I think you should discuss about this with Toshiba service in your country.
I presume they can explain to you what can be done and what is not possible to do.
I also think they can explain to you which parts can be added and what kind of upgrade cannot be done.
You found some US page on the net and this nice pic and now you think you can do the same on your Qosmio. This is pic of Qosmio X305 produced for US market. Do you have the same notebook model?
Do you think all Qosmios X300 have identical mainboard with 100% identical construction?

I am also very interested in integration with Google Fit. Reason: Both Fit and Lifelog try to quantify my total calories spent. Also, Lifelog does not have accurate weight registration nor weight history. I would love to use only Lifelog, but for now, it does not offer everything that Fit does. Waiting for updates!

The iMac will allow you to connect a second monitor but that monitor will show the same thing as the iMac's built-in screen.
You can network a Mac mini and iMac via Ethernet or Firewire.
Software load sharing like Xgrid can allow you to share work between the Macs.

Is it possible to add markups to a PDF that I am not the author of

Most of the PDFs I generate are from other applications (like Autocad) where I "print to PDF" to create the file.   Most of the PDFs I recevie are generated the same way.   Prior to Acrobat Reader 8, it was simple for me and my collueges to exchange information on these PDFs by using markup tools and resending them with markups.   Since Acrobat 8 has come along, I now find it impossible to markup a drawing (no matter if I have created it using Print to PDF or if someone has sent it to me). I went to the knowledge base and see that the drawing has to be enabled for markup in one of 2 ways
In an open PDF, choose Comments > Enable For Commenting In Adobe Reader, and then save the PDF.
Start the wizard to initiate a shared review or an email-based review and follow the on-screen instructions. When you’re finished, commenting is enabled in the PDF that you specify for the review.
Well, there is no Comments selection in my toolbar.   Second method is given by
Quickstart: Start an email review
An email-based review lets you track review status and merge received comments into the PDF.
Click Review & Comment and choose Attach For Email Review.
If prompted, enter your identity information to create a reviewer profile.
Follow the on-screen instructions to select the PDF, invite reviewers, and send the email invitation.
If your email application doesn’t send email automatically, you may need to answer alert messages and switch to your email application to finish sending the message
But there is no Review & Comment button to click.
So, can someone tell me, can I still do a simple markup of any PDF?   Even if I have to jump through hoops can I?    I guess I can understand Why Adobe has done away with this feature in their free tool, as they were not getting any revenue off of it, but it greatly diminishes the usefulness of Acrobat Reader and therefore all PDFs for me.

To enable this right you need Acrobat, not the free Reader.
However, starting from Reader X it is possible to add simple markups to any file, unless it has been specifically disallowed by the creator of the file.

I dont have Qosmio X500 but generally speaking its no problem to exchange the internal HDD with a SSD but I dont know if the model has 2 SATA connectors.
If you are not sure ask the salesman if its possible to install a second HDD or SSD.
SSDs are no problem because they have the same SATA interface as normal HDDs.

Is it possible to add the HTTP_server to existing SOA/oc4j installation

I’m new to application Server 10.1.3.4 and have inherited a SOA implementation with 2 iAS homes.
The original is running an oc4j group underlying SOA. Subsequently they decided to use the “Rules Author” which requires the http server. So, my predecessor installed another instance with just the HTTP server.
We are life cycling our hardware and there is an opportunity to reconsider this 2 home implementation. Is it possible to add a component e.g. HTTP server to an existing instance ? If so can you point me toward the appropriate doc or ML note ?

Install OS, make all updates and install your favorite software. After doing this obtain some professional application like Norton ghost and create your own recovery image. You can save this image on HDD second partition, external HDD or even create own recovery DVDs.
You can also Google a little bit. Maybe you will find some similar application for free.

