I heard the iphone 5 wake up button has a disign defect. Will they give me a free repairing even my iphone is over warranty?

Heard from who? Unless it was Apple, assume they are full of manure.
There are no design issues with the iPhone 5.
Warranty is one year from date of purchase, beyond that, hardware issues are handled via an Out of Warranty replacement which is $269US.

I understand that you are not able to locate the Messages application on your daughters iPod touch (4th generation). The good news is that this application cannot be deleted or restricted. The first suggestion I have is to try and search for Messages using Spotlight to search the iPod touch for this application. If Messages is located in Spotlight, then it has probably been moved to a different page of applications or even possibly a folder of applications on the device. Searching all pages will help you locate it.

You don't. Backup your itunes library on the old computer and move it to the new computer.

None of the links or buttons do not works after change the name of the page

I made some modifications on the original page and changed its orijinal name LoaSummaryPG to XXLoaSummaryPG. Although all of the components are the same as the orijinal one, none of the links and buttons are not working in the newly copied page. Neither only changing the name LoaSummaryPG to XXLoaSummaryPG nor creating a new page with a name XXLoaSummaryPG did not work.
A page works with no error and the data shown is correct when it opened.
Is it about regionMap.xml? or what can i do?

I can't make any other action in the page. Now, I can only say that al actions in the page except about this page link and personalization link cause this error.

You can upgrade to iPhoto '11 with OS X 10.8.5 by purchasing an iPhoto '11 DVD from Amazon, eBay or other source - or you can upgrade your OS to Mavericks for free if your system meets the requirements and then purchase the upgrade to iPhoto '11 version 9.5.x from the App store - in either case backup first in case of problems

Transfer account from old MBP to new one and now my account password does not work.

I trasferred my account from one MPB to a new one using targeted disk method. I left my desk while it finished and came back to a registration page. I registered and the system rebooted. Now I see my login details but the password form my old Mac fails. The hint it gives me also seems to be bogus becaues I've tried many variations of the hint and they also do not work.
I'm submitting this from my original MBP and had not problem using my old password logging in to it. Why didn't my password transfer properly and now how do I fix my new MBP?
I made sure duing the transfer process to select everything for transfer -- accounts, applications, etc. All check boxes were checked.

So now you have 2 accounts, logout of this one and in to the other.

One of my iphone 4s speakers is not working

Hello does anybody knows how can i fix this, one of my speakers is not working,

There is only one speaker on the bottom of the iphone. The other is a mic.

I have an iPod classic (160MB) and sync mostly audio books. The difficulty is that the audio books are taking up large amounts of disc space on my computer. Is it possible to just add new ones to the iPod and keep the deleted ones on the iPod?

The audio books I purchase are from Audible - I listen largely because my eyesight is going and I've been an avid reader. I'd like to keep the books on the iPod and not the computer to save space on the computer. Is this even possible?

Yes, though not advisable for content that you may not be able to redownload on demand. I'm not sure what Audible's policy, but with iTunes there is only one download.
You can either place the device in manually managed mode, in which case content you delete from the library won't be automatically removed from the device, or delete the files from Windows Explorer while keeping the entries for the same in the iTunes library. With the second approach iTunes will warn that it cannot find the files to sync (you can disable the warning) but it won't remove them, and you retain the advantage of being able to automatically sync other content.

One of the 3 Disney apps will not work.

Disney Chanel and Disney Jr sign in and sync with the cable provider login steps and play fine, however when choosing Disney XD, the menu across the top loads, the gear continuously spins, the screen reads "Accessing Disney XD" but no connection to Disney is ever made. Never get to the point to sync with the cable provider. Strange how the other two Disney apps works.
Steps taken so far (after reading through the forums) with no change:
Restored ATV3 to default settings
Unplugged HDMI and Power for hours.
Rebooted router
Disney XD works on my iPhone.....
Any ideas?

Correction - Upon first choosing Disney XD, it did allow me to sync with the cable provider but after the sync is when the gears spins and never accesses Disney XD. I'm running into the same with our other Apple TV 3 in my daughters room.

Iphone 4gs using cloud, will not push calendar changes back to my Windows 7 laptop. It will push contact updates perfectly but it won't push calendar updates. It will push updates from the laptop to the iphone, but it won't work the other way.

It does perfectly push calendar changes from my laptop to the iphone, but it will not work the other way. We've checked the box in Itunes that says "sync the phone using WIFI" per the instructions from the Apple support people. any great ideas?

Ok, new info. This gets better and better.
In OL2010, the Calendar in the navigation pane had no arrow indicating it had subcalendars within it. I right clicked on Calendar and chose New Calendar. It gave me a list of the existing calendars that were missing !!
When I cancelled, there was an expand arrow next to Calendar in the Navigation pane !!!!!
Expanding it showed the unchecked missing calendars. I checked them and synched again.
WRONG THING TO DO! ALL my wife's calendar entries in her iPhone since the laptop went down 3 weeks ago DISAPPEARED. No warnings, nothing at any step of this process. The OL files overwrote the iPhone data.
I can't find any way to get them back as this **** iStuff relies on iTunes for everything.
Is there any way to get her files back from before this synch?
Is there no way to save data files off the iPhone w/o iTunes?
Why doesn't iTunes let you control the direction of data transfer?

The anodizing delamination issue is over blown .
If you are unboxing and activating in a Roberts/Fido/Virgin/Bell or Telus store and you see existing damage certainly YOU reject it.
The areas that appear to be subject to minor delamination are the milled edges.
This milled edge may be vulnerable to delamination since anodizing is dye process set within the top few micron of the base metal with an electric charge.
If you want an unlocked iPhone5 get it from Apple Retail at full retail price, as the carrier subsidized phones ”may” be Carrier/sim card locked for revenue protection reasons.
You need to check this locally as i can not vouch for Canadian cell phone practise.

If you don't have a backup then the only possible solution is to go back to the store and see if they can get your old phone and create a backup of that. I know very often that Apple employees will wipe the returned iPhones clean before shipping them back to wherever they ship them.
When you say your old phone was "broken" does this mean it is dead and won't turn on?
Do you have a Time Machine backup of your computer, or a clone that might have this info on it?
Other than that I hate to say you may be out of luck. Time Machine and/or a cloning program performed regularily will inevitably save your a** in situations like this.
