Is it possible to change order of left hand list in Mail

Having now added a GMail IMAP account to Mail, I find that it's folders come at the bottom of the window, with 'Mailboxes', 'Trash', 'Reminders', 'On My MAc', RSS above the GMail Top level mailbox and therfore the subsequent cascaded mailboxes...

ignore my idiotic question - I dont know why I didnt just drag them like I've been doing ever since Apple Mail existed!

You can continue to use them as Apple ID's, change the rescue address (as you know)
You can use your iCloud address, but it won't be an alias, it's a full email address.

Changing order shown in structure list

My clients want to change the order of the structure list. Currently when you open a Functional Location it shows the items in the Functional Location BOM first, THEN it shows any equipment installed at that Location.
My clients would like the Equipment to show before the materials in the BOM. Is it possible to change the order like this?

In iGoogle with firefox 4 I am unable to get the tabs to change down the left hand side or get any response to selections made to items like calender or weather this does not happen in Explorer 9.

After loading FireFox 4 all worked OK for a while. Now when trying to change the tabs on left hand side (Home etc) or change selections on the apps (Weather or Calender) nothing happens. I am running iGoogle with FireFox 4 but this does not happen when trying the same thing with Explorer 9.

Having the same problem, but not only can't change tabs, but cannot open links on the page. I thought that by reducing my iGoogle page to one tab, and putting what content I could into app tabs that would solve most of the problems. It did some. For a while I was able to bypass this with the iGoogle Tab Remover add-on but it stopped working last night and I've not been able to get it working since.

Possible to change Order of Icons in Menu Bar?

Hey I was wondering if there is any way I can rearrange the icons in the menu bar such as battery status, bluetooth, ichat, spaces, volume and time. I found you can kind of change them by disabling the presence of the icon in system preferences then re-enabling it, it you can change the order a little bit. Is there an easier way to do this? I have the sound icon in between my battery status and time and would like to move it to the left.

I know how to change the order of the plug-ins in the arrange window (command and drag). When I try this in the environment it changes to the midi assign tool instead. Does anyone know of a way to change the order of pluggins on audio objects in the environment?

Is it possible to change values in pagination select list for a report?

The values showing up in my pagination select list for a report are 10,15,20,30,50,100,200,500,1000,5000.
Is it possible to not have this list show the 1000 and 5000 values? I've tried setting various row values in the layout and pagination section of the report, but nothing changes in the select list. Is there a way to change this, or is it set up in a template somewhere that I can change?

Figured this one out. Using the P1_ROWS item, added a static LOV with the correct values to override the one APEX was providing. The P1_ROWS item goes in the Number of Rows (Item) field in the layout and pagination section of the report.

CATS - It is possible to change the content of the Rejection e-mail?

Do you know if it is possible (and how!) to change the content of the e-mail that is sent to the employee in case of CATS rejection?

I did figure out that the program use text elements, however, one is not allowed to change them. I then raised an OSS note and SAP raplied that I couldn't change the text elements - I really don't like the email that is sent from CATS rejection!
I really ike the sound of your idea. I am not familiar with translations though. Would you be able to detail it a bit more about how to translate a text element?
When I get to the text element screen, if i follow menu path Goto > Translation, a screen pops up asking me to chose a Target Language. What should I do then? Select the target language to EN (the original language is EN) ? And then, how do I make sure that the program uses the translated text?

Event Library not displaying correct years in left-hand list

I have been importing a load of old DV with no hassles bar the usual bizarre way iMovie stores and labels things.
When i went to work this morning, I had a 2002 and a 2001 list on the left, both populated with a load of clips; all correctly labeled in the clip viewer with their relevant and correct dates in both 2001 and 2002 (I am choosing to display month and day in view)
When I come home, I now only have a 2002 folder. All of the clips are still in there on the right in the clip viewer (and crucially still with the correct 2001 dates!); it's just that now, all of the 2001 clips are in the 2002 folder (and my 2001 folder is gone)
Anyone?

You are not using iPhoto properly and are in danger of losing your photos
iPhoto is a SQP database application and there are NO user servicable parts in the database (by default the iPhoto library) It is extremely important that you NEVER make any changes of any sort to the content (or structure) of the iPhoto library
The only safe (and suppoprted) way to resize photo is to select them and export using the various esize options in teh export dialogue and use those resized photos - this is a bathc process and does not involve Preview nor does it involve seperate processing for each photo

ITunes shared user vanishes when selected from left hand list

When I bring up iTunes and I get the other computers on the network and I select the "Music Server" we have (eMac G4) it just goes away. If I try from the server side to select my MBP it works just fine. All sharing is the same on all 3 of our macs. I have wireless thru airport "n" on 2 of the bases. What I don't understand is why it works server to laptop/iMac but not the other way around? Am I facing a conflict with the two bases? The main box is the newest model the other is the first giga bit model (053). I did have the eMac on hanging off the newest Airport Extreme and it worked fine. When I add the other older Extreme and hung the eMac off (the same as first iteration) I started this problem...I'm really confused?!?!?!?!?! ANY HELP?????

Restart of the eMac cleared it up. Was having problems with the two Airport Extremes working correctly. That was an amperage problem with my circuit protector - a whole nother story!

Change order of mailboxes, accounts, etc

In the left hand column of Mail, the accounts, folders, etc are always listed by alphabetical order. Is there a way to change the order to that, for example, those I use most frequently can be placed higher in the various lists?

To change the order in which, say, the Inboxes for each account will be sequenced, open Mail Preferences/Accounts/Account Information, and drag the account into the order you desire. However, all Sent mailboxes will be under the Sent Icon (but in the order just explained) and all Inboxes under the Inbox icon.

How to change right-hand layout to left-hand ?

Recently I got an project to do a English version of a Japanese Magazine. I already got a hard copy as well as all the soft copy files. Thing is, Japanese layout is starting from right-hand and even the page numbers start from right hand. I checked in forums and every possible resource but couldn't find a way to change it to left hand (normal English layout) layout.
And another thing i noticed it if I open the Japanese indesign file first and then open a new document, new document is also right – hand layout document. for example, I got a Japanese document from page number 4- 14 (5 on left and 4 on right, 7 on left and 6 on right so on) and if I open a new document it's also numbered as the Japanese one. But if I close the Japanese document and open a new document in first place, it's looked like normal (4 on left 5 on right, 6 on left 7 on right so on) so I guess it's have to do something about preferences.
Any suggestions ??

Yes. It allows switch binding direction (as does the non-pro version).
However, if all you need to do is switch the page binding, you can do it with a simple script.
This simple one-line script will switch the page binding in your current document:
