  • Zebra background - sap script

    Hi Everyone,
    Can anybody say how to create zebra background in sap script. Eg:- line number one the background is blank and line number 2 is shaded with grey background and line number 3 is blank and so forth.....
    The numbers of lines are dynamic data (repeating) and the numbers are unknown.

    Hi Arun,
    Yes, it is possible to make a bank ground picture in SAPscript also. For this you have to do is create a new window and see the dimensions fit the entire page. Now creat vertical frames in that window at equal gap and fill the alternative blocks of it.
    This will give you zebra background in SAP Script.
    Note: all other windows that contains data/ text will not be effected. it will be displayed on the image.
    Hope this will help.
    Regards,
    Nitin.

  • SAP-Script; Is it possible to handle the BOX -Statement dynamic?

    Hi Scripters!
    My consultant wants a box around some information in a SAP-Script form.
    Normally this is quite easy, BUT in this case i have the information (which needs the box around) printed after the positions.
    So problem is: the box can not have a certain position in the Form since i dont know how much positions are to be printed.
    any ideas on this subject?

    Hi Florian,
    Yes it is possible to play arount with positions of Box.
    You can pass variable name in between & in place of fixed XPOS and YPOS.
    and pass value to that dynamic variable.
    You have to test a lot with different values in those variables for pefect settings.
    Hope it will solve your problem.

    Hi Team,
    Is it possible to change the Background color of Web Dynpro Views in Mobile Device applications ?
    I have been able to change the cellBackgroundDesign from Transparent o fill1 etc and this change is visible in the desktop application.
    But whenever; I am running this application in Mobile Device, the color change is not visible.
    Also, there is an earlier post given by me for changing the color of rows in Table UI in SAP SRS Mobile Device Enabled.

  • Coloured background behind text area

    Hi all,
    Does anyone know how to make a coloured background behind the text area. For example, like the yellow title "Apple biometric earpods..." in the webpage; Apple biometric Earpods just a hoax, 'simply made up' for fun - Tech2
    I have lots of titles in a document that I want to apply this style to so dont want to do it by drawing lots of boxes.
    I have got a bit of a work around where you use an underline, and go into underline options and make it really wide and give it a negative offset so it is in the middle of the text but this is hard to control the gap so you have to add a space to the star and end of each sentence.
    is there a better way?
    thanks,

    Nope, that's how it's done. Turn on the custom underline as part of the paragraph style.

  • Is it possible to insert coloured glyphs with InDesign CS5?

    I write about card games and use (multiple) red 'heart' and 'diamond' symbols. If it is not possible to insert coloured glyphs, can anyone suggest a quick way of getting around this problem (other than copy/paste)? Many thanks, Zeb

    Sandee,
    Do you actually load a typeface (cardshark bold, perhaps) and then press a key (h or d) to make the heart or diamond? Then all you need are a character style for red and a GREP style to automatically change the letter h in cardshark bold to the character style.
    Uh -- no. Under those circumstances it would not work. A GREP style can change all letters 'h' and 'd' to red, but not "just those in cardshark bold". This would only work if this font has been applied in a paragraph style that also has the GREP style added.
    It does work, however, with non-Symbol fonts such as Arial Unicode MS, where you'd insert the correct glyphs via the Glyphs palette. This works because the heart and diamond glyphs are encoded into Unicode.

  • How is it possible to adjust the background images and the text in Mail?

    How is it possible to adjust the background images and the text in Mail?

    Here's the solution I used to solve the same problem. If you're not comfortable editing the source files, this might be more than you want to take on--but I've done it to several files with no ill effects. You can follow the instructions on this page and the referenced original post from (he includes a link on the page). Good luck! He's got some great tips on some of his other pages.
    http://photo.rwboyer.com/2010/03/15/aperture-3-book-theme-trick/
    A warning about editing the Master pages--it only edits them in that book--it doesn't update the theme. So if you go to create another book with those same layouts, you'll have to duplicate the book and replace all the images. An alternative would be to create a "clean" book with no photos in it and then just use that as a starting point each time.

  • Itune music videos display no images but flashing vivid coloured background

    Having upgraded to itunes 7.1 sometime ago I cannot see me existing music videos or even new ones that I purchase. The screen only shows a vivid coloured background, sometimes flashing effect, but not a single image, despite hearing the chosen song ok. Whats the problem, dvd's I play are OK

    (Sorry about barging in, Timmy.)
    +The screen only shows a vivid coloured background, sometimes flashing effect, but not a single image, despite hearing the chosen song ok.+
    With those symptoms, especially if the colors are pink, purple or green, the "Disable Direct3D acceleration in QuickTime" section from the following document is worth a try:
    Troubleshooting iTunes for Windows XP and 2000 video playback performance issues
    But by all means, if there are newer video drivers available for your video card or display adaptor then it's worth upgrading them (as Timmy suggests) to see if you can still get good video with the Direct3D acceleration enabled.

  • Problems with coloured background in Dreamweaver CS6

    Hi,
    Probably best if I attach images rather than describe the problem, so that's what I'll do.
    As you can see there is a grey bar to the side of the page and it is the same at the bottom when I zoom out. I'm making this website as part of my Uni course and I have to follow a specific template so, please, don't judge me on what it looks like... lol.
    The code for the background section looks like this:
    body {
              background-color: #CC9966;
              background-repeat: repeat-y;
    I have also coloured the footer.
    #footer {
    colours for text within the
    footer division, ie <p id="footer">
    color: #2D2D2D;
    background-color: #CC9966;
    So what do I have to change to make the colour fill the background entirely? I'm an amateur so please don't use too much technical language. I'm sure it's a simple fix, anyway.
    Thanks a lot.

    Hi,
    One way is use jQuery.
    Here is sample
    http://apex.oracle.com/pls/otn/f?p=40323:54
    I have this on page HTML header
    <script type="text/javascript">
    $(function(){
    $('#P54_EMP option').each(function(i){
      if(this.value=='KING'||this.value=='SCOTT'){
       $(this).css({'background-color':'yellow'});
    </script>This might help how install jQuery to Apex
    http://www.oracleapplicationexpress.com/tutorials/66
    Or you can just load it from Google by adding this also to page HTML header or page template
    <script src="http://www.google.com/jsapi"></script>
    <script type="text/javascript">
      google.load("jquery", "1.4.2");

    I tried Firefox 16.01 for the Mac OS and found the favicon does not show a inverted coloured background as shown in the Firefox documentation. Only the characters on a Https site are coloured green.
    I take it this is an omission ?

    The code that I posted above works in Firefox 19 (currently under development) although the four mixedContent rules (http content on https web pages) may not be needed and can be left out.

  • Is it possible to make the background of an image transparent in indesign?

    is it possible to make the background of an image transparent in indesign?

    It's not necessarily the best way, but depending on the image content, you might be able to get an acceptable result with the options under Object > Clipping Path...
    EDIT: So technically, the answer to your question is: No, but you can apply a clipping path to hide the background.
    Also, again depending on the image content, as well as the underlying content, it might be possible to use blend modes in the Effects panel to render the background transparent.
    Background removal is best done in Photoshop, where the image can then be saved as .PSD and its native transparency will be honored when placed in InDesign.

    Hey Gurprit,
    All you need to do is:
    1. drag and drop the Image object from the Library -> Standard tab
    2. select the image you want to use
    3. position the image on the form where you want
    4. right click the image and say "Send to Back"
    That should be it!!
    Cheers,
    Kevin
