Hi Friends,
I want to do RFC to RFC scenario. When I try to import the RFC from the Business System, RFC is not imported. When I looked the corresponding technical system in the SLD, it is having the old IP address. That's why I am not able to import. So, is it possible to change the IP of the existing technical system in the SLD ?

Reason being : We can associate n business syatems with one tech system with and we configure the scenarios via business systems which itself uses Tech system , if we will make changes in tech system later on it will affect the other scenarios also which are using the same tech system

Error while exporting the 3rd party technical system in SLD

Dear all,
    We're currently using PI 7.0. When trying to export the technical system in SLD, after the exporting, the IE jumps to the download page automatically, but there's a exclamation mark with no text info. I've tried to create a new 3rd-party technical system and try to export, the same thing happened.
    It happened in both our develop and our production PI system.
    Also I've found following error info in SLD server log:

not sure if it has relevance, but the SLD level transports will do nothing but create a CIM file which should be downloaded to your deskktop.
1. Make sure that there are no Pop Up BLocker's acting on the XI server on your machine.
2. Make sure that you have the download authorizations on your machine.

Is it possible to Change Directory structure once the project is developed?

Hello,
I am a Newbee to OAF development, I recently developed a JSP page using the oracle recommended directory structure "<companyname>.oracle.apps.<custom directory>." ie., for ex: "*xxcom*.oracle.apps.xxco.xxco_mapping.server", the page worked perfectly fine when I ran it from jDeveloper.
but when I tried to deployed the same in the server to run from Oracle Applications, I found that our organization's unix directory structure where I need to deploy the files is not the same, they are excluding the "<companyname>" directory in there structure, the directory structure in unix looks like this "$JAVA_TOP.oracle.apps.<custom directory>...." ie., for example: "/u06/appsw/appdevcomn/java/oracle/apps/xxco", so now I cannot deploy the page I have developed.
How do I resolve this issue? can I change the directory structure in jDeveloper now to match that on the server, ie., change it to "oracle.apps.xxco.xxco_mapping.server" instead of "*xxcom*.oracle.apps.xxco.xxco_mapping.server"

How to change the ROLE: Integration server in business system in SLD

Hi,
I am facing error in communication, becuase the integration server has been attached to in correct business system with incorrect client (001 instead of 700).
In SLD, business system, 'integration' tab there is button "Associate with XI'.
I have selected the role as integration server for the corrrect business system and aslo gave the correct pipeline url for integration server.
When I press the button "Associate with XI" and Save nothing happened.
How do i change my integration server.

I have checked the teachnical system and its of type WEB AS ABAP. and when i click on the business systems tab, there are two business systems. When i double click on the business systems
I realised that both the business systems has been defined with role: integration server.
IN one business system i can see that there is "associate with XI" button.
But when i want to chnage the business system with correct client 700 , i tried pressing the button after entering the correct pileline url.... nothing happens.....
Can you please let me know the procedure to chnage the technical system with respect to integration engine???
PLease help as our project is held up due to this.

to add the new SWCV to your BS, click on tot the BS in the SLD, then you will c the details like TS,Product and SWCV there you will have the option add SWCV, click that and select the SWCV which you wnat to add to the BS.....

if your Message interface is in different SWCv than the BS which you want to assign, change the option to slect all BS.....not necessary to add the MI to the new BS.

1. Third Party: Can be any Tech System. For example you want to send a xml message from a file adapter residing on your PC. You can define your PC as a 3rd party Tech/Business System.
2. StandAlone Java: WEBAS640 has got Basis and Java Stacks. If you installed <b>only the standalone java Stack on a server</b>, then you define a standalone java tech system.

Is it possible to change image quality on the iPhone 4S?

What's happened is that all images viewed on the phone used to have good quality to them (note not actual images taken by the camera but safari related) but something has changed and now they are small and poor. Have tried to research what it could be but have been unsuccessful.
Can anyone help? Is it a possibility that settings on the phone have been changed somehow and if so how do I change them back?

Since recent updates, I have noticed that my apps close automatically when I am distracted. In some cases it is time consuming to sign back in and get back to the task I was doing. Is it possible to change a setting so the apps will stay open?

It is sometimes time consuming to sign back in and get back to the task where i left off. Is there a setting I can change so it will keep the apps open until I am ready to close them? Did you have this problem before Restoring you iPad?
If you did then did you restore with a backup. You may have reinstalled something that is conflicting in this back up
If not then sounds like either something went array with the clean install or a hardware issue.
I know it's long winded but have you tired a clean install then downloading the apps again?

Is there any software or hardware that can convert voices while streaming into a real-time role-playing web environment? E.g. female>male, male>female, etc?
As far as software goes there seems to be a lot available for Windows, but nothing for Mac that I have seen. PCs seem superior when it comes to voice issues (for example Dragon is PC-only and yet its the best by miles). Is voice conversion another poor relation? Do I need to buy a PC to do this?
Does anyone have any ideas? I would prefer a hardware solution that I could plug a headset into, but software I would also consider. After all, it should be easy enough - it's just a matter of altering the pitch up or down, while reducing or increasing bass frequencies at the same time. Something a schoolkid could design, but I don't know where to even look for it, so any help would be appreciated.

I'm talking about streaming voice chat into online environments such as World Of Warfare or Second Life. I want to convert my own voice (from a headset, say) through a piece of hardware, or software, that will take my voice, process it, and output it as an audio stream. I DON'T want it output to a file (as Djay does for instance), I want it as an uninterrupted stream - my voice as input, the processed voice as output - with maybe a half-second delay to allow for the processing.
E.g. I want to change my voice from male to female? Or vice versa?
