I haven't seen any things saying "Buy Now" on the web and I saw a vid on youtube that was posted on sept. 11 which a stuff.tv and the said"This will be an awsome product THIS CHRISTMAS"but then again I've been seeing topics like "nano 4g problems"so just tell me yes or no.
Apple and Best Buy have the 8GB in-store. Apple told me the 16GB will be in their stores next week, but didn't give a date. I think you can pre-order the 16GB from either store.

About once a month I receive the Software update notice that has failed. How do I find out who/what is trying to update? If I decided I want this update how do I allow it to continue? If I decided I do not want this update how do I stop it and its attempt to update? The only response allowed is "OK". When OK is selected the window goes away and nothing else happens.

Yes your cabinet 10 on the Crediton exchange has already been installed and linked with a FTTC DSLAM cabinet (making it able to provide FTTC fibre broadband) and has been Accepting FTTC orders since December 2013. PCP10 (with it's DSLAM cabinet within 100meters of it) is locate on the junction of Commercial Road and the A3072.
However by the looks of things your are just too far away to obtain a FTTC (VDSL2) connection, meaning FTTC fibre broadband is not available to you.

Your best bet is to talk to Connecting Devon and Somerset to see if there are any further plans to get a fibre based service to your area via https://www.connectingdevonandsomerset.co.uk/contact-us/ (as your area may not be inscope of any further deployment). Best give them your full address and landline number too as they can check if you are within a NGA area.

I have a problem with the headset of my ipod nano 4th gen. the right side don't have a sound. It comes in and out. what do I need to do.. I am using the original headset eversince. They don't have the music on their computer so they cannot transfer the iTunes folder, from the computer to their iPod and then to the new computer. And if they try to enable disk use on the iPod it will erase all the music that is on it. The method you cited is moving the files in a data format using the iPod as a flash drive. It doesn't work if they are in music format. That is why I suggested Yamipod. -
Not sure what I did but all of a sudden everything I touch has a voice attached to it. For instance, if I touch an icon it tells me out loud what the icon is and tells me to double click it. ***??? Help!

It sounds like you are unable to send emails, as they go straight to the outbox, but you can get the emails without issue. I recommend using the Connection Doctor to help you troubleshoot what is happening with the following article:

Please check the Page Display preferences (File > Preferences/Acrobat > Preferences) and make sure that Show Large Images is selected. If sounds as though this PDF may have been created from a scanned document, and this preference is disabled.

Thank you. I already have that checked. After an update, it started doing this. Preferences> Display>Page Content & Info > Show large images is checked.
It is almost like a protection on the document that grays out all the content. -

Ask Linksys. If you reset the extender it presumably lost the username and password it was supposed to service. I'd just supply the name and password and move on.

To reiterate Larry's question are you trying to copy
your iPhoto Library package in it's entirety to the flash drive
or
just the photos that are in the library?
Each requires a different process.
If it't the former reformat the flash drive to OS X Extended (journaled) and drag the iPhoto Library package from your Pictures folder to the flash drive.
If it's the latter export them to a folder on the Desktop first viaFile ➙ Export ➙ File Export and Kind = Original and drag the folder onto the flash drive.

What happens when you attempt to go to Apple Menu > Log out?
Assuming you are running Mac OS X 10.6.7:
Backup your data: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1553
SafeBoot your computer: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1455
Login to your normal Admin account while in SafeBoot
Download and install the 10.6.7 combo while in SafeBoot: http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1361
Restart the computer as normal and then see if you can logout.
