my brother has an iPod Nano (5th Gen) and wants ALL of his recorded videos saved on a PC and saved on my iPod Touch (2nd Gen).... is it possible i can do that?

We are evaluating the use of iPod touch devices to record best practice videos on our manufacturing floor and to post to an internal Moodle web site. How can you upload a video from the iPod touch to a site other than YouTube? The Moodle upload interface is expecting a file selection dialog box like windows or OSX. Thanks!It should be around 7 and a half gigs. In iTunes, across the bottom there should be a bar that show how much storage is being used and by what. (music, movies, apps, etc.) To make music take up less room, you can check the box to make it convert the music to 128kbps AAC. This lowers the quality, but with most earbuds and speakers, you can't even tell the difference.

Yes, you can. If your music collection was purchased from iTunes, you are in a good shape since that music is forever yours under your iTunes account. Therefore, after installing iTunes on your new computer, sign into your account and see all your music under "Purchsed". Then simply download it to be phisically present onto your macbook pro (for free since you've already paid for it).

On the computer in iTunes log into her Apple ID and then see if recent purchases are shown by clicking on her name in iTunes, entering her password and then selecting the option. If there is nothing there then she bought that music with a different Apple ID.
You can use TouchCopy to move all the songs on the iPod to the computer. Then try to play one of the purchase songs and it should show the account used to purchase it and ask for the password. -

I bought an iPod nano 7th generation and all was well until my pc died. I quickly rebacked it up onto an external hard drive and only got about an eighth of my music left. FOrtuneately, my iPod has got all of my music on there!
I'm using someone elses laptop at the moment, which only has a fraction of my music at the moment, and I wondered if it was possible if I could transfer my music from my iPod onto this new laptop, temporarily.
I figured it would be an everyday thing Apple offered to its customers, but I suppose there might be some poxy copyright laws of something silly like that.

Hi, i'm developing a web site, and i'm trying to let the user record some video from his webcam. I'm using actionscript and flash media server. I got it work in my delevoper enviroment, but when i deployed it to the production server, the webcam can't get connected to the FMS.
I'm afraid this is because of port blocking from the firewall. Does anyone knows wich ports are userd for recording from a browser by the Flash Media Server? I will be really gratefull to anyhelp you can give me. I open the 1935 port in the Flas Media Server, but it still doesn't work.

corperated into you application i have no way to tell if you have a functioning application or not because netstream and netconnection are seperate methods one is for creating a connection and the other is for connecting camera's or pre recorded media. you should try connecting and then establish your camera. -
Why can't I watch video from my iPod touch?
I use the Apple dock and an Apple cable with red, white and yellow plugs.
I would look at both parts (able end and iPod) of the dock connector for abnormalities (e.g., bent pins, foreign material). If OK do you have another TV to try or another iPod to try? Do you have an Apple store nearby where you can make an appointment at the Genius Bar of their store. Some other users have reported bad cables out-of the-box.

How do I get my Ipod to play music videos through my theatre system? I keep getting the message "This device not supported". My theatre system WILL recognise my Iphone however. The theatre system, Ipod, and Iphone are all less than 4 months old. Any suggestions welcome!
Check with the theater system vendor and see if their system is compatible with the Nano. The resolution on the Nano may be too low for the system.

I have an old iPod Classic with 80 GB (I think) of space. I saved all my songs in an external hard drive, but the iTunes library resided in an old computer (no longer working). Can I get the library from my iPod and use it in my new computer (Windows)?

Can't see ipod videos from 60GB ipod classic. I have Apple USB/video cable running through Onkyo receiver into Samsung TV. Video & TV out settings seem correct-I can see album cover, but no video. Is it possible to get itunes music videos to play or do I need to get new ipod. It works on my iPad and iPhone, but not through iPod Classic.
Are these music videos located under Videos on your iPod? Do it play other regular movies (if you have any on the device)?
