Is it necessary to keep agreeing to the licenseing agreement?

After installing the new update of iTunes, every time I load iTunes, I have to agree it its terms and service. Usually this happens after you install it for the first time and run it and after that it never appears. How do I stop this agreement from popping up?

No I mean that there is a check that is done that say "Has this user agreed to the license?" the return is normally "YES" but from what you said, the answer appears to be "NO". Just to be perfectly clear, every time you open iTunes the license agreement comes up right?

  • Syncing 2 ipods, itunes won't let me agree to the License Agreement

    I have an ipod nano 3g and bought my son a nano 4g. I am going to use one library and share playlists etc. When trying to sync the new nano, the first screen says "never register" or "register". I select "register", the license agreement comes up... I scroll through the agreement and check the box "I agree" and it doesn't show me the "continue" or "accept". It only shows "save" or "cancel". It is like I need to widen my window, but it doesn't allow me to do this. I can see my library with my songs etc on the right hand side of the screen and the license on the left, but it doesn't allow me to scroll over. Please help! thanks!

    If you aren't seeing all the buttons try increasing your screen resolution to at least 1024x768 so you can see the whole page: iTunes window does not display all options

  • I see the license agreement as HTML source code

    Hello,
    I downloaded a trial version of Adobe Acrobat 9.0,
    but after I had installed it and start it, it wants me to agree on the license agreement.
    but my problem is that I can't click on Agree nor Disagree because I see only HTML source code
    see the printscreen I added below.
    does anyone know what is wrong, or wat I have to install to 'use' these HTML pages whitin Adobe Acrobat?
    I also downloaded the software again and installed it again and it happens also with trial versions of photoshop,
    I have not tested other software so far.

  • How do I get past the license agreement screen on Reader 9.4?

    I've just installed Reader 9.4 on my Dell Inspiron 1501 laptop, o/s WinVista HP.  I have the same thing on my desktop and have never had a problem.   On the laptop, when I click on the Reader icon, I get the License Agreement and the instruction to "Press the Accept button to agree to the License Agreement and continue."  Except that there is no "accept button."  I've scrolled all the way to the bottom and the last readable text is "Reader_Player_AIR_WWEULA-en_US-20080204_1313"  Once more -- where's the "Accept" button?

    i just got a new ipod nano and like my itunes won't show the complete page for the license agreement page. I can see like two thirds of the page but can't see the rest so i can't agree to the license agreement. Advice please

    You need to set your screen resolution to 1024x768 on this screen

  • Photoshop dot com Inspiration Browser wont open.  I keep getting the license agreement for Adobe Air

    The Adobe Air license agreement keeps coming up.  I select "agree" and the license box goes away but Photoshop Inspirational Browser won't ever open up.  Please help.

      Go to the top menu in Organizer and click:
    Help à Elements Inspiration Browser.
    If you are not already signed in with your Adobe ID, a dialog box opens up, enabling you to sign in.

    I don't like the way DefaultStyledDocument works. So I copied the class (from the jdk1.3 source I downloaded from Sun), renamed it, and am making modifications to it.

    (I didn't check if it is a final class, but I'm sure
    its not)DefaultStyledDocument has the odd property that it doesn't join together 2 consecutive elements on a setCharacterAttributes call. This means a word processor built using a DefaultStyledDocument can become really cluttered really fast, so performance becomes a real concern.
    Second, you are NOT allowed to copy ANY code from a java.x file into your own unless your are doing it for educational purposes. It's specifically stated by the license agreement.

  • Able to connect to the mypassport web site, but the screen with the License Agreement does not come

    My PC runs under Windows 8.1Under the WiFi mode, the Mypassport wireless disk is identified and is connected, with no limitation. As expected.When I follow the procedure as mentionned in the User Manual, I have to use my browser (firefox in this case) and I type the adress : http://my passport.I enter the WD website, but instead having a window with the License Agreement to accept, I find a regular web page with the various WD external disks: http://support.wdc.com/product/download.asp?level1=2&lang=fr.I tried the other option suggested in the manual with the proposed IP adress, and I find a WD page with a user manual.Conclusion : I can use the disk using the USB cable, but the disk does not work under the WIFI mode.What should I do to connect to the right page?Thanks for the answer. 

