Is it possible to change the Calendar from an American to a British version?

Use:
     Apple Menu > System Preferences > Date & Time > Date & Time
Click the 'Open Language and Region' button on the bottom right of on the panel. Choose:
     Region: United Kingdom
     First Day of the Week: Monday or Sunday according to your taste
     Calendar: Gregorian
If you want more control over date formats use the 'Advanced...' button.

Is it possible to run Acrobat3D from the command line?

I'd like to know if it is possible to run Arobat3D from the command line in batch mode. I'm interested in knowing if this is possible in either a windows or unix environment.
My objective is to convert CAD data e.g. CATIA V5 or DXF etc to PDF, in batch mode without using the Acrobat3D interface itself.
I know that it's possible to run a batch process from within Acrobat3D itself, therefore one solution may be to invoke those batch processes from the command line.
I've looked through the other listings on this forum and seen this question asked previously, but I've not seen any responses that suggest this is even a feasible concept.

As of now, it's not possible in the cmd-mode to just remain connected and not stream.
But the reason you want to do that is because of the long start-up time. That 20 sec time can be divided into:
1. launch time
2. time to start encoding (after pressing start button) -> cannot be reduced even if 'connected only' feature is available in cmd-line
Below are tips you can use to reduce this 20 sec of time:
1. Lesser the no. of devices connected to the system, shorter is the launch time. Disable the devices which are not to be used in the session.
2. Try using device indexes (0, 1, 2, etc) instead of device names in the profile. Indexes might change after you disable some of the devices.
3. Use the profile with correct settings, to avoid any validation errors.
4. Higher the video size, higher is the overall time. Small sizes take lesser time to start.
Let me know if you see any improvement in the startup time.

How do I remove a "calendar" from the iPhone?

I have a First Gen iPhone with up to date software. I recently deleted a calendar from my MacBookPro and that calendar won't delete from the iPhone. I used to have three calendars in iCal which synced to the iPhone. One was my home calendar, one was work and one was a Quicken Calendar that I didn't set up. I deleted the Quicken calendar from the computer and want it deleted from the iPhone, but can't figure out how. I went into setting in the iPhone and there is no where to delete a calendar. Thanks.

I had a calendar stuck in the phone that didn't exist on my laptop. I had to go into iSync and reset sync history to get rid of it.

HT1296 My Iphone 5, IOS 7.0.4 won't sync calendars to my Macbook Pro IOS 10.9.1. I can sync calendars from the MB to the phone but not from the phone to the Mac. There is no tab for the calendar in Itunes now so I don't know how else to do this.

It works the other way, Macbook to Iphone.
There used to be a tab under Itunes that allowed you to select to sync things like calendar, notes etc. but this is no longer there, can anyone help?

This was removed in 10.9. You may have better luck getting assistance in the relevant Mac forum.

However since most of my apps are downloaded from the Korean store I'll need to switch back in order to update them. Does anyone know if there are any issues in doing this. You canot easily change your country settings. The iTunes Store in a country is intended only for use by that country's residents, and only while they are in the country. To use the iTunes Store in a country you need a credit card (or other card type if acceptable in a country) issued in that country, billed to an address in that country, and also be physically present in that country when using the store. You are also restricted to waiting 90 days between country changes.
E.g., "The iTunes Service is available to you only in the United States, its territories, and possessions. You agree not to use or attempt to use the iTunes Service from outside these locations. Please remove the S/N immediately (I can't or would). Never post them online. As for download you can go to http://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-downloads.html on the right panel to get 9 pro. I am not sure there is a MAC version there, but that is the first place to go. If it is the proper version, then please back it up to CD and/or portable HD, not the system HD.

Had you set your iPhone up to use Photo Stream?
Had your performed an iCloud backup of your iPhone before it was damaged?
If you did neither of the above, then your photos are not in the cloud, and they are gone.
If you performed an iCloud backup, then it would contain the photos in the iPhone's Camera Roll (taken on the iPhone) at the time of your last backup. You could restore this iCloud backup to a device.
If your iPhone used Photo Stream, those photos are immediately accessible to your iPad if you set it up to use the same Photo Stream.

The iphone 5 can only be located if connected to a data or mobile network. If in Airplane mode or switched off, it can't be found.
