Is it possible to auto-upgrade Minefield version of Firefox?

I'm wondering if it's possible to make pacman to auto-upgrade Minefield to the latest nightly build every time I execute
pacman -Syu

How did you install it? The only Minefields I see are in the AUR http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?O … _Search=Go so you will need an AUR helper to do that e.g. 'bauerbill -Syu --aur' will check for a new version of every package you've installed via pacman AND every package you've got from AUR.

FireFox 3.6.15 and newer require OS 10.5 or 10.6. The latest version of OS X the Macintosh G4 I own is physically capable of running is OS 10.4.11. Hi again - since writing the above I have posted on Adobe>Webplayer>Flash forum the following request and will post on here if I receive a reply that works:
Firefox updated to 3.6.14 and then advised Flash 10 be installed. I did this and now on YouTube videos all I see is a black screen with no play or pause button. System is OS X10.4.11 Have now followed Adobe instructions to Uninstall Flash player on system and then Install Flash 10. But still at YouTube Safari says Flash 10 is needed and in FF shows a black box only. I use Intego virus barrier but this has never blocked an update before. Flash is enabled in Firefox and Safari.
eldnolb at Adobe forum advised: Go to this site and right click on the Flash logo, Settings, Display Settings. UNcheck the hardware acceleration.

But when I go to this page no logo appeared for me to right click on, which again means that Flash player is not working... so I could not access Settings, Display Settings, Uncheck etc. Was advised to start a new Mac entitled thread. Clare -
I have attempted to upgrade latest version from main Firefox page, but still have the message on main page that I need to upgrade, that I have not upgraded to latest version. What are the exact steps I need to execute in order to have the latest upgrade? I've clicked on the "upgrade" icon and it has taken me through the steps, but still tells me I'm not upgraded. Very frustrating.

The latest version of Firefox is 9.0.1, so it looks like your updates have failed. You can look at the Knowledge Base article [[Updating Firefox]] for some troubleshooting steps. Alternatively, you might just want to try installing a fresh copy of the latest version of Firefox. I would look at the Knowledge Base article [[Backing up your information]] first. That way you'll have a backup of all your bookmarks and person information.
Then you should completely uninstall Firefox and then download a new copy from:

Possible or not upgrade PC version CS4 Design Premium to Apple Mac version
I have a big problem. Last year I bought a CS4 Design Premium package for the PC. However, I am switching systems to Apple (iMac) in a month and my CS4 for the PC won't work on an Apple Mac system. Buying new photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign is more expensive than I can afford. Is there a way to change or upgrade from PC to Mac? I hope anyone can help me.

You and buy Parallels for your new Mac then install windows on the Parallels Partition (if you already have a Separate Windows install DVD). To get up and running if you don't have a packaged version (not OEM) of windows would be buy buy the cross Grade. If you have a Packaged version of Office laying around then buying Parallels for the Mac would be cheaper. -
For several months I have been trying to upgrade my Firefox version, which is no longer supported by several software platforms I need as a songwriter, such as Flashplayer, etc. After I download the upgrade all I get is a message that the file is corrupted. When I updated Firefox to version 32, it started to always show my tabs from the last session when it is started. I tried changing the option "when Firefox starts" to all three of the available choices. None of these changed the behavior. It still opens the tabs that were last opened. I waited for the next release (33.0.3) but the behavior is still the same. I would like Firefox to open to my selected home page.
I'm running Windows 7 Pro.One possibility is that Firefox keeps crashing during shutdown, and so Firefox is recovering from a crash every time. But if you can see that it is shutting down normally in your testing, that probably isn't it.
Sometimes external software will create or update an optional settings file named user.js. For some reason, one of the things that often shows up in there is a preference to restore your previous session just once. However, because Firefox uses user.js to override your normal settings every time it starts, that then turns into a permanent change. How do I make the print legible? The print is to tiny, it cannot be read.
I think That is a feature of a Norton toolbar. There may be an update available to make it compatible with Firefox 4. I cant see sinhala fonts in newer version of firefox.i have this problem since i upgrade new vesion

You will have to disable downloadable fonts to make Firefox 5 use a locally installed font.<br />
That will however effect all pages that use downloadable fonts.

Please help.Look at the bright side, only iOS 5.1.1 and earlier had the older Google Maps App that I find easier to read on the traffic. It does mean a lot of Apps you can't update, so be careful. I'm in the same boat.

Upgrading to Lion
If your computer does not meet the requirements to install Mavericks, it may still meet the requirements to install Lion.
You can purchase Lion at the Online Apple Store. The cost is $19.99 (as it was before) plus tax. It's a download. You will get an email containing a redemption code that you then use at the Mac App Store to download Lion. Save a copy of that installer to your Downloads folder because the installer deletes itself at the end of the installation.
