Is it possible to change settings for an existing sequence?

I am cutting a short "crowd-sourced" class play, shot by parents. I have 4 different types of footage from 4 cameras: Two are 720p (30p), one is a 640x480 .mov and the other was shot in 720p but burned to a PAL DVD so they are .VOB file rips at 25fps, 720 x 576 w/1.2 widescreen.The main camera is an .MTS file (AVCHD 720p)
Since I am planning on ultimately making widescreen NTSC DVD's, I sync'd the cameras in a widescreen-DV sequence, then nested that into a new widescreen-DV sequence and activated the multi-cam. I did all of my actual editing in the new muti-cam sequence - but now I am thinking that I should have started with an AVCHD 720p sequence to sync cameras and just maintained 720p thoughout - until exporting the MPEG-2 file for the DVD.
I can make a new 720p sequence and cut/paste everything from my timeline - but they would still be nested multi-cam cuts that link back to the original widescreen-DV sequenece I setup to sync the 4 cam views. I cannot seem to change the settings for the existing sequence - so is there maybe a workaround for what I am trying to do? Essentially, to trick the new 720p sequence (with all the actual multi-cam edits pasted into it) to linking to a new 720p sequence with the already sync'd cam footage pasted into it? And secondly, will it actually effect the quality of the final DVD output? I may also want to make a 720p web version for Vimeo if feasible...
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have created the new 720p AVCHD and cut/pasted all of my edits. That is not the problem.
Almost of my edits (other than a few titles amd stil pics I added) are cuts from the original nested sequence called (4-CAM SYNC). It is a regular NTSC widescreen sequence. In this original sequence, I am scaling the the cameras down to fit the frame and sync'ing the four cameras. I am attempting to get this new sequence to link to a new 720p nested sequence that has my sync'd cam footage - to replace 4-CAM SYNC on the time, while still retaining all the edits I have made - I will just have to change some of my scaling settings in a few clips.
It sure would be easier if I could change the "Editing Mode" parameter under Sequence Settings...

To Play a Slide Show in iPhoto you can select it to play the whole library as a Slide Show by clicking on the Button
You can see by the option to show All Events above the pics that this is a Single Event rather than the whole Library but I have highlighted the Button
I have then this Pop Up which I have Selected the Music Tab and then the Disabled the Play Music Option
When I use iChat Theatre I get to the same Library, obviously, and can select the group of photos or single Photo I want.
If I select a Group and then hit the Play Button I get the Pop Up.
I find that the Play Music options always show the default Play Music when selecting a new group of Pics no matter if I have set a Setting on another group
SO Unlike I said Previously you will have to either preset it for the group of Pics or change it every time you want to show more than one Pic.

Options for when an iOS device gets locked because of forgotten passcode:
Restore (and reset passcode) on your device by connecting it to the last computer to which it was connected:

I had this problem on an IMac and I finally found a solution in an unlikely place. The problem was a security setting. I don't remember right this moment the exact setting and I am not on that machine right now but when I am I will try to retrace my steps to the fix. In the meantime check your security settings and any browser or browser extensions for computer log off settings. These settings are intended to prevent unauthorized use and incidentally screw up your backups. Hope this helps.

Osx/cs4: edit sequence settings of an existing sequence

Hi. Can someone give me a hint, how to edit the sequence settings (resolution, field order etc.) of an existing sequence?
Unfortunatly all options a grayed out ...
The only way I know so far is to make a new one and copy paste it. My problem is, that I use a lot of precomposed / nested sequences, so this not an smooth option.

Jim thanks a lot for the answer, but as mentioned in my first post, i am aware of this 'workaround'.
To be more precise:
1.) Is it true, that a User is not able to change the sequence settings of an existing sequence (resolution, field order)?
2.) If I create a Sequence (progressive) and place a Sequence (lower field first) in it with progressive footage, will I lose quality when exporting it as progressive?
This is my fear because there is one Sequnce with a non progressive setting "in between".
Like mentioned before, i a have a couple of pre-nestings before, so I have to take care of rendering performance also.

Is it possible to change Photoshop settings by clicking on Help and then System info? Since there is the possibility to type and the OK-button, I just started wondering.

