Is it possible to customize like feature of sharepoint list?

Hello,
I want only like option in list ratings, if someone clicks on
like then
unlike link should not be visible. only positive ratings should be there.  Is it possible?
if yes please help me.

I think you can use custom column to get this done, something like the rating column. 
you can create the custom column (field) using C#, here are few links which would help you to start with-
