Is it possible for me to purchase films from the iTunes Store on my iMac and then burn the film to a disc and watch on a DVD player?

What country are you in ? Re-downloading music isn't currently possible in all countries (the record companies need to agree to it for each country). If you are in a country where music can be re-downloaded, then if the tracks are still in the store then they should show under the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes.

After you have finished, you can re download your iTunes purchases without having to re purchase.

Very very likely that tax is applicable and tax is more than $0.01. You need to add a payment method for the tax. If you add a credit card, the girft card balance will be used up first.

My account's balance shows at the top left of the store's page on my computer's iTunes, and by logging in to view my account via the Store > View Account menu option. Assuming you are in a region where you are allowed to redownload your past music purchases, delete the broken tracks only from your iTunes library, go to the iTunes Store home page, click the Purchased link from the Quick Links section in the right-hand column, then select Music and Not on this computer. You should find download links for your tracks there.
If the problem persists, or that facility is not yet available in your region, contact the iTunes Store support staff through the report a problem links in your account history, or via Contact Support.
BTW, are these all recent purchases (last 8 weeks or so) or does it affect older tracks also?

My account balance was deleted and now I can't purchase anything from the iTunes Store
I redeemed a $100 gift card about a month ago, used barely any of it and now the balance has been deleted from my account. I added another $40 in gift cards today and still cannot purchase anything from the iTunes Store. A red message pops us telling me to contact iTunes Support. How can I:
1) Recover my account balance?
2) Make a purchase?Try logging out of your account on the iPad by tapping on your id in Settings > Store (Settings > iTunes & App Stores on iOS 6) and then log back in and see if it then works.

HT204088 How to obtain an app purchase refund from the iTunes Store?
I paid for an app which provides additional templates for Pages for iPad including envelopes of various sizes. When I downloaded and opened the app I found all the envelope templates were for U.S. standard sizes. As I live in England and use European standard envelopes, this was useless to me. The developer confirmed they did not cover European sizes and that this was not stated on his app site, and suggested I apply for a refund from the iTunes Store. I did this via the 'report a problem' facility but the instant response was that they had noted the problem but suggested contacting the developer, which, of course, I had already done so. As I'd reported on this app purchase, I found I could not go further on the iTunes Store site.

Itunes does not download all purchased songs from the Itunes Store
A few weeks ago, I purchased the latest CD of Lionel Richie from the Itunes Store, but only 4 songs were downloaded. Now every time I try to download the rest CD by either checking for purchases in the Itunes menu or trying to buy the CD again, it tells me the Itunes Store is temporarily unavailable...
Anyone knows how to solve this??I had a similar problem with a Jimmy Buffett album,I sent the iTunes store an e-mail described the problem including the album title and receipt number and within 24 hours they responded and had done a "reset" and problem solved.

Movies are taking up too much space on my Mac (both purchased and downloaded from our discs to play from computer). I plan on moving them to an external hard drive. Will the movies I purchased from itunes still be in the cloud?
Unless the movie owner removes the movie from the iTunes Store, then the movies will still be in the cloud regardless of where you move the download file. Note, however, that if you manually move the movie file, that will cause iTunes to no longer be able to locate it for playing. If you just want to archive them, though, you can do so without affecting the ability to re-download them from the iTunes Store in the future.

If you have an iPad 1, the max iOS is 5.1.1. For newer iPads, the current iOS is 6.1. The Settings>General>Software Update only appears if you have iOS 5.0 or higher currently installed.

If you are currently running an iOS lower than 5.0, connect the iPad to the computer, open iTunes. Then select the iPad under the Devices heading on the left, click on the Summary tab and then click on Check for Update.
Tip - If connected to your computer, you may need to disable your firewall and anitvirus software temporarily. Then download and install the iOS update. Be sure and backup your iPad before the iOS update. After you update an iPad (except iPad 1) to iOS 6.x, the next update can be installed via wifi (i.e., not connected to your computer).
