Hi TMM,
the below program are used to re-process the idoc according to their status..
Program RBDMANI2 for status 51
Program RBDAPP01 for status 64
Program RBDAGAIE for status 32 and 69 (Edited IDocs)
Program RBDSYNER for status 26
Program RSEOUT00 for status 30
re-process IDocs failing in 29 status, use program RBDAGAIN.

Message stuck in SXMB_MONI status " Sceduled for Outbound Process." Urgent

Hello All,
All messages in our XI environment are getting stuck with status Scheduled for Outbound Processing ...I have already done the following..
1) Registered the Queues
2) Deleted entries in SMQ1 and SMQ2 and restarted messages
Last time we had this issue, we were finally able to reslove it by doing a J2EE restart. But this has resurfaced again within a week, and this time even the restart is not working.
Do you think some parameter has been set incorrectly during the install ..
Any help would be appreciated ..

Did you got JCO failure error for any of XI message before start of getting this error message?
If so it's failing because of RFC connection problem...
You need to go to Tcode : SM59 in your xi server
check the TCP/IP Connections which is created while post-installation phase..
1. AI_RUNTIME_JCOSERVER.
2. AI_DIRECTORY_JCOSERVER
Solution : Increase the default value for CPIC_MAX_CONV (se note 314530).

Material master iDOC for inbound process

Hi,
I am trying to post the Data to the inbound iDOC for material master and i want to set the KZKUP(coproduct Flag) in MARA table but there is no field in the E1MARAM segment of the MATMAS03 iDOC to set this flag. There is one field in the E1MARCM segment but setting that is not reflecting in the MARA table it is setting in the MARC table only.
So can anybody help me out in this.

Message in status "scheduled for outbound processing"

Hi,
I was tring to perfom volume test. The scenario is XMLFILE --> XI --> IDOC(R/3). I reduced the polloing interval to 2secs and it went well for 15 min. Later I left it like that for an hour and found that all the messages are queued up scheduled for processing. I checked SMQ2 there were lot of messages. I deleted them all and then activated the queuse through SXMB_ADM ->Manage Queues transaction. In the QRFC Monitor I see the scheduler status as Inactive. I tried to make it active, it starts and becomes inactive again. Still I can see all the messages in SXMB_MONI. Are there any specific steps that we need to perform to clear the queues.

Hi,
it's normal for transaction SMQR to show the scheduler in status "Inactive" (it just happens not to be running at the
time you enter SMQR, a moment later you might have found it to be running).
Rather than just deleting all the queues you should have clicked on the queue name for a waiting message from SXMB_MONI (in the default SXMB_MONI display mode you need to scroll a bit to the right to the see which queue a message is in). Drill down on the next screen (double click the queue name etc.) to see a list of all queued messages including a brief description of why the first message got stuck. You can now either "retry" or "delete" the message. Then go back one screen and unlock the queue (open lock icon) if you find it not to be in the status running. Refresh the display to make sure that messages get processed.
Of course these steps do not need to be performed manually. There's an automatic retry mechanism and if that repeatedly fails the report RSXMB_RESTART_MESSAGES (which you will need to schedule) will try to resend the messages.
You should now cancel all messages belonging to this testrun in SXMB_MONI. Make sure that none of the queues are blocked and restart your test.

MIRO - Idoc for outbound process ( LIV)

Friends,
SAP has to send the following data to Oracle Financials. XI is the interface. So I need to identify the idocs used in LIV ( Invoice Verification) module.
Can any one help me what idoc / bapi should i use for the below outbound process.
Vendor invoice and credit memo
Also, i heard transactional data cannot be triggered by programs RBDMIDOC and it will be send automatically.
How can I send the idoc automatically in the outbound ALE layer. Is theres any message type to set up or any program to be execute. In other words , how the change pointer is triggered for the transactional LIV data.

Raj,
It really depends on where you are sending yor IDOC or whom you want to be informed.. If you think it is just for records.. After reding your initial description.. if it is an ERS based invoice, you could use ERS, else
Create a new condition table and include all teh fields that you want.. make sure you do not mix the item fields with the header,
Include that table in a custom access sequence that you create and assign a new message type-- custom again..
That is the only way you'd actually be able to capture all teh fields and information you want.

Just as you've done on this post, something I've seen on other forums that proved very helpful is for a forum administrator to post an announcement on the forum. In this announcement they asked people posting threads to include their version of the software with their question.
Please consider taking this approach with the existing Oracle BPM forum and have the administrator of the exsting Oracle BPM forum post this announcement. That way we will know immediately when new threads appear that it is an Oracle BPM 11g question. This will help lessen the confusion and continue to make the forum useful for all Oracle BPM customers.

Is it possible to create a hot folder for batch processing?

I know that it's possible to make a droplet for preflight, but is it possible to create a droplet or a hot folder for another batch processes (mine crops the pages)? Or at least make a keyboard shortcut? It's so unproductive to go Advanced>Document Processing>Batch Processing>Run>Close (Adobe spoiled us with custom shortcuts in other programs)...

