Yes, it's possible and can be very easy. I simply used this iPhone sms to computer transfer program called Tansee iPhone Transfer SMS.(*Save 20%* now) Here is the guide:
Step 1: Free Download iPhone SMS to computer transfer software and install it.
Step 2: Connect iPhone to your computer.
Step 3: Launch iPhone SMS to computer transfer softw, the SMS contact info will be automatically displayed as shown in your iPhone screen (example see the following screenshot).
Note: Click on certain contact, the detailed SMS records will be displayed as shown in the below screenshot.
Step 4: If you want to copy all SMS to computer, click "Copy ALL SMS" on the top right of the first screenshot. And then select options:
1): Choose File Type: back up to TXT file or ANTS file; (The difference between TXT file and ANTS file lies in that ANTS file allows you to set a password for protection.
2): Choose File Path: set the desitnation parth for the exported file.
3): Advanced Option: if you choose ANTS file format, you can add a password to protect the file.
Click OK Button to finish the Copy.
Note: You can only copy the first 20 items for each contact in trial version.
If you want to copy SMS from a specific contact, click "Copy SMS From who" button and select options:
    1): Choose File Type: You can only select TXT file format in single contact sms transfer;
    2): Choose File Path: where to store the backup file;
Note: Advanced Option is disabled in single contact sms transfer.
Click OK Button to finish the Copy.
As we can see, this Tansee iPhone Transfer is a very useful tool for backup your iphone SMS details effortlessly. You can get its full version now at a very competitive price(20% discount currently).

  • How do I copy SMS messages from phone to memory ca...

After I change the option of saving the messages from phone memory to memory card on my E90, I don't see any of the messages stored on the previous choice in INBOX. This is ok, I understood this.. But.. How do I copy the messages from phone memory to memory card for example ? Reply pls..

I think I kind of solved this issue.. Try doing this. Copy all files from memory card to a back-up folder in your PC, after connecting the phone to the PC via 'Data Transfer Mode', by clicking CTRL+A while in Memory Card in Windows Explorer. (Doing this, you will also copy the hidden files, if you haven't clicked the option to view hidden files and folders in Windows Explorer). Afterwards, format the memory card via phone, or simply CTRL+A + Delete from explorer to fully erase the microSD card. In phone, messages, in other settings, choose phone memory to store SMS messages, and then.. tell a friend to send you an SMS message, or simply send one to yourself. After receiving the message, go back to settings->Other, save sms messages to:, choose Memory Card, and the phone should ask you, whether to move or not the original messages. If you choose to move them, and NOT to save the original messages, entire messages from phone should move to the memory card. (If you would have chosen to save the original messages, the mesages that you move, would STILL BE in the phone memory.) If you want to do this again, to move them from memory card back to phone memory, change the memory to save sms messages (and if at first you have chosen NOT to save original messages, the phone should 'ask' you again for the same question.)
And, btw, if you're probably curious.. (as I was ) where the messages were saved, in memory card, after the first time you copy the messages to memory card, check the memory card via 'Data Transfer' mode on your PC's Windows Explorer. I found them in the 'private' folder somewhere.. There should be a mail and mail2 folder there.. Also, the phone browsers, FExplorer, and Y-Browser won't be able to access the private folder. (For security reasons, bleah )
Afterwards you can copy all software folders, images, music files, documents, etc. from the backed-up memory card folder you created at the first steps, since we all know E90 is a smart cutie, and will automatically detect all files, software, etc., after you copy-paste them.
    Cheers, hope this helps

  • When will it be possible to RECEIVE SMS messages t...

I have read thousands of unhappy users about that !!!
Thanks to SKYPE to solve this asap...

Well, Here in the Skype for SIP world, I don't know that a "SMS Messaging" feature will be implamented in the near future.
Online Numbers are just like the numbers in your office. There is not SMS there either. The only SMS currently available is in Skype Client software.
You might want to quire manufacturers like Avaya, Grandstream, 3CX, or Shoretel for more information on this feature.  They are always coming up with new features to implament on their sets and would have more information for you.
I hope this helps you in your search.

  • Just want to copy sms-texts onto Mac.

