Is it normal for Illustrator to go beyond 127% downloaded from Creative Cloud?

I eventually gave up and canceled download because I'm going home for the night.

I haven't heard of that and it doesn't sound normal.
As a workaround you could download and install the Illustrator trial and covert it to be part of Creative Cloud with the process described here:

    Yeah that would b nice but past the return time and I am needing a computer to look for work.  My laptop for some reason won't grab my wifi signal so I can't get online with it, to look for work or download to iTunes.  I am trying to download pages so I can redo my resume.  Frustration has set in so deeply I think I will just shut everything down and drink heavily!!!  Lol

    I assume you're running Windows XP which is not supported by Lightroom 4 so you won't be able to run it until you're on a computer which runs a supported operating system.

    I need Illustrator CS5 from Creative Cloud, but the oldest previous version shown as being available for download in Creative Cloud right now is CS6.  Does Adobe have this tucked-away somewhere such that I can still get it?  Please help.

    You can only buy it from others than Adobe.
    It is possible to find CS5 suites/applications that are claimed to be new and sealed, and thereby unregistered and unactivated, on eBay and maybe Amazon; if not, you are covered by their money back guarantee. The ultimate proof of its being genuine is that you can register it under your own Adobe ID.
    It is also possible to buy a used suite/application, but then it is crucial that it has not been used as the basis for an upgrade to CS5.5 or CS6, and you will need to get a licence transfer from the currently registered owner according to Adobe, which may be complicated unless the seller is the original owner and has the original Adobe ID.
    It must also be deactivated before you can use it; it is possible to get help from Adobe to have it deactivated.

    Hello,  I have songs that show they are "Waiting" for download from the cloud but they are greyed out.  Some songs in one album are done others in the same album will not download. It is not a time function because i have been working on this for weeks. I have allowed my compter to run for days and the songs are still not accessible.  I have a Match subscription and Match is working.  If I click on the "Genre" link the greyed out songs show that they are ready for download from the cloud but I cannot download them.  I have downloaded over 1500 other songs, so I am trying to understand what is going on here. I would appreciate any help anyone can give me.

    I did think about that and if I have to I will do that, however there are about 50 songs. I have closed and reopened iTunes several times and I am sure that I have the latest version. It fails right away but I can click on the cloud download icon and download the song that it failed on ... therefore it is not that song "or any one song" causing the issue. Any ideas?

    I am really struggling with a deployment of 10 iPad Minis.
    The iPads are brand new and I have downloaded and installed Apple Configurator onto our Apple Air laptop.
    I have configured Apple Configurator in the following way:
    Under Prepared:
    Settings
    Name is ticked with 'Number sequentially starting at 1'.
    Supervision is ticked to on, Allow devices to connect to other Macs is also ticked.
    Update iOS is set to "When update is available". Erase before installing is ticked.
    Restore is set to "Don't restore backup".
    No profiles are listed in the profiles section.
    Apps
    I have copied in some appropriate apps.
    Setup
    Skip: Restore, Passcode, Siri, Touch ID, Apple Pay, App Analytics all ticked.
    I have not configured Device Enrollment.
    In "Configure Settings..." Device Enrollment is not configured.
    After preparing my iPads, they all connect and prepare correctly. When I select any iPad and unlock it, the following happens:
    Hello, slide to setup
    Select language, UK selected
    Select Your Country or Region, UK selected
    Choose a Wi-Fi Network, correct network selected and authenticated
    Location Services: Enabled
    Configuration, "<organisation> can automatically configure your iPad". Apply Configuration or Skip Configuration. Apply selected.
    Configuration, "The configuration for your iPad could not be downloaded from <organisation>. Invalid Profile.
    Apple Configurator is showing no errors, have tried Supervise>Reset, makes no difference.
    Have skipped configuration and erased iPad before trying again, same problem.
    Any suggestions would be really appreciated.
