Is it possible to add text field in condition type in PO?

Dear Guru,
Please kindly advice. Is it possible to add text field in condition type?
I mean I have seen condition type "FRB1" Freight value in the condition detail we can input vendor code.
So I would like to know is it possible to add text field in condition detail and how to set it up.

We would like to maintain some text in condition because of we would like to get that text to PO print out and we don't want to do enhancement.

    Hi,
    Ours is a service industry with @ 10000 employees and we have implemented SAP with MM & HR module. We issue uniforms to all the employees when they join (new Joinee) and again once in January every year as reissuance. We intend to keep size information in employee masters in HR along with station code, designation, department and cost centers.
    At present we are using two fields goods recipient and unloading point to mention employee code and type of issue (new joinee or reissuance). This is because employee code (PERNR) field is not there in MIGO_GI screen or MB1A screen.
    Is it possible to add PERNR field to any of these transaction screens?
    If added then we can fetch the relevant information about issuance of information along with station code, designation, department in Z report.
    If possible, then how it can be done?

    Hi ,
    as i understand we can add new fields in a transaction through user exit /field exit. so please discuss with your ABAP consultant & try to find out all the exit available for MIGO/ MB1A. then you have to decide which one will suit you. here you have to consider some factors like whether you need to enter values in the field or the field needs to fatch any value from any other table & should populate here.
    the ABAPer can then write the code & add your required logic here.
    i am not very good in this subject. just tried to share what ever i knew.

    I would appreciate if someone could provide some input on the following issue.
    Is it possible to add a field to Define Account Determination for Internal Goods Movements (OKEK)?
    This table determines the GL accounts assigned when inventory is moved between plants.  Is it possible to add another column to the left hand side?  I would add the receiving plantu2019s VGCd, if possible.  Even better would be a profit center group (1100 for all 11xx profit centers for example).
    I know there are two ways to add field to the DB Table. They are INCLUDE and APPEND structure.
    Is it possible to append a field to table V_T8A00, and display it in config screen OKEK?

    On a transfer, the accounting treatment is different when the move is within the same division VS when it goes to another division. 
    When plant 1101 ships to plant 1102, we donu2019t want to post to account 360100.  When plant 1101 ships to plant 1301, we do want to post to 360100.  Having the receiving profit center group in the mix will enable this distinction.

    You can create a text slide to add to the slideshow. Creat the slide in any text app you'd like or Pages and then convert that page to a PDF.  To do so with Lion you'll need to go to  Toad's Cellar and download the two files Save PDF to iPhoto 300 DPI.workflow and Save PDF to iPhoto 200 DPI.workflow, and put them in the HD/Library/PDF Services folder.
    Then in the application that you're using to create the text slide do a Print ➙ PDF ➙ Safe PDF to iPHoto. The 200 dpi version is sufficient for slideshows.  The 300 dpi version is for items to be used in iPhoto books.

  • Is it possible to add text to a non-fillable form using Reader DC?

    TLDR: Can I add text to a form (e.g., fill it out) using Adobe Reader DC on Windows, or can that only be done with "fillable" forms?  If so, how?
    I'm attempting to fill out a fairly lengthy "paper" form.  The form is not a fillable form, it is a government form that is downloadable for printing but for whatever reason the government agency chose not to enable the "fillable" feature. 
    On my Mac, I can just use the "text box" tool in the Preview app to add all of the text that I need to complete this form. 
    On Adobe Reader DC, which is installed on my Work PC running Windows 8, nothing happens when I click the "fill and sign" button and the features displayed in the online tutorial simply don't show up.  There's no text tool.  I just see the "hand" icon.  When I right-click, I get an option for the Select tool, which enables me to select text, but doesn't allow me to add a text box.  The web tutorial says there should be a menu somewhere with an icon to add a text box, but that icon is just straight up missing. 
    I am very confused by this software.  I am not an idiot with computers; but I am a bit old, and I'm more used to keyboards, toolbars, and windows than this "pane" based touch-oriented approach.  The toolbar up top seems to be limited to a "pane selector" between Home, Tools (which just reveals a panel of icons most of which are links to cloud services that I don't want), an then a few file handling icons.  On the right there is a little panel that says "get started" and offers only two clickable functions, "Send & Track" and "Get Others to Sign" neither of which reveals any text tools. 
    Now, the answer to my question very well may be "no" which is fine, I'll just keep using my Mac for the task since I know that it works, but I'd really like to be able to leave my personal computer and get everything done within Windows.  Surely this isn't one of those things that can only be done on a Mac or with expensive third-party software on a PC.  But the web seems to insist that this is a thing that should be both possible and simple.  Is it?