    Good information. I don't believe that an internet connection is required when you first set up the MPW, so let's get that done. An internet connection is only required to do firmware updates and connect to Cloud services. You should update the firmware after you have the MPW connected properly and working. I don't think there is a Windows Phone version of the WD My Cloud App. You could use the browser on the phone to access the MPW Dashboard. But there may be issues with that so let's keep it simple. Follow these instructions like a recipe, but keep in mind what it says in the manual. You will need both these instructions and those in the manual. 1. Disconnect the USB cable from the 4G hotspot.2. Turn off the 4G hotspot. Power it down to make sure its network isn't available.3. Make sure your PC is turned on, and the Wi-Fi is on, looking for a network.4. Turn on the MPW and make sure the Wi-Fi LED lights up.5. Press the WPS (Wi-Fi) button on the MPW until the Wi-Fi LED flashes.6. Your PC should see the MPW network. Connect to that network.7. Turn on the 4G hotspot. Wait for it to start up fully. Do not connect your PC to the 4G hotspot at this time. Wait until the instructions say to connect to the 4G hotspot.8. Use a browser to go to the address http://mypassport (unless you have already changed that name when you set the MPW wireless password. If so use that name, or the IP address; http://192.168.60.1 ) This should open the MPW Dashboard for you. Depending on how much of the setup has actually been completed, you may be asked to set up a wireless password at this stage. If so, the MPW will force your PC to disconnect, and you will need to connect again. If you have already set a wireless password, you should be ready to complete the setup and connect the MPW to the 4G hotspot. The manual will have more information about this step, but you should be able to follow the instructions on screen.9. On the Wi-Fi tab in the Dashboard, you should see a graphic with your PC on the left, the My Passport Wireless in the middle, and a Wi-Fi selection list on the right. Select your 4G hotspot to connect to, enter the 4G hotspot security information (password), and the MPW will connect to the 4G hotspot Wi-Fi network. From now on the MPW will remember the 4G hotspot Wi-Fi network and connect to it when it is available.10. Your PC will now have internet access through the MPW, then through the 4G hotspot, to the internet. This will work fine, but it will be a bit slower than what you are used to, so now . . . 11. Close the browser with the Dashboard displayed.12. Disconnect your PC's Wi-Fi from the MPW network and connect your PC again to the 4G hotspot Wi-Fi network. Do not use the USB connection at this time. Use the Wi-Fi connection from the PC to the 4G hotspot.13. Open a browser window again and connect to the MPW Dashboard using http://mypassport  This may be a be a bit slow to respond, as it requires network discovery on your PC to do its thing. The IP address  http://192.168.60.1 will not work now as it only works when you directly connect to the MPW, rather than via a router, or 4G hotspot in this case. If you know how to look up the IP address that the 4G hotspot gave the MPW on its network, you could use that address, which should connect faster. But http://mypassport, or http://<YourNameForTheMPW> if you changed the name should work.14. If the Dashboard worked in the above step, you can finish any setup changes you may want to do, but you are all good to go. The MPW should appear in the "Network" section of Windows Explorer, and you should be able to copy files on and off the MPW, play music, videos, etc. that you have on the MPW. 15. Once you are happy that the MPW is working properly, change to using the USB connection from your PC to the 4G hotspot, if you want to, and check that everything still works properly. It should, as long as your 4G hotspot puts the USB and Wi-Fi connections on the same network, and acts as a router between all connections. Easy really, wasn't it?

  • Can't open Photoshop CS5 I am required to accept the license agreement but still can't get in ...

    I have had the Master Suite CS5 installed on my Macbook Pro for about 3 years now no problems , now it has started asking me to accept the Licence agreement when I try to open any of the applications (Photoshop / iD / Ai etc) .......
    but when I click accept it just takes me back to the same window 'Accept / or not the License Agreement - basically going round in circles !!  Meanwhile I ahve no access to the software !
    I have tried re - installing to no avail ..... , LR 4 and Adobe Bridge still open fine no issues !!
    I have carried out full updates of everything, done a system scan with MacKeeper, turned the computer fully off and back on ..... !
    Any ideas/ suggestions would be welcome,

    Hi Clare, I am having the same problems with my CS5 Design Premium! I got the graphics card replaced in my iMac and since then every time I try to open one of the programs, I get the licence agreement, click accept and it takes me back to the agreement again. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it which worked until I closed one of the programs, then the whole thing started again! If I leave the programs open after I use them it works which I am having to do until I get it sorted! I am just wondering if you managed to get yours working?

