Is it possible to create a folder structure while using archivelink?

We work with Archivelink and use SAPERION software/server for storing documents. We created a business object Advertisement. In a custom made application, users can open the GOS on Advertisement and now they have the possibility to select an extension out of a big list of document types like AVI, BMP etc. They doubleclick on a type and then they drag and drop a file from their desktop into the screen and then the file will be saved on saperion server.
As the lists of document classes linked to the business object is quit big (about 15), we would like to add a folder structure. Now it looks like
Advertisement
BMP
TXT
AVI
etc.
and we would like to have
Advertisement
Folder Texts
TXT
PDF
Folder Pictures
JPG
TIF
Is this possible and if yes, how can this be achieved?

It is not possible. You cannot create the folder structure you're speaking of and you cannot save files to your iPhone, even if you had folders.
There are no apps for folders or app organization. There are apps that allow you to access files from your desktop or the cloud from your iPhone. I use box.net. Dropbox and AirShare are others.

By design, the organizer (and any other database management systems) is there to prevent you from duplicating your media files. The catalog management allows you to have the same image in different categories or albums. Duplication in different folders is to be absolutely avoided.
The same image file can have multiple tags like 'family', 'vacations', 'birthdays' and be present in three different albums with the same names. On obvious advantage is less disk space. Another one with your present folder system is that if you edit one of your duplicates, the other ones are unchanged.
I don't see an easy way to make your present folder structure simplified for the organizer ...

Have your DBA install FOP and then find a good xml style sheet editor. Or have them install jasperreports and then use ireports to format them...

Unable to create XML based interface while using Interactiveform UIelement

Dear All,
I have a node under a subnode which is of a structure type.
This structure has three components each of which is assigned a table type.
While generating the XML based interface, message 'unsupported types wont be generated' comes and in the following From layout, I find the data entries for this particular node are invisible.
Can you suggest a way to achieve the functionality?

 We have a requirement in KM. Whenever a folder is created inside a folder (say '/documents/testFolder') ... .. a couple of subFolders need to be created inside this new folder.
For example, if the new folder's name being created is parentFolder1 then, the following structure shud be created inside this folder.

Is it possible to create a Text Variable that uses text from a structure?

The question is this -
I have created structure which consists of 4 high-level nodes. Each level one node contains a different number of level 2 nodes. Is it possible to use the text from these nodes in replacement path variables?
Example, my structure levels are:
GS
SA
OOI
COGS
If a user drills into COGS, I'd like to display the text "COGS" in the header but I have not found a way to capture it. From what I can tell, the variable editor only allows Characteristics and their text/key or user input text. I don't see an option for Structure level/node text.
Anyone know if this is even possible?

I think you should separate programming for AS3 and for FLEX,
this is beacuse they both use different class packages. If you want
your classes to be FLEX compatible you need to extend them from
Flex Objects and not from AS3 Objects.
In sum, if you want your class to be processed by let's say
the application object then you need to extend it from
mx.core.UIObject.
This is because there are lots of methods that FLEX uses to
place your class on the screen that are not used by normal AS3
applications.

Creating a folder structure when burning an MP3 format CD

I have just purchased a new car that has a stereo system capable of playing MP3 encoded discs. This obviously allows for multiple albums to fit on one CD. The stereo allows you to browse hierarchical folders on the CD and select tracks from witihn each folder. The problem I have is iTunes appears to only let you burn from one playlist. I would like each album to appear as a separate playlist on the CD. Any ideas?

I am using Report Builder for the first time. Here is what I am trying to accomplish. The data I plan to use in Report Builder is coming from SQL Server and in the Report Builder I want to create an interactive graph(chart).
For example, The table in SQL Server consists of Hospital Name, Measure name, and Scores for each measures for different quarters.
The idea is to create a graph that will allow the user to pick the measure name(from a drop down list or something similar) and Hospital name, then the graph will display the measure scores for different quarters and corresponding target scores for that
particular Hospital.

I was able to create the parameters and now able to select the measure and facility and display that data in the table and chart.
Now I am trying to see if I can add a line(target values) on top of the column chart to show the whether the scores of each measures, for each quarters are how far from the target values.
Please let me know if this is possible.
