Is it normal for my computer to turn on then off then on again?
Sometimes when I turn my computer on it turns off then it turns on. I have not had any other problems with this and there is no error in the debug. My friends Maximus 775 board used to do this a lot to. Is this an intel thing?

Pretty much covers all bases if you skim all of it. Makes sense from a support perspective. But can get annoying. I think EVGA is thinking it over carefully since there could be unforseen implications in allowing the average user to have control over this.

upon calling c/s & futher research, this phenomenon seems to be labeled "fake boot" or "double boot".
(msi blames this on the p55 chipset & non-stock memory timings) apparently this is normal behavior (somewhat), though in reading more forums, there is some speculation that under certain circumstances this should NOT happen. resetting bios, and tinkering here & there should "fix" the condition. I don't like tinkering around so much with resetting my system 100x, as I have an old 450watt psu, so I'd like to keep it around for a few years, as opposed to tracking down a possible solution only to have to invest in a new psu prematurely or worse dealing with an rma. maybe one day I'll write up a list of things I've tried & one time or another & see If it will go away.
Your situation may be exacerbated by the fact your system is underpowered. See my post in your thread..

When i try to open week cal it loads and then closes after a few seconds...I have checked for updates, turned the phone off then on, closed out of the app and then opened it again...nothing works! To reset, press and hold the Home and power buttons until the silver apple appears.
I would delete the app, reset the phone and then download the app again. Your calendar information should be stored on the phone as Week Cal uses the Calendar app information.

After updating my iPad 2 to iOS 6, I cannot connect to my router. I have turned the router off, left off for a considerable time, turned the iPad off and on, reset the network settings, nothing works. Any other suggestions? It is obvious many others are having similar problems, so the iOS 6 looks like a loser.
I have just upgraded from a 3 to a 4S and now I can't connect to my wifi. I've tried everything, resetting network settings, switching to boot, renewing lease, rebooting, turning off cellular data etc etc. nothing works!! Very frustrating!

That's not the way wifi works.
You may see the other networks but you are not connected to them in any way. -

If you mean iOS, select the iOS device in iTunes then click Update. -

If you are using Safari then try clearing its cache : Settings > Safari > Clear Cache (and Clear History)
If that doesn't work then try closing Safari completely and then re-open it : from the home screen (i.e. not with Safari 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of the Safari app to close it, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.
A third option is a reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot. -
I have tried to download 2 movies onto my iPad but I keep getting a download error message. What do I do now? I have already tried turning the iPad off and on again…still nothing.
Try closing iTunes and reset your iPad. After the iPad starts up, try the download again.
To close an app, drag the app up from the multitasking display. Double tap the home button and you will see apps lined up going left to right across the screen. Swipe to get to the iTunes app then swipe "up" on the app preview thumbnail to close it.
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up. -

Try resetting your phone, hold the home and sleep/wake button down until the apple symbol comes up, then release. If that doesnt work, you may have damaged your phone and need to take it to an apple genius bar.

When watching a program or film, the video will suddenly fo black, but the audio will keep playing. The only way to get picture back is to turn the tv off then on. Whats going on?