All Help > System Info does is to report your system specifications so you can copy and paste them in the forums for troubleshooting purposes.
You can choose what to highlight and copy, but it does not change anything in your system like editing a configuration file would.

my parents bought a new wi-fi router, set up new wi-fi network with the same name, but with another password. My iPhone remebers the old password and doesnt ask for a new one, just writes "Unable to connect" ... is it possible, to change or reset settings just for this one network? I stored in the phone a lot of networks and passwords (home, parents, many friends, more workplaces, etc.) and dont want to set all of those again just because of one network change. Is there another option?

In cProjects the authorizations can be managed either by authorization profile administration by system administrator for General authorizations or by Project specific authorizations for individual cProjects elements by Project owner.
Try the first one and I hope you will get the solution.

Change settings for synching

Here is my problem:
When I synched my iPod for the first time using iTunes 7, it erased all my watched tv shows.
In the iPod screen during synching, I noticed that the settings for TV shows says synch all unwatched shows. I want all checked TV shows to synch. I tried to change the settings, and when I click on apply, I then get a message that it is searching for my iPod, and eventually it says it can't find the iPod and can't update the settings. When I disconnect the iPod, the iPod screen goes away, and I can't reset the settings.
Any idea how I can change the settings so that it will work.

I should note that I have unchecked "automatically install new apps" and applied, and it didn't change anything. I can still only go from "install" to "will install" and from "remove" to "will remove." No control over what I have on the ipad and what I don't waste space on.

Changing settings for users

I have locked down some (most of the users and do not allow them to set 'General Settings' for instance.
I now want to set some settings for them like 'Screen Locking' .... and there is no GUI in SAP where I can set this for other users (as manager).
However, these settings are in OUSR and it would be rather easy to use SQL to set the required data.
Is it 'common practice' to do this this way or is there any objection?

SQL-Queries, which modify datasets or the datastructure of the SAP
Business One Database. This includes any update-, delete- or
drop-statements executed via SQL-Server Tools or via the the query
interface of SAP Business One.
This is stated in the support contract between SAP and the SAP Business
Partner also.

Changing passwords for 800 + existing users.

Hi, Hope people reading this list can help with this.
Start of a new school year here and our local education office has generated new passwords for our existing students. I use Passenger to import new users and their passwords onto the server from the supplied spreadsheet. Can I also use Passenger (or some method within workgroup manager) to import just the new passwords for the existing users? I would prefer not to have to delete the users and then re-import them from new files.

Hi,
If you are using Passenger to import new users, I presume you are using an LDAP connection to interface with OD. In which case you could just construct a script to do a batch import of the password field. If you are using Rails or Ruby this could be done with a Rake task or independently.
On the OD side you can import passwords into OD in clear text but it has to be done following the formatting rules provided in the CommandLine_Adminv10.5 document p. 123.

Is there any way that anyone knows of to change any of the settings from withing the notes and to-dos of Mail.
I would like to change things like-
+Paper Color+
+Character Styles+
+Main calender for item related Dates+
+The red icon next to the to-do items+
I was also thinking the ability to apply my mail rules to them would further their efficiency. Does anyone know if this is possible?

You cannot change the Paper color or the color of the red icon next to the to-do items. You can add underlying, bold, italics and color to the text in notes, but there is no way to define character styles for re-use.
If you have changed your Mail preferences to Create Notes & To-Do's On Your Mac, then you can select the calendar for item related dates. Otherwise, to-do items created in Mail will be in the Mail calendar.

Before, my email messages would come through automatically and my iPhone would alert me each time an emial message was recevied. I now have to open my mail in-box and wait for my email messages to download. Do I need to reset or change my mail settings? This issue is delaying my abiliy to receive and respond to email messages in a timely manner.

Hi Chris. Thanks, for the suggestions re: my email issues. They were helpful and yes I did check all items you referenced. I even contacted Apple support and spent about 40 minutes on phone checking all settings. However, after all these efforts, my mail and calendar issues were not resolved. Apple Support finally recommended deleting the mail account and then reloading it - and it worked! I am now receiving my emails and calendar appts. in real time again.
Just wanted to share this in case anyone elest has a similar problem with mail/calendar after downloaing i.O.S. 8.1 onto iPhone 5.