Hello: newcomer with first post, here.
I don't have a Nokia mobile-phone, yet, but want a Qwerty one, probably the C6 Thunder. However, it is imperative that I am able to copy to my iMac G4, running OS X 10.5.8, all my text-messages. Could some kind soul tell me, please whether it is possible; and, if so, how easy or otherwise is it?
If it's not on or is a faff I'll bite the bullet – throwing all my money away in the process – and have an iP*one, instead. (Sorry if I've used foul language there.)
Do please advise. And thank you.
    AF.

Do a search for Blue Phone Elite. This is pretty handy. Also go to: www.novamedia.de and check out their apps.
Show the KUDOS button some love.... Hit that bad boy.... It don't hurt....

  • How do I get my old SMS messages onto my new iphone?

I upgraded to a new 4S. Restored from back up, but this didn't load the old SMS mssgs from the previous 3GS phone. Many of which were work related and probably worth keeping. How do I get these onto my new 4S?
    Thanks

The only way to get them on your phone is to restore your new phone from the most recent backup of your old phone. Is that what you did?

  • Will it ever be possible to send SMS messages at a future time using Siri?

As Siri can set reminders and make appointments for the diary, as well as being able to write messages and emails, will Siri ever be able to do both and write messages at a future time?
For example, "At 5:00pm, tell Kay to put the bin out".
Would this be possible and would there ever be a need for something like this?
Also when will Siri be able to find resturants and businesses in the UK as at the moment only US ones can be found.

  • Possible to copy email messages over to other Mac?

    Hi,
I was on vacation with my laptop... (MacBook Pro).
Received about a month's worth of email that I'd like to put on my main 27" iMac.
    How do I do this?
I'd also like to merge the "SENT" emails from the same time...
    Thanks in advance...

Connect the two via Firewire cable. Boot the MBP into Target Disk Mode then boot the iMac normally. The MBP's hard drive should appear on the iMac's Desktop. Open Mail and choose Import Mailboxes from the File menu. Select the Apple Mail option. In the File Open dialog navigate to the /Home/Library/Mail/ folder. Select the Mailboxes folder then click on the Open button. Check the mailboxes you wish to import and click on the Import button.
Mail will import the chosen mailboxes and put then in a new section of Mail's sidebar labeled "Imported Mail." You can then select the messages from a folder in the imported mail and move them into the desired mailbox of Mail.

  • Another copy SMS thread

    Hi,
I know this has been asked before a few times but none had a satisfactory answer.
    First with the details:
    Windows XP Pro SP2
    PC Suite 6.83.14.1
    Nokia 6225
    CA-42 USB cable
    Now with the problem:
How can I copy SMS messages to my pc, without using the backup feature? I want to copy all the messages over to a non-Nokia phone. When I click the 'Messages' button on PC Suite, it just opens the phone browser, no messages are visible.
    thanks
    jc

if there's a lot of sms there in the phone, it might take a while to sync and view the sms via pc suite's browser. when they're visible, they can be copied to the pc as .vmg(vMessage) files. if the non-nokia phone's pc suite support .vmg copy-n-paste, you can copy them to it.
What's the law of the jungle?

  • I am wanting to transfer sms messages to pc and print them. Can anyone advise me how to do this. i have iphone 3.

Can anyone advise me how to transfer my sms messages onto my pc and print them out? Do i need to purchase software for this and are there any recommended? Thanks.

You can take screen shots on your phone & email the pics to yourself, but the easiest way is to get this software, import them to your computer, then print them:

  • I am taking my iPhone 3G OFF the network but I wish to SAVE the SMS messages. How do I do this?

I am taking my iPhone 3G OFF the network but I wish to SAVE/TRANSFER the SMS messages onto the  iPhone5  How do I do this?

    Tried that, didn't work.
Turns out Safari "forces" the french web interface by using the 'hl=fr' code in the url. for example http://www.google.com/webhp?hl=fr
Evidently that overrides local settings, even if you're logged into your Google account.
So, since I can't modify the search query url in Safari without jb'ing my phone, I'd say this one's a bust.
    Thanks for the help though!