The best solution would to buy a new graphics card that can support 2 inputs. Certain applications/tasks (like video editing) don't handle 2nd card well. So I have never ran a PCI card for my second monitor. You'll have to specify what you intend to do with your graphics card for better recomendations of cards that just aren't overkill for your usage. All of my systems use Dr bott connectors & I have never had a problem with them. Depending on what card you buy you may need one or two of the ADC to DVI connectors on the site. Best of luck

Yes you can add a second directory - if you look at your enterprise parameters, you'll see that there's an url for the directory. Enter that url into your webbrowser.. you'll see it's a regular CiscoIpPhoneMenu.. so you an create a page like that but with a second entry, and then the second directory will also be listed when you press the directory key.

A slide show can be quite long as you all know and the same music continusly repeated can become boring.

One thing you can do to make it all turn out even--think about how long each slide is going to display, say you want about 3 seconds per slide, multiply by the number of slides, say you have 100 slides (I picked those numbers so the arithmetic would be easy!). That's a total of 300 seconds. Divide by 60 seconds per minute to get the number of minutes, in this case that would be 5 minutes. Then when you make your playlist in iTunes find music that fits the mood of the show and that totals a little more than 5 minutes (and is NOT Protected, as Terence mentioned). Back in iPhoto select your Playlist in the Music section and then check the box to have the slideshow fit the music, and iPhoto will adjust the display time so that everything runs the same length of time. Export to iDVD and burn your disk.
Personally, I like to get a little fancier, so I export my slideshow without sound, then open the project in iMovie HD and make a layered soundtrack, where I arrange the music and sound effects, as in this one:

Once it's built you can send it to iDVD at full size and/or, as I did here, make a small streaming web version to share over the Internet. Yes, you can. There are a couple of ways to approach it.
The first is to simply include the folder, and have some kind of written instruction on the DVD, or in the box, as to how to find them. So there's no intelligent linking between the DVD video and the extra content. To accomplish this, create a folder manually in the Finder (eg "Temp"), create a subfolder within it called, for example "Extra Content", and then find the "DVD-ROM" section in the Inspector, tick "Content" and browse for your parent (Temp) folder. The Temp folder does not get added to the DVD, but its contents (the Extra Content folder) does.
The second is to make the DVD more interactive by making links between the DVD content and the additional material. So, for example, you can build a button which automatically opens a Finder window of the Extra Content folder. You should look at the "DVD@ccess" feature in the Help menu / user guide to find out more. This tends to be less reliable, since Mac users have to set DVD Player to use DVD@ccess links, and PC users have to install a piece of software that DVD Studio Pro puts onto the DVD.
If possible, I would recommend the former, just because it's easy and doesn't depend on extra software.

This is my first experience with Automator. Everything is working great except for one thing:
I am automatically downloading images from a site and they all have the same name. Because of that, they get an extra -# in their name when they are downloaded. But when I look them up, they were no incremented in the order they were downloaded. I need theses images in the order they appear on the site to be able to rename them in the right order.
So I tried renaming them using the time at which they were downloaded, but it happens so fast, this function is not really useful.
So here is my question: Is it possible to add a delay between each image that gets downloaded in the "Download URLs" action ? A one second delay would most probably fine.

Use the Wait step. On your step palette under the synchronization folder you'll see the Wait step. Place it down and it should be intuitive what to do.

I sugggest you try my application, Dates to iCal. It is shareware with a 2 week trial period.
Dates to iCal 2 is a replacement for Apple's birthday calendar for iCal. It has a range of features to allow the user to choose what, and what not, to sync to iCal from Address Book.
As well as automatically syncing birthday dates from Address Book, Dates to iCal 2 can sync anniversary and custom dates. It can set up to five alarms for each date in iCal and can also set different alarms for birthdays and anniversaries. It allows the option of only syncing from one Address Book group. This application also allows for the titles of the events sent to iCal to be modified to the user's preference.

Hello I want to know if it's possible to add a new graphics card to the back of a Laptop not inside of it but on the back of my laptop ??? my graphics Card is a Intel 4000 graphics card is a terrible for gaming TERRIBLE !!!

Not sure where it would go on the back, but no the system is closed. There is no place to insert a graphics card or attach it. You will find some hokey stuff on the internet where people say you can plug a video card in the wireless card slot but those are a hoax at worst and at best they do not tell you that such a thing would not even perform as well as what you have and is likely to damage the motherboard.
