use forms10g , I create a new button with trigger WHEN-BUTTON-PRESSED and i write this built-in
exit_form;but it's not close the fire fox window. the window it's just becom black

Save those bookmarks as long as you need them, and delete the folder when you don't need it any longer.

Unable to open a new window you must first close exsisting firefox process or restart your system. There is no firefox process running why should I receive this error msg?

Is it possible to restore your History if a remote support tech "resets your browser" while you're signed into Firefox Sync?

I was having trouble sending a large email so I contacted my ISP via chat. I gave him remote access but I thought he would let me know what he was going to do if it was anything drastic. I would've signed out of Sync if I knew he was going to clear my History, but he did it before I had a chance to stop him. I was able to restore my Bookmarks via Sync, but not my History. Is it lost and gone forever? Thanks!

If I close a session on Firefox and then try to reopen it, I get a screen that says "you must close your current session because Firefox is already running".

The power went out and when it came back on, my computer seemed fine. I was able to access the internet through Firefox as usual. However, if I closed my session and tried to reopen it, it would say that there was already a session open and that I would have to close it before trying again. I would have to go to the task manager and find Firefox in the list of processes and end the process in order to get back to the internet. I have tried restarting my computer twice. What could be the problem?

Try to wait a bit longer before reopening Firefox to give Firefox more time to close completely. 
You can also try to use Firefox/File > Exit to close Firefox.

Firefox is taking a long time to open the first time I click on it and also a dialouge box comes up stating firefox is already running, but is not responding, you must close existing firefox process? What is going on?

After I start my computer in the morning, I go to my email, then I click on firefox, with google as my homepage, it takes a long time for firefox to show up on the computer. It says it is connecting, then when I close firefox, and go to reopen it again, a dialog box opens up that says firefox is already running and I must close existing firefox process first. I have not run into this problem before.

I am unwilling to attempt navigation away from these sites. The pop-ups that occur on the attempt to leave a site or to close the browser are exit traps offering incentive to stay.
Once upon a time, when the internet was less dangerous, I would be willing to close the exit pop-ups. Now, after twice being infected with malware trying to close the pop-ups, I now force close whichever browser I am using.
Recently, I clicked on the red X to close one pop-up, and it installed a trojan that I had to pay to be removed. When I clicked on 'Leave' in another exit pop, it didn't exit and it turned out I was giving permission to run a script file. Now that criminals have learned these exit pop-ups can be used to force a click action, the sites using them have become dangerous.
If I force the browser to close using Task manager, Please tell me how to stop FireFox from sending me directly back to the same site because it mistakenly believes it crashed when it did not. I forced it to close because I was on a site that had taken control of my browser and was not allowing me to leave the site.
No other browser sends me back to the potentially dangerous sites. I prefer Firefox, but the new version must have a setting that allows me to get safely away from a problem site?

Do you have the "Green Arrow" icon on one of your toolbars? That usually will list your most recent downloads with a button to open the folder where they are saved.
If you don't have that, you can open the full download list using either:
* Ctrl+j
* Tools > Downloads
* History > Show All History, then click Downloads in the left column
Can you find the download listed there and click the "Open Containing Folder" button?
Are you downloading Flash or Acrobat/Reader?

Is there a setting I can set that my downloads are unaffected when I close my window.

You can set the browser.download.manager.quitBehavior pref to 2 on the about:config page. 
That will make Firefox ask for confirmation if you want to cancel the download if you close Firefox.

I having been using Firefox since many years & never faced such an issue. But this new issue has saddened me. Also whenever I close my Firefox browser the process is not getting ended in the Task Manager. When I try to launch again its throwing an alert saying that "the firefox is not responding. You must close the existing firefox process or else restart your system". Actually, I don't think you need to have it plugged in.
