Is it possible to allow other people to upload pictures?

I am very new at this. Is there anyway for other people (guests) to upload pictures onto my website? Even if it just on a blog page that I set up?
Any help or guidance will be greatly appreciated.

All images have to be resized for the web anyway.

I would like to allow others (who are not on my home network) to access this same drive (with some level of security). Is THAT possible and if so, how? I have 2 partitions on this HD, one is a mac-formatted partition and the other is a FAT32 for PC user access. Or course, each partition has a unique name so, depending on the user, they would access either the Mac or PC formatted partition.
BTW, I did some thread-checking but all seem to find are one's that show how to I can make a connection to my own drives away from the home, NOT someone who is not associated with my home network to make the same connection to the USB drive on my APE.
I am running OSX 10.5.6 and the APE is running 7.4.1 firmware. the APE was purchased in 2008.

So here is how it is done if you want a PC user to access the USB drives on your Airport Extreme.
1. Start up the APE Utility software
2. Set the APE up with WAN sharing of the USB drives, and take note of the admin user ID and password for the APE and also the APE's IP address.
3. Go to a PC connected to the internet and open up 'My Computer"
4. In the address line in "My Computer" type in
\\XXX.XXX.XXX substituting the X's for your APE's IP address
5. you will get prompted for the admin user ID and password for the APE. This may take a few seconds so be patient.
6. You should now have access to the drives from a Windows PC.
---> This will work best if you have a STATIC IP for your APE.

I have done this, and it does work, but I have to do it EVERY SINGLE TIME I want to change what folder I'm uploading my pictures from. As a professional photographer I use multiple folders to separate my client's pictures. Deleting cookies every time takes up lots of time and signs me out of everything. I'd really hate to not use Firefox anymore. It's definitely my favorite.

Donna ~ iWeb doesn't really provide the ability for other people to upload photos to your website. If you publish to MobileMe and create an iWeb blog page, visitors can post comments with attached files such as images. But that probably wouldn't be satisfactory.
With MobileMe Gallery, you can allow others to contribute their photos to an album from a browser or via email:

Does anyone know how to allow another person to edit/update a "shared" calendar? Is this something that needs to be selected when sharing the calendar (during subscribe?)?

The only way for you to allow others to access iCloud documents at the moment is by trusting your Apple ID log in and password - NOT good for security as they would also have access to your e-mail/notes/calendar/address book and reminders !

Normally a person creates a draft document and when they are ready they publish it and the Approver approves it. However, what if a power user needs to be able to see all draft documents. Not just their own but other peoples'. What is the minimum permission

This is based on the Draft Item Security setting you choose for your list in Versioning Settings:

Whose Apple ID are you using? It sounds like whoever co-opted the account may have changed the security questions as well.

Is it possible to allow a large brush to extend past the canvas?

I'm working on a banner image for an email blast with some large broken glass brushes. If possible it would be great if there was a way to allow the brush to paint outside the canvas so that I can scale/rotate/position it. As it stands now I end up with the sharp straight edges from where it crops at the edge of the canvas.
Obviously I could just make my canvas much larger to accommodate the size of the brush and then just crop down to the portion I would use. But (mentally) I think it's easier to just be able to look at what to final image will be so I'm curious if there's a trick I'm not aware of.

Not directly with brushes. I did wonder if creating an over sized canvas, then cropping down with 'Delete Cropped Pixels' unchecked would do it, but I tried and it does not work. so your options are
1) Use a custom shape instead of a brush.
To turn a brush into a vector Shape layer:
Stamp the brush down at a good size on a new layer (the larger the brush, the better it will work).
Ctrl (Cmd) Click the layer with the brush to load it as a selection.
Turn the selection into a Path (icon at the bottom of the Paths panel).
Go Layer > New fill layer > Solid Color — give it a color and job done.
2) Stamp your brush on a new layer. (Use the largest natural size for the brush or it will pixelate)
Turn the layer into a Smart Object (right click the layer)
Both these options can be Free Transformed beyond the canvas boundaries, but the Shape option has the advantage that you can save it and have it available for future jobs, or even share with other people.