PP-PI - System status LKD for a process order - how to set/unset it

Hi gurus,
I need some help.
I have to lock / unlock process orders inside a program (not manually).
I would like to do this without using Batch Inputs, which are not reliable.
I know the function STATUS_CHANGE_INTERN can modify the order status; but I don't know if the result I get is the same I get doing manually: "Process order" --> "Functions" --> "Restrict processing" --> "Lock"/"Unlock".
Can anybody help me?

IDocs sent to XI, processed only some, others in status Scheduled for o/b..

Hi guys!
We have a scenario, where Idoc is sent from r/3 into XI, here enters integration process, where the idoc is mapped to soap req, sent sync to web service, ws response is mapped to other idoc type and integration process sends data to r/3.
The problem is, when more idocs are sent into xi from r/3 in short time. Some idocs are processed correctly, but some remain in status - Scheduled for outbound processing. When the same idoc (same data etc) is sent later, separately, the data (process) is processed succesfully.
Any ideas, what could be wrong?

Hi Olian,
This problem occurs when XI has not received the response from the webservice and it gets timed out. You can monitor this in RWB - Message Monitoring.

Hi Ankur,
Pls do check the following.
1. Pls check whether on the outbound side the user id and password you are using are correct and is not changed.
2. The messages are getting assigned into the queues and the queue processing is happening properly.
3. If the volume of data is more, say for eg more no of idocs, etc. then it will take some time for the processing.
4. First of all go to the message monitoring tool and cancel all the messages of the same interface which is 'on hold' status and cancel them all from the beginning.

User Status Profile for Process Order Operations

Hello Experts.
I have a need to set up a User Status at the Process Order Operation level that will prevent operation confirmation when the status is Active .
I have been successful at the following:
   --- Created a new Status Profile (transaction BS02),
   --- Creating a u201CHoldu201D status,
   --- Defined the Influence on Business Transactions,
   --- Set the allowed Object Types for the profile.
   --- In an individual Process Order operation, I can now select the Status Profile, and set the Hold status, and it functions correctly.
My problem is that I canu2019t figure out how to set my new profile as a default for Process Order Operations. For Production Orders, this is done in the IMG definition for the Order Type (transaction OPJH), updating field T003O-VRG_STSMA. However the Order Type definition for Process orders (transaction CORN) only has a field for a status profile at the header level. Iu2019ve searched through Configuration and the Recipe, and the Production Version, and the Control Key, but can find no where to set the default status profile for a Process Order Operation..
As a final desperate act, I manually edited a T003O record for a Process Order Type in our test system, but even this failed to set a default Operation Status Profile for subsequently created Process Orders.
If you have any knowledge about this, then please help.

As of this date, we have still not implemented a fix, but I did get some information from someone else who has.
I'll post his information here for all to see. Hope you find it helpful.

Yes we managed to do it.
After several false starts and CMOD/projects which suffered because only the default keys (for order number, aufpl etc) were in place and not the actual, we coded up the IN_UPDATE method in the WORKORDER_UPDATE badi. This gives us the final format after the DB save (but before the commit). The update of the STATUS using the SAP std function module was actioned successfully but the status profile was not actually passed through. We assumed that this was because of the update task - so we introduced an INSERT into JSTO instead (a bit naughty I know, but desperate needs etc). If you require anything more let me know.

Before letting you know the possibility, can you please let me know why you want such a requirement, since standard has not provided such copy control, to my knowledge.
As you would know order type KB is for consignment fillup where you are just transferring the goods from FG unrestricted to your own warehouse and that is why in standard you can see the copy control KB --> F8 which means you can raise proforma against delivery and not against fillup order.
So think of whether really you wanted to raise proforma against fillup order which is NOT recommended by SAP. However, still if you feel that the requirement is so to have, you can make the settings in VTFA.

How to block the status mail for an inbound Idoc to a specific user

Hi,
I have to stop sending the error status mail to a specific user depenidng on Partner Type. This will trigger when an inbound Idoc contains status error(message type INVOIC &ORDRSP).This user needs other mails which are getting triggered with the same Idoc for the same partner. Basically, the requirement is to block only the status mail for that user. The statndard task for this is TS70008125 and it uses the agent determination rule 30000001 (Idoc Administrator).in WE46, this task is assigned to process code EDIR. I have copied the task to a custom task and changed the agent determination rule. I would like to know how will I configure this task so that this custom task will trigger for the status error, without altering other workflows for the same message type & the partner type. Or is there any other way to block the mail?

I have done the required coding to exclude the specific agent from the rule,copied the task and its ready. My question is how do I map this custom task to a particular partner type, for the message type INVOIC in WE20? (The message type used for the inbound Idoc is INVOIC). I checked the Partner profile in WE20. Most of the process code is using function module as the processing type.

IDOC status 64 not getting processed.

      I have a problem where IDOC's with status 64 are not getting processed via background job. the IDOCs weere getting processed with the background job till today evening, but suddenly no changes were made and the processing of IDOC's with status 64 has stopped and they keep filling up, when i checked the log of the Background job it says finished, and the log has the following information,

When i process the IDOC's using BD87, they gets processed wiwth out aany issues no dump is displayed, idoc gets a status 53 after processing via BD87.
There is another problem how ever there are other jobs scheduled to run in the background other than this background job which are getting cancelled and have two different error logs for different jobs they are as follows.
