "codes", but I don't know if that applies to the physical cards. But you can try it.

    Okay, I got it you want to send someone an Allowances, To do that you will need their e-mail address then log into your iTunes account and scroll down to the bottom to the Manage Allowances.  Click on manage, then add an new allowance.

    Mr. Ramzy's question was already answered months ago. Unless he was physically in the US, in which case buying a US iTunes card would not have been a problem, he would not be allowed to use the US iTunes Store. And he posted back in June of last year.
    Again, the sites you refer to and probably are running sell cards that people in the UAE cannot use without violating Apple's license agreement. If you are selling such cards, you are encouraging people to violate Apple's terms of use, not something very wise to advertise in Apple's own forums.

Are you referring to making purchases from the ITunes store? Or are you saying that in order for me to make purchases from the Apple store, I have to be in the United States to do so?

    Some games are only available in particular countries, it depends upon where the rights-holder grants Apple a license to sell them (and the same thing applies to other content e.g music etc). It looks like the game is available in the Nigerian store, if I'm looking at the correct game, but the description page in the Nigerian store doesn't have the 'top in-app purchases' listed on it, so I wonder if they are available in the game in the Nigerian store

    Most in-app purchases can be made with a gift credit balance, yes. I've paid for a number of app upgrades with a gift balance. The only ones I've run across that can't are automatically-renewing subscriptions, some of which require a credit card on file.

    You can't from Apple, they don't let you buy iTunes gift cards with an Apple Store gift card. You could see if a different store in your country might let you (though they possibly won't), or try selling the card to somebody e.g. family, friend, eBay etc
