I Think someone has hack into my iTunes account I don't know how this happened or how to stop it I changed my password but still was afraid so I made a new iCloud but I don't know how to use it with iTunes my old one keeps popping up does anyone have any answers please help
Certainly. If someone has hacked his Apple ID, they could use it on a different device, and could send messages as him. These messages would sync to his devices as well. Of course, use of an Apple ID on a different device causes a warning message to appear on all other devices using that Apple ID, saying that the Apple ID is being used on a new device. He may have simply dismissed that message without reading or understanding it and has forgotten all about it.
Or, of course, he might have sent the messages and be trying to deny responsibility... Can't rule that out, but what he's saying is indeed possible.

I heard that there was a problem with Apple being vulnerable to Hackers. Has anyone seen an update for this issue? My IPad received the update last night but I have not seen anything for Safari.
Mac OS X 10.9.2 was released today for this issue and others. Earlier versions are not affected.

Well, my boyfriend borrowed money from a friend on a game, and I am being threated by the person (from Ireland) saying that him and his friend ( who know a great deal about computers ) are going to somehow disconnect our internet. I use Windows 8, so I have an app that automatically signs me in without needing a username or password, and to sign in to this account when I go through the internet, I use "sign in with microsoft". but i can't remember the user name i had made, so I gave my email so Skype could send me my username. It says that my email isn't working, but I currently have it open. And when i try to change my email, it says that my password is incorrect. So obviously I think my account was hacked, password was changed, and now apparently my email doesn't work? And also i would like to know, if it IS possible to someone to disconnect your internet through Skype? And also PLEASE within the next two weeks, can someone who works for Skype PLEASE delete my account? It's extremely important to me and my family that this account just gets deleted.

I have just opened my itunes account and have lost all of my music, including music i have downloaded from disc and purchased music it appears to have happened in the last 2 months. can anyone help. When i did a check on my account it came up with the list of all my purchased music but just dont know where it has gone. i have not synchronised my ipod classic for about 3 months.Help..........

I sold my iPod to a little girl when I FINALLY got an iPhone last Christmas. I didn't think to change the account settings on the iPod before handing it off, so apparently the girl is still using my account information on her computer. I recieve her iMessages since we "share" an account, and I assume she can see my iMessages too, which is embarrassing. There is a definite privacy issue, and now I'm afraid to send iMessages. Lol.
What I'm wondering is, is there a way I can totally deauthorize her device from using my account?
I accessed my iTunes account and saw where my devices were listed, but the only device it showed was my iPhone. If that's true, why am I recieving her iMessages?
I tried to contact her to let her know that she needs to create a whole new iTunes account for herself, but I got no reply, of course.
Also, I noticed where on Settings>Messages>Send&Recieve it had my number and my email address listed, but my number was ghosted. Why is that?

She can use you Apple ID on the device and switch between her ID and your ID, but that can cause problems at times and can become a bit of a pain. -

Is it really possible for someone to hack your iphone 3G and change settings?
Please help. I am prety sure I did not change some of the settings I see changed now on my iphone. Receive phone calls only "from favorites" for example. I don't know how this happened.
Do you have to make sure all the sounds for the different things have to be different?Do you have Do Not Disturb turned on?

I have been using the adobe CS5.5 at home and at work and everything was working fine for moneths.. my work account still works, but my home one seems to have been deactivated.. and when i put in my serial number again, it tells me that "The serial number has already been activated on 2 computers."

Have you checked the purchase history on your acocunt via the Store > View My Account (Store > View My Apple ID on iTunes 11) drop-down menu option on your computer's iTunes ? If you didn't rent it, and nobody else has access to your account, then you can contact iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption -
On 4/3 3 54.95 purchases went through on my checking account. I had a 50 dollar I tunes card and tried to buy an item worth 50 dollars. but instead 54.95 was charged 3 times from my bank account on iTunes card. I talked to my bank and iTunes. ITunes said they would refund all of them. I check my apps purchases on my pc and all 3 of the charges say refunded but I have received no money. On top of that I did not receive anything I purchased. what should I do to get my money back?
It can take a number of days before the refunds will show on your card - if they aren't there by the end of the week then try contacting iTunes Support again.

I really doubt it. To do that, that person must have stolen your Apple ID email and password, and then, log in Messages in his/her iPhone with your Apple ID to read your messages. The Apple ID of an iPhone doesn't change when you connect it to your Mac, so don't worry