    ok...  first of all i want to say im sorry for posting such a noob question,  but im new to this, so please take a few minutes to help me out
    so i have kind of an annoying problem.
    ive made an webpage layoout in photoshop. ive made "boxes" i want to  put my content in. i have sliced it and got it in to dreamweaver.
    im gonna use the page for bloging and stuff so i would like go have an  text field where i can edit text and then post it to the site. but the  problem is that everytime i try to insert ext fileds etc, it dosent  place correctly and its white and not big enough at all.... ill show you  a screenshot to explain..
    so yeah... u see the 3 "boxes", in the big one i want to be able to  add text and since its not so big, i want to have a scroll bar in it.  the two small ones are boxes i wud like to use for index or something  (havent really figured out what i wanna have on the site yet)
    ok... now i will show u what happens when i try to add the text area to the page.
    yeah... so u are all able to see that this is not what i wanted to happen......
    i want the textfield to be where the grey"box"is ... but it wont let  me... also it gets all white... it wuld be nice to get it to have the  color the grey box have
    so help would be great
    and btw, i dont have knowlege in html and css coding, so if u could  explain it so i dont have to do coding in text, but only visual, it  would be nice. yea im a naab...

    Use graphics apps for images only.  DO NOT export HTML from Photoshop or Fireworks.  The result is table based code that precisely fits the image slices and nothing else.
    When you try to edit graphics app generated code in DW, your page layout will fall apart.

    I wan to know is it possible to add a  customer field in Attachment screen (Project, RFx,MA, A) . As there are a lots of attachments added in normal working in various documents like project,MA,RFX etc, so whether can add a field  to categorize the attachment like it is project added attachments or RFx add attachment?

    I am doing Sales Order data migration using LSMW-BAPI method. The BAPI that i'm using is SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2
    I am able to handle all the fields except for the text fields such "Material sales text"  in the Item info and "Layoout Set Header Text" in the Header.

    Hi Gorge,
    Please follow Jeyakanthan instructions. You may know how to create a UDF but you clealy don't understant how they work.
    A UDF in the System document's Title table is always updatable, unless you define it otherwise or do not have permission to update it (Open the form where you created the UDFs and press CTRL + ALT + B to open the definitions form).
    A UDF in the System document's Rows table is always updatable ONLY if that document's rows are updatable AND if you set them as updatable (via Form Settings) and have permission.
    On a User Form, you make your own rules!

    Follow below steps to find a BADI.
    Go to Transaction SE24
    Enter the Object Type CL_EXITHANDLER and click on Display.
    Double Click on method "GET_INSTANCE".
    Put a Break-point on 
    Call method cl_exithandler=>get_class_name_by_interface
    Run any Transaction for which you need enhancements.
    The execution will stop at the break point. Check the values of variable 'exit_name', it will give you the BADI name called at that time.
    & Try whether the BADI ME_GUI_PO_CUST will be triggered in ME38/39

    I see that Data Modeler v.4 supports different versions of Oracle, DB2 and MS SQL. Is it possible to add support for a new database family,
    PostgreSQL for example? I hoped that RDBMS Site editor can do it, but so far I don't see any possibility to add XML files with metadata for a new RDBMS.
    I did it previously for PowerDesigner were it is possible to add and modify definitions for new relational databases.