  • I purchased Adobe Photoshop Elements 13 from Amazon.  It has been installed successfully.  However, when it comes up asking me to Accept the Licensing Agreement it continues to loop back to that screen.  I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling it but s

    I had previously purchased a DVD disk from Amazon.  I did get the program to install today.  However it continues to loop back to the screen where you accept the licensing agreement.  I had lost the previous serial number and was given a new one by Adobe.
    After trying over and over again to install the version from their download, I purchased a new copy from Amazon.  I am still getting the same loop on the software where it asks you to Accept the Licensing Agreement.  Short of reformatting my hard drive and starting with a clean PC, I have no idea what to try.  Is the previous software installed somewhere?  I had uninstalled it prior to downloading and installing the new software.  Any help is appreciated!

    I'm going to try reinstalling Windows 7 and installing the software that way.  I've reinstalled it before so am not concerned about taking that step.  If I need further assistance, I'll add a reply.  Thanks!

    i GOT MY IPOD TOUCH FROM A PAWN SHOP.... (IPOD TOUCH) AND NOW WHEN I DOWNLOAD ITUNES IT SHOWS UP THE LICENSE AGREEMENT... SO I CLICK ACCEPT.... AND NOTHING HAPPENS. I CLICK THE ITUNES ICON.. AND THE AGREEMENT SHOWS UP AGAIN.. I CLICK AGREE AND NOTHING HAPPENS.. IM SOOOO FRUSTRATED.. P.S- I HAVE A WINDOWS HP PAVILLION..? I THINK.. WELL ANYWAYS I NEED HELP ASAP

    Do this if your have Service Pack 2 and above:
    Close your iTunes,
    Go to command Prompt -
    (Win XP SP2 & above) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES/Command Prompt
    In the "Command Prompt" screen, type in
    netsh winsock reset
    Hit "ENTER" key
    Restart your computer.
    If you do get a prompt after restart windows to remap LSP, just click NO.
    Now launch your iTunes and see if it is working now.

  • How do I accept the License Agreement

    I am trying to install Adobe Reader X on my laptop.
    As soon as I open it, a Distribution License Agreement pops up requesting me to press the "Accept" button in order to continue.
    However no"Accept" button appears anywhere on the License Agreement and this is the sixth time I'm attempting to open this -all with the same result.
    Not only does the "Accept" button not exist, the whole screen is locked with this agreement and cannot shut down.
    The only way I can get out of this is to enter the Task Manager and shut down Adobe reader.
    I would very much appreciate some solution, which I'm sure, is very simple but which I am not able to get on to.

  • When I last attempted to install the upgrade for Flash Player, I clicked on the license agreement and it came up in Arabic.  What's going on and what do I do about it?

    I did not try to install the upgrade.  Just shut it down.  What has happened and what problems might I have?  Has someone hacked Flash Player, or has some been able to get thru my firewall (which is KIS)?

    The License Agreement is localized in the various languages in one document, sorted alphabetically.  Depending on the PDF reader Plugin you're using it'll go to the correct language, otherwise, it'll just go to the top of the page, which is in Arabic.

  • Why will reader XI not let me accept the license agreement upon startup? Only Decline is available.

    I have had to restore my Win 7 64-bit system due to Reader XI crashing on start-up due to internal error and it took Acrobat XI Pro with it. Now I cannot accept the license agreement. Tried Tab-Enter and that did not work. Any ideas? I need this for college classes immediately.

    I don't know why this is happening; I have never seen this before.  Try the following
    using Windows Explorer navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Reader 11.0\Reader
    double-click on Eula.exe and accept the License Agreement
    If that still gives you the same problem, set the registry entry that you have accepted the License Agreement:
    download, unzip, then run the registry script from https://files.acrobat.com/a/preview/33ef697f-e339-49ab-bb3e-afc9057ece66
